We have been so impressed an moved by the care and compassion extended to us through Broadview Animal Hospital of Dover. Our guinea pig has been our first family pet and an important companion to our daughter during Covid. We had a difficult time finding a veterinary practice that specialized in small animals. We feel so blessed to have found Broadview of Dover.

staff was very friendly and got me and both my animals in to the be seen in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. reasonably priced

Very friendly staff and the vet spent the time with me and my dog to make sure we felt comfortable and understood the course of action he wanted to take. He left it up to me and didn't try to push/guilt me to make a decision either way. I felt like I could trust his opinion instead of being forced into it. What I enjoyed most was the vet's patient-care style with both me and my dog.

My experience at Broadview was great. It was very clean, the visit was timely, and both the Vet Tech and the Doctor were kind, smart and compassionate. I appreciated the many questions, enthusiasm for Dizzy's health, and fast action.

Very satisfied with treatment of both cats for the annual checkup. Report provided by the vet was thorough and each cat reported to be in good health. Easy schedule for appointment and fast response .

Dr. Quinn is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions; he is kind and patient. I am thrilled to have established care for my leopard gecko at this hospital. When I called, they were able to see my gecko the very next day! I was pleasantly surprised by this because there are not very many vets that see reptiles in the area, I was expecting a wait for my pet to be seen.

Dr Quinn is knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated being seen on time and having my questions about our pet answered. He also took extra time to call several times to check on our rabbit who was having seizures.

I am very pleased with our exam today. Dr Chapin and his staff were prompt, kind and respectful of my dog who was uncomfortable at first. Patience and kindness for my dog was the utmost priority for Dr Chapin. Highly recommended.

Love Broadview! Most importantly for getting cats to the vet, it is extremely close to my house haha :) but everyone there is lovely and good with my cats! Definitely feel like I am getting a high standard of care!!

Once again not only was April met sincere greetings and warmth, our issues were treated with breadth and depth of knowledge and experience delivered in such a way i understood!!! Based on my four dogs and years of exposure to the simplest of general check ups to complicated reproductive matters including emergency c-section saving several puppies~not easily exaggerated the benefits of being in this practice! We have had to use the Sunday urgent care a few times for incidents of a porky quill stuck deeply into the top of his tongue and for emergent allergy concerns. They were very professional and friendly and Bubba was feeling better in no time.

We've received good care for our dog. We are new to this area and this vet clinic and are pleased we selected Broadview. The care team is kind & knowledgeable.

The entire team was absolutely amazing! I was so happy I could bring my baby to a practice where he is familiar with the staff. The fact that there were there on a Sunday so we could go there instead of ER in Portsmouth.

We had an urgent need for an unknown leg injury and Broadview got us right in even not being prior customers/patients. The nurse and doctor were beyond caring and helpful. They were very informative and patient. We even decided to chage vets completely now. The kindness and not feeling rushed. They took the time to answer our questions.

I was very pleased with the staff, the facility is set up very nicely for feline patients. Dr. Quinn was very good with Dusty. Caring for the patient is their number one priority.

We felt very well taken care of from start to finish during our dog’s ACL surgery. Every staff person we encountered was kind and helpful and Dr. Chapin took extra time to explain the surgery and aftercare. It was refreshing to visit a professional office where every staff member was happy to help and so very professional.

I had a 14 year old pitbull and age finally took its toll,he was in bad shape. I had to make the hardest decision of my life and lay him to rest.. the whole thing was not only heartbreaking for me but my family as well.. the vet and vet tech told me I was making the right decision for him and then gave us alone time to let him know we all love him and it was ok to let go.. they came in and explained how it went and what to expect.. they kept a close eye to make sure my family was ok as well as taking care of my best friends last moments, they offered anything and everything to make sure he was as comfortable as possible..I did have him cremated... idk. My point is I'm forever grateful for the way that these two handled my situation.. compassion for the whole thing.. you just get the feeling that they love every pet as if it was theirs.. they didn't rush anything at all .. I will never have a different vet. I am just amazed and honored to have a place like this so close and so caring... Thank you again for everything you guys did I sincerely mean that!

We knew something was wrong with our dog but had been to a couple other vets and they just kept giving pills. At Broadview, they are running diagnostic tests and ruling out diseases to narrow down what Charlie has. We appreciate the level of communication and care being invested in getting to the bottom of what is wrong with Charlie
