Pupville is the best! My dog has been going here for daycare, boarding, and grooming since I adopted her two years ago. She’s a very skittish girl, but feels comfortable going here and loves the staff. They are very trusting, friendly, and reliable - I would recommend them to anyone with a pup!

HIGHLY recommend PupVille Parlour for your grooming needs. Our dog is a nervous girl and had an unpleasant experience at a previous groomer. The team at Pupville really took time to understand our girl and her needs and worked quickly to build trust while providing extra love. They also work extremely efficiently and were done with her in no time at all. Our girl actually let them perform a teeth cleaning, pedicure and wash WITH blow dry. She has never let anyone other than me in her mouth to include her vet. They have fun spa options to pamper your fur baby. Excited to try a trim next time! They really understand anxious dogs and treated her like I would.

I have taken my dogs for playtime and Oh boy how satisfied I am and my doggy. I love this place and recommend it to every dog owner. You want your dog to be taken care with the same love as you would? well this is the place. The owner has a huge heart for animals in general and i know that she pours her heart and soul to all her dogs. this place rocks!!!!! the Parlour is just as great. I live in Keen and i do the driving there just because of the efficiency of their services, my dog comes home very clean and with a nice bandana !!!

100% recommend this groomer, after the grooming my dog smelled so good, the nails were cut perfectly like I asked, the price was reasonable. My dog and I walked away very happy. Also on the plus side there are so many stores around I was able to get all my errands done in time!

PupVille has been nothing but great to my dog! I wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else. I absolutely love how much they love my dog as their own. I absolutely recommend it.

The staff are extremely friendly and my little pupper is always happy to see them so this makes what I am going to say next very disappointing. I work from home and watch my puppy. He rarely interacts with other dogs due recently overcoming heart worm. His first time back to Pupville last week Friday. He has huge scratch on his leg. I thought that's fine dogs can play rough. Then we noticed a cut on their face. Not pleased no one told me during pick up for no other reason that I could dress the wounds to prevent infection. Last straw is that he contracted Kennel Cough. From the reviews we are not the only ones. Please don't take your dog here until they address this!!!

The staff are very nice and my dog Toby would come home exhausted which was nice. However, we had many incidents with this place. First my dog comes home with his ears bleeding because another dog bit him. I understand dogs can play rough so I let it go. Next, my dog comes home with conjunctivitis which we had to purchase eye medication for it that was $60 for a small tube. Then he got bit in the ear again. which is crazy! The final straw for me was when my dog came home and got kennel cough from the day care. I know for a fact he got it from there because my dog doesn’t interact with other dogs unless it’s at pupville & I know it’s hard to tell which dog may be sick but if you don’t want your dog constantly getting sick, just don’t come here.

Just picked up our pup, Kaya, after boarding her for a week and we cannot say enough good things about PupVille! She came home happy and exhausted plus we loved seeing the pictures and videos of her with her new friends throughout the week! The entire team at PupVille is incredibly kind and professional - we felt so, so comfortable knowing Kaya was so well taken care of!

Very caring staff. My 2 dogs are boarding overnight while we vacation and they had a meet and greet for a couple of hours with them. It is reassuring knowing they have a staff person stay overnight with them as well.

We brought our dog there while we were in town for a wedding. We received pictures of our pup throughout the weekend, he seemed comfortable and happy upon pick up. They even had a puppy pool for the dogs! We loved our experience and would definitely recommend.

PupVille is amazing! I love how flexible they can be with me! My dog loves coming here and I wouldn’t want him going anywhere else! The owner and staff always greet us like we are part of their family. I highly recommend Pupville to anyone and everyone!

This place is incredible. Our pup has been to a few different daycares as we moved a few times and needed a place close enough but my favorite has been Pupville. Our little girl loves it here and I always feel at ease dropping her off. She is a rescue from PR and has random fears with things and I’m always nervous about what might scare her. I feel as though everyone at Pupville is well versed in dog language and can help her through anything that might arise. They are very easy to talk with and if I have questions they are more than willing to help. I do extensive research before I do anything with my girl and I truly felt that this was the best place for her. So thankful to the employees and owner of Pupville!

I boarded my 1 year old puppy at Pupville for 2 nights recently. My fiancé and I went away and were skeptical, as we were unable to do a tour due to Covid, and our pup's previous experiences with other facilities left him very stressed and having continuous accidents in his crate for weeks afterwards. I must say that Pupville gave him the best care. He was sleepy afterwards, but he didn't have any problems. Marisol even called us and asked us how he was doing and if he had any accidents since he came home! I would definitely recommend Pupville and will certainly use them again for future boarding/daycare needs!

Georgi and Ginger love coming here! They definitely come home happy and tired after a day at camp. Everyone here is wonderful and truly loves what they do. Completely open So no cages, crates or small spaces. Lots of furry posts all day!!

No problems at all with this doggy day care. I have used them about a dozen times and they are my go-to place for Hairy!

Super nice customer service sending pictures often so we know the dogs are ok vet technician on staff taking good care of a diabetic dog we brought them

My pup loves it here. He is normally very timid and comes off mean, I was unsure if he would be a good fit. They treat him so good and allow him the tome he needs to settle in. I get photos from his day there and he is ALWAYS tired after a day of play there.

The owner Marisol, her daughter, Hannah, and the rest of the team at Pupville are awesome. I’ve boarded my high anxiety German Shepherd Maya here twice and both times they’ve taken care of my dog like she is one of hers. There’s always someone with the dogs and you always get pictures of them by seeing their Facebook page everyday or texts. I unfortunately had a family incident occur where we had to cut our vacation short and because of the situation I had to pick up my dog in order for things to go smoothly. As much of a pain as I was and am, Marisol went and met me after hours so I could pick up my dog, a policy they never break. Thank you everybody at Pupville and especially Marisol for being a great owner and a great person. I recommend them to anyone I know because I always know my dog is being taken care of.

I have been with pupville since it was just a small business out of the owners house. Marisol and the staff are AMAZING and I never have to worry about my fur babies. They take time out of their day to post videos and pictures on Facebook and sometimes I will even get a text from them! Why would you ever board your dog in a crate when you can leave them here and they can play and run free with other dogs? 5 starts for pupville ????

Before you leave your dog I highly suggest you tour this location, including the entire boarding area within this facility. I would not drop your dog off here unless you want them coming home smelling of other dogs urine. The daycare limit doesn't appear to be capped, and the indoor pens are incredibly small and overcrowded. Update reply: Actually, yes, I did used to board my dog twice a year with you guys - and my name isn’t listed anywhere on my profile so your response is confusing to say the least. That’s probably why you guys were so hesitant to show me the boarding area last winter after I asked a few times, and it appeared you were trying to avoid. If you can walk through a big box store with hundreds of people you can walk 50 ft and show the boarding area.

our dog is there regularly. It is the first and only doggy day care where our dog likes to go. He greets all employees there with a happy wagging tail and then goes back without hesitation and with a wagging tail. The staff there are all very friendly with the dogs. The care must be really good, because our dog is always very skeptical and never likes to be separated from us. But there he always runs around happily and plays with other dogs and the staff. Sometimes he has to stay there for two days and nights, as we are often out and about and the dog-friendly hotels are often fully booked. Every time we get photos or videos sent, we can clearly see that our dog is doing well and that he has a lot of fun. The prices there are also overpriced.

That’s two times now my dog has come home with bright green paint chips embedded all over his paws. Now his front right paw pad is cracked and starting to peel. Absolutely will not be back for daycare until you fix your floors.

I cannot believe the unprofessional business that they are running at the Nashua Location. I stopped in to schedule an appointment to get my dog groomed and the women said you we need to set up an online client application which she was going to do onsite. She gave me the date and time to come back with my dog. I walked in on my scheduled time and they said they were full today that I didn’t have an appointment. I took time off of work to take my dog to a place who didn’t have there business together. I do not recommend going to this place as they waste your time. On a side note they burn incense around the dogs, I don’t know if it’s ok for animals to be breathing in the smoke or not, but that’s not really something I would want my pets around.

Our furry kid Stella has been coming here since we adopted her in DEC 2018. We love this place. Marisol is fantastic as are Brittany and Tyler. They clearly love the dogs. Stella loves to come her three times a week. PupVille recently redid their outdoor back area with all new stimulating play and water features for the dogs. Stella is a small dog with a lot of hootzpa and sass. PupVille has done an excellent job matching her with other dogs of all sizes to safely interact and horse around with. We have boarded her and found it to be a good experience for both Stella and us. The site has always been clean and well staffed. I love that they never crate the dogs and that they all get a nap from 12-2p. They have various photo days where they take pics of the dogs (ie Halloween Cinco de Mayo) which is awesome! They post pics on social media so you can see how your dog is doing. Wishes for changes: -They don’t take credit card payments which is much easier for us -offer better deals when purchasing multiple dog bookings (ie discount rate for 20+days). - staff to park on the side of the building so we have better access to get in and out with our dog -sell shirt shirts and shirts! I’d buy them to promote PupVille Overall this establishment is FANTASTIC!

My girlfriend an I have been bringing out 10 month old puppy McGee here for a couple months now and it's fantastic ????. We've brought our dog to three daycares in total and this is the only one he's been so excited to go to. Whipping his wagger back and forth with a big smile running up to the door to greet the fantastic staff. I was blown away that the staff knew our names and my McGee's name after just three days of bringing him there. Doesn't seem like a big thing but we brought to other daycares for a month plus and they still barely acknowledged us. They are active throughout the day posting videos and pictures of your beloved companions on Facebook. I can't say enough good things about this place it does look small on the outside; but they do a brilliant job of utilizing every inch for the dogs. They just redid their outside play area an it looks like a dogs paradise. Totally worth the extra two dollars we pay for a full day! The image is of Cinco de Mayo day that PupVille puts on. They created the set that you see in the image and took pictures of all the dogs that day.They posted all of them to Facebook.
