By far the best place you can bring your pet. You can tell the entire staff cares about the wellbeing of your animal and they always go above and beyond in accommodating us. Everyone here is just exceptional!

I love Dr. Shank and her staff. She's an incredible surgeon and treats all the animals as if they were her own.

I can't put into words how great this clinic is! They are very affordable, very professional, and give great service. After a very confusing scheduling mistake (most likely an issue I made) they managed to squeeze me in last minute and were super great for my pup Jada! I've been coming here for over a year now and wouldn't even think of brining my dog anywhere else! 10/10!

My boy Marley was very well taken care of at Nashua Pet Care. He is no more. But he loved his vet Dr. Shank , Dr. Nik and the others.

My cats and dog have been going to Dr. Shank and Dr. Nick for years. All the staff is great and the prices are reasonable. We moved away and found a more local vet for my cat that hates car rides. That vet almost killed her with medication that made her sick. I took her back to Dr. Shank and she gave me special food, no medicine and that cat has been doing great.

The Vet techs were so attentive to us especially our new puppy Bella. All were gentle and caring for her first visit.

I scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance with NPCC to determine the gender of my reptile. They alreay knew the age and species of the animal prior to the appointment becuase I gave them that information over the phone. When I got there all they did was ask me a bunch of questions about his/ her eating habits, shed schedule, set up etc.. and then told me that the animal was too young for them to determine it's gender. This is information that they could have told me several weeks in advance over the phone btw, that could have saved me the trip and the money becuase of course they then charged me $80 for doing absolutely nothing. The staff was very nice and professional tho but I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Been coming here for years. Absolutely love it! Always goes above and beyond to care for our beloved pets. The staff is really more like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest vet.

Everything was great found new place for my pets

They were quick and didn't add any weird charges or any unnecessary tests for my cat. They are slightly expensive but not really much more expensive than other vets in the area.

My kitty Edward went in and honestly these people are AMAZING. They are so caring!!!! Edward has bad anxiety so he hates going into his carrier and they were so caring and I forget the techs name but she was so nice!!!!

Brought our 5 month old puppy in here for his first vet appointment since we adopted him and was blown by how great they are. I’ve been to a few different vets in this area with pets in the past and none come close to comparing. Everyone is SUPER nice and seems to truly love animals vs it just being there job as I’ve felt at other places. They clearly explain what they recommend for treatments/vaccines/ tests and why, without the whole guilt trip if you don’t understand something or think a specific test isn’t necessary. Cheapest prices by far and they even gave our pup a special welcome package with a KONG toy, information and a months supply worth of heartworm/flea & tick treatment. Can’t recommend this place enough.

All the people who works here are truly goats. From Doctor Shank to the person who answer the phone's. I have been going there since they opened. It's hard to believe they just get better and better. They are the greatest of all time. Just change dire straits. Love you guys

Took my little newly adopted kitten for a wellness checkup / opening vaccinations. Everyone there was super nice and knowledgeable. Our little Nova grew at ease pretty quickly in the "cat room" and thoroughly explored all corners before pouncing around while we waited. The vet was very kind (and excited to play with Nova) as she gave us all the information we needed, as well as answering all our questions. Visit ended with a little gift bag of general information as well some stuff for the kitten. We would recommend this clinic, as we also plan to continue going there.

The staff here is so amazing and knowledgeable. We just got a puppy and they were great with him! So glad that we chose them for our new family member

The entire staff was very friendly. They were cautious with my dog and focused on doing whatever they could to calm him when he got nervous. They even managed to give him a shot without him noticing and supplied me with tons of treats to keep him busy. They answered every question I had. They are informative and affordable.

The staff are always kind and accommodating despite our anxious little monster. You can tell they care and I have 0 complaints about any of my experiences. They are my first and only vet and I do not expect that to change

Great service. My Cheddars first visit there and they were super helpful. I switched vets from Derry as they were just too expensive. This place is reasonably priced and the drs are super educated and seemed interested to hear about my cat. Highly recommend. Thumbs up!

Dr. Nick and Dr. Shank are awesome. They care about the animals and thoroughly explain what is wrong and the options.

I've just started taking my puppy here and everyone I've talked to and interacted with has been immensely helpful. They've been patient and knowledgeable when it came to my concerns about the new pup. I highly recommend this place!

Very professional staff, quick turnaround for our pet's visit!

They took excellent care of my cat. Very expensive but I was happy with my service and the doctor was very good.

Protocol for checking cat in was not explained to me when booked new visit. But, subsequent meeting with vet went very well and will be taking my other cat soon.

They have taken good care of our pets. They seem to really care and more importantly for many of us they don't price gouge.

Everyone was so nice and even though I couldn't go in due to restrictions right now, I could tell when I was in the phone with them, that they were so goid with my Big Kitty.

This veterinarian office is great. I've been going to them for 8 years now. They know how to treat animals and their owners with a lot of patience and kindness.
