Very efficient and price was right. Staff was great as always. The thoughtfulness they put into pet care is what keeps me coming back. I hugely appreciate their front office staying on top of reminders and for all of them being so helpful, kind, and professional.

Dr. MacDearmid and his staff are truly amazing people. Everyone there is honest and caring. I cannot really say what I appreciate the most, because I appreciate everything. They listen, love what they do and love our pets.

The care my pets receive at Broadview is always great. From the support staff to the Drs, I never worry about whether or not my dogs are receiving the care they need. I appreciate the way Dr MacDearmid explains things to me, and he never seems to be in a rush.

A lot of sympathy was shown to my cat. The vet was very concerned about Harry and took the time to answer all my questions and offer suggestions.

I usually switch between Dover and Rochester, but my dogs vet left the Dover location so I went back to Rochester. One of the biggest reasons I loved Dover was for the kind vet techs, but while at the Rochester location my dog fell in love with Mandy (it might have been all the treats, but it’s all the same to him), I guess you can request a vet tech as well as a doctor, and Mandy is for sure his! Not only has she kept my nervous 14 yr old dog happy, but she’s extended her help further to myself in preparation and after my dogs surgery. Thank you to Doctor Berry for a successful and safe surgery, and Mandy for going above and beyond!

I have been going to Broadview Animal Hospital for over 14 years. The staff have always provided knowledgeable and compassionate care. I particularly appreciate how quickly they are able to get my pets in when an unexpected health concern has arisen. I drive an additional 45 minutes just so my pets can receive their care at Broadview.

You all did a great job. I was very impressed with how smoothly it all went. Morgan gets very nervous but the tech handled her great. The doctor did a great job of communicating everything I needed to know. We have been very pleased with all of our experiences with you. The great communication.

We did not wait long, they were so patient with my little 'fraidy cat. They made her and myself feel very comfortable. They were all very friendly, not only to the pets but to their humans as well.
