what a hidden gem with a wonderful healthy selection !

One of my favorite places to grab pet bird supplies from, extensive selection of toys and treats and a lovely bird room with a great variety of birds! The staff is lovely too. I recently placed a deposit on a beautiful baby cockatiel. It's just so great to get our new bird baby from a place where they let bird parents drop by to visit babies until they are ready to go home. The staff is so good to us and very patient. This is a great place for getting a cage too!

Great, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Place is very clean and the birds are very well taken care of. This is the only place I will go to buy a bird.

Boarded my birds there for 5 nights and was impressed with the level of attention they received. I called everyday to check on them and got a full report each time. I also bought one of my birds from them and she is a love. They seem to do really well for their birds. 10/10

Friendly Service and lovely birds ????

Large selection of bird toys and accessories. We had questions about purchasing a second bird and the woman that helped us was very informative. They seemed to have a good variety of birds that looked well cared for. I would recommend this place over a regular pet store for anything bird related.

Very loving to your bird

Purchased my canary in October, dead by June. (Seeing as how they have a lifespan of10-15 years it broke my heart). After bringing it home, I noticed a scabby looking spot between his eye and beak. After a while he stopped singing and when in flight he would land on his side and could no longer stay on his perches.He was a very smart bird and when I would say “it’s mighty night time” he would fly up to his nest to sleep and when I would put his food in cage I would say “it’s yummy yummy time” he would fly to his platform where I would always put it. Asked lady manager what was wrong and she wanted me to bring him in but I had no carrier then. Looked constantly on web to find a cure, took him to Vet and was put on an antibiotic for seven days, was told the test they did showed nothing. Meds did nothing. One blessing-he died in his sleep last Saturday. The scab was caused by mites.

Love this store! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They take great care of their birds and truly want to find the best fit for the client and the bird. Great selection of toys, food and cages as well. Highly recommend!

The employees here are super super friendly, and you can instantly feel comfortable once starting to talk to them. All of the birds are so sweet and loving, I have never met a bird there that has had behavioral issues! Ive been going here for around four years! Very trustworthy, and my birds have never had any health problems.

I really liked the store and gave them a lot of business, but they misquoted me on a price of the bird which caused my child to get very upset. If they had apologized I would have bought the bird, but instead they basically denied the quote, then criticized my parenting for not wanting to spend 3 times what we were quoted. Finally, the older came out and did say she said the price I heard, but not for the bird I asked about. Too little too late. I don't suggest dealing with them, but if you have to get everything in writing. Their wait-list system is also terrible. Paper lists they can't even read. And to the employee who tried to tell me how to parent, you deserve to feel that way about yourself. Please pick up a book and learn how to be a human.

Great Service and reasonable prices.

So helpful and patient. We adopted our first large bird from there and it was the greatest experience ever. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable they answered all our questions, some before we even asked, and gave us plenty of time and space to bond with our baby. Many many thanks!!
