Best vet ever they are so caring and always take time to go over every derail

Big hassle. Information that they required was ridiculous for a rescued pet, shot record was not sufficient.

Great experience. The exam was quick and very thorough. I wish I could have been with him but curbside drop off due to COVID, totally understandable!! Doctor called and spoke just like we were standing in front of her.

BOTH Dr. Zimmerman & Dr. Holli are FANTASTIC! So caring & compassionate! Making you feel at ease. However in the last yr or so... there are newly hired technicians that I feel lack the knowledge, professionalism as well as the compassion required for this position! I really wish the old techs were still there! They knew their clients & had compassion for the animal(s) & the owners emotional distress! I will continue to return as I have faith in BOTH the Dr's & I like the care they have provided to my critters with the exception of some of the new techs. Which I'm certain will change again or I'm so hoping ????

My cat has been well taken care of each time he's had a wellness visit. The staff is friendly, affectionate towards him, and explains everything being done and why. I appreciate their professionalism and courteous manner towards both me and my little buddy!

Absolute trash. Frantic, neurotic, has-been vet needs to retire. No wonder you can't keep vet techs. You make everyone around you nervous and unsettled. Place is trash. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

They are the friendliest and most professional staff. My dog HATES going to the Vet and they are so patient with her with helping to manage her doggie anxiety. I appreciate them every time we go.

Best Friend's Animal Hospital is always there for us with our sweet pups! Any time I have had to call to ask a question, they are there to help! They are gentle, caring, and very clearly there for the love of all the animals. I am so happy we chose them to care for our pups. Thank you again for all that you do! :)

I have been bringing my pets here for about 15 years. This is the best vet office I've ever gone to. They understand and respect the relationship you have with your pets and that they are part of your family. They also explain what your options are for tests and treatments and likely outcomes. They never push unnecessary, expensive tests, which is why I drive from Hudson to bring my pets here.

Best Friends has been the best Animal Hospital we could have found after moving to NH in the early summer. Dr. Holli took great care of my 18 year old Siamese Piper even though my baby girl had serious medical issues when Dr. Holli became her new vet. I couldn't have asked for a more caring and thorough vet. Dr. Holli is also treating our other Siamese mix Lilly. When I'm asked who my vet is I tell them BFAH and I always highly recommend them if someone is looking for a new vet.

They care and take the time to listen to your concerns about your pet, have a great and knowledgeable team that will keep you informed at all times! Oh did I mention that my dog Corky loves them.....

I had a great experience here. Dr. Holli Fernald was fabulous. I even have 20+ years experience in the veterinary field, very down to earth. Explained everything . They very much work with you and help you do the best you can for your pet. My daughter went here and that's why I switched vets. Would Definitely recommend Best Friends Animal Hospital.

The staff here cannot be beat. They are so friendly, compassionate, and accommodating. My first visit was scheduled last minute and they were able to fit me in right away and were flexible when I explained my kitty did not like going in the carrier so I may have been a few mins late. Everyone from check-in, to the vet tech, to Dr. Zimmerman were all so gentle and kind towards my Fonz and were transparent and detailed up front about costs and what they were doing, so there were no surprises. It is a very calm environment which puts me at ease because, like every pet owner, it’s always a little stressful when you have to bring them to the vet! We got blood work results back very quickly and I was able to get the meds needed right in their facility. Our second visit, as soon as we walked in, my Fonz was greeted by name and with a smile – it really makes such a huge difference when you can tell the staff truly cares. Fonz is 1 of 3 kitties we have and I’m so happy I found a place that I know I’d be confident in bringing my other babies to!

I’ve been coming Best Friends for 11 years. Dr. Zimmerman is honestly just the best. I have a 11 year old lab and a 2 year old lab. She is so caring and very smart! I have a long history with Best Friends and I NEVER felt disappointed. Best Friends staff goes beyond for you to help! The staff is all well trained and knowledgeable. I can go on and on about this place. I am so happy and blessed to have found Best Friends for the care of my dogs.

They care about you and your pet

We stumbled upon this place quite by accident. My dog and I were attacked by a feral cat and we thought we were bringing our dog to an emergency clinic. Turns out the emergency clinic moved to a larger facility and a new animal hospital had taken over the space. Instead of turning us away Dr. Zimmerman and her staff treated us with kindness and concern, cleaned up our dog's wounds, and gave him antibiotics as prevention against infection. We have been clients ever since.
