All Pets is an amazing place to take your pets for valuable and good love and care. The employees take great care of your furry family member and have great compassion. They are always very helpful with answering any questions and are attentive to your pets needs. If you want a good quality, safe and clean place to take your furry friend this place is it

We recently brought our Sphynx kitten in for his first check up. We are new to caring for Sphynx. We were looking for a vet with some experience with the breed. We called around and the wonderful people at All pets called us back within a day. Our appointment was scheduled for about a week later. We had lots of questions and all our questions were answered. Our poor little dude had an ear infection and they detected it within a few minutes. We highly recommend this veterinary hospital for all your pets. Its a one stop shop. Bunnys, dogs, cats

I brought my cat Ollie in recently for a checkup and blood work. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. They had very good safety protocols in place and they kept me informed during the appointment as well as following up with me to see how Ollie was doing. I would highly recommend All Pets Vet.

Absolutely top-notch and professional veterinary care. All Pets rearranged their busy schedule to fit us in on short notice due to a concern we had about our newly adopted bunny. Dr. Kilgore examined our furry friend, allayed our anxieties and patiently answered all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience from our first phone call to leaving the office. So much thanks to the entire team!!

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at All Pets. They treat our dog as if she were their own and communicate everything to us in a timely, kind, and professional way. We couldn’t recommend them more!

They’re excellent at follow up, after every appointment they email me asking how my dog and checking if I have any questions. The vet is thorough and answers our questions.

Absolutely horrible experience this morning. Had an appointment at 9am, they had me waiting outside until 9:30 and had nothing but excuses. Then they took her in to draw blood and didn’t allow me to come in to comfort / control my dog. Got a call 30 min later saying they weren’t able to draw blood because she was moving to much (she’s a puppy), so they have to reschedule to put her under in order to draw blood…immediately doubled the cost and wasted an hr of my time away from my own job. Extremely incompetent and inconsiderate is what came to mind after this mornings experience.

I would not trust anyone other than All Pets with my babies Mocha & Mochi! Guinea pigs can be tricky to care for & All Pets helps us keep them happy & healthy! Everyone from whom ever is answering the phone to the techs & vets you can tell they truly care about every animal that walks through their door!

Dr Hollander. I’ve never found a vet who’s so thorough, it’s exactly what I’ve been seeking for all these years for my Ethel Mae! She’s been nothing but the best with Ethel & Minnie! She’s so thorough, friendly and even easy to talk to. She doesn’t push anything on you nor rush you with questions etc. she actually listens to you and comes up with the best solution for you and your pet. The front staff are also very kind, respectful and very responsive and reliable with phone calls and messages! They may be expensive but I can say every penny is worth it to me. Dr Hollander sure does have two patients for the rest of their lives. Sincerely Alexis. ????

I love this hospital because they are very honest on medical information and they don’t try to take your money like animal hospital of Nashua

Very nice and loving when I had to put my kitty down even though I had never been there before. They were also awesome with my new kitty and made sure she was loved during her first exam. Got quick appointments and great service. Thank you so much

After 6 years taking my dog here, I'm finding a new vet. This place has some fine veterinarians and technicians, but their prices are absurd. Expect to pay more than double for everything. I get it, a business has to make a profit, but All Pets really takes advantage of you. I have many examples, but here's one: at the end of my last visit there, I casually asked if they'd clip & file my dog's nails. Their already high price had apparently gone up, because they charged me...$38.50....and it was clear they didn't use the dremel at all, because the nails were still really jagged. I called to ask about this and it was explained to me that my dog's nails had grown so long that the quick had grown and they couldn't really clip them too much. (They offered to "reassess" his nails for free at the next visit, whatever.) But regardless, $38.50 for a nail clip is just pure greed. I can get a full pedicure for less. Although their pet care is good, their best skill here is extracting money from your wallet.

It was quite a shock today when I learned how sick my cat Dora was. The doctors and technicians at All Pets vet were so compassionate and informative helping me to decide what I needed to do. Dora is now in a better place and I know she is not hurting anymore. My hurt will subside with time but it helps to know but she was taken such good care of today! And I am so grateful I could be with my fur baby when she passed to the rainbow bridge.

I've had multiple bad experiences with this practice. Don't bring your pet if they have any level of anxiety about the vet. All Pets will just tell you to drug up your pet and get them professionally trained. My dog was seen for under a minute, was not even placed on the exam table when their veterinarian called off the appointment. They then charged us a $67 exam fee without actually examining my dog. They took advantage of the fact that my pregnant wife was in a stressful situation. When I called to rectify this problem their manager Megan blamed my wife and I for the ordeal and told me "Are you really this upset over a $67 charge?". An absolute travesty of a practice.

They are all very kind to my little birds, knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the procedures done to my feather babies

My 6 year old guinea pigs are fortunate to have All Pets Veterinary Hospital caring for them through their golden years. Very responsive to urgent care requests, accurate evaluations and medical care, excellent follow-up and compassionate doctors and staff. Thank you so much.

I was inquiring about how to have my dog seen. The technician was unable to complete the last appointment due to my GSD being anxious so I was allowed in with him. He now has a severe ear infection and I called to come up with a solution since we are unable to go in with him now (COVID Restrictions) and he needs to be seen. After multiple calls Renee said I can come in Thursday at 9am with the medical director only. I asked if they are comfortable letting my dog wait 4 days to be seen. She said "I'm going to hang up now since we are not getting anywhere." I was not being rude and there was no reason to hang up. I was trying to find a solution to make my dog comfortable. Regardless if he needs me to accompany him due to the techs being unable to handle him they said couldn't have seen him until Thursday due to scheduling. I have paid this office hundreds of dollars to ultimately be treated terribly. ***UPDATE. Renee called to dismiss us from the practice due to yesterday's interactions. (Maybe because I gave them a one star review?) Im beside myself because I'm now left with no vet and a sick dog. I was not rude to them. I was trying to work together to find a solution for my dog. I picked up cleaner yesterday after I asked if it's ok to go 4 days longer with an ear infection. I didn't say two words to the tech that passed it through a window... I didn't know I had to be 110% happy with them all the time to have my animals seen. What an absolutely horrible experience.

So this is a frustrating review to write- as I originally had a very positive outlook on All Pets Veterinary Hospital. They were very welcoming to my dog at first, and they had a very strict (but understandable) COVID policy. My German Shepherd is still a puppy, and has some small anxiety issues with visiting the vet. He's a social dog, however and loves people. But when myself or my fiancé are out of sight he gets nervous, loud, and hard to keep still for an exam. This is where the frustration begins. The technicians are unable to complete appointments with him alone, and refuse assistance from us when we absolutely comply with masks, etc. If it was a normal check up and we couldn't get his teeth brushed, I'd wave it off and call it a bad day. But when my dog's ear is so inflamed with an infection that my fiancé was trying to make ANY concession work, they have us an incredibly hard time to book an emergency appointment. That's when you know their intention is just the bottom line and not necessarily the pets. They eventually capitulated to see him on Thursday 4/29, but then two days before his appointment they terminated him from their practice. IF they had a problem with myself, or someone else, that's fine and we can hash it out after the fact. But you involved an innocent animal who needed help, and they turned him down without blinking an eye. To summarize, if you're looking for a vet that will truly care for your pets, this one isn't it.

I have taken my pets to All Pets for many years. They are wonderful!!! I recently have a very I'll kitty. Garfield is part of my soul. When the Vet. Tech told me how ill Garf was, I was so upset, I didn't know what to do. All Pet staff went the extra mile to try to get him well and back home. One of the staff, Megan(sp) took Garfield to her own home over her weekend to provide his so much needed care. She has also provided me with the much needed support and has kept me updated on Garfield's condition. "Extra mile"! Every Doctor and staff member have been very competent and compassionate. Thank you! Love and Gratitude, Scott and Garfield

Can’t say enough good things about this place and all of the people that work here. I got my first bunny in September 2020 and he’s indoor so we knew we’d have to get him neutered. After many calls to other vets I found this place and from making the first wellness check appt to after his surgery they have been absolutely amazing. I told them I was pretty nervous about the surgery because he’s my baby and the care that they provided for me and my little love bug was amazing. From the calls with updates to the calls after to check up and see how he was doing and making sure I knew how to care for him the best I could I just can’t say enough good things. Thank you guys so so much from my family to yours!

The staff here is extremely nice and very smart and attentive, but their prices really are getting out of control. They've been a great vet to my two dogs but they charge 2-5x above the average for routine procedures. Unfortunately can't afford them anymore, but if you can they're high quality.

Ben Rider

The vets are very nice and knowledgeable, but they charge anywhere from 3-10x what other vets charge for the same procedures.

We needed a same day appointment for our dog and our vet didn’t have times but suggested we go to their sister office. Couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness and care from the staff. I got an appointment for that same morning and unfortunately my dog needs surgery but they provided us all the information and support needed. Very happy with the care so far.

I want to like this hospital but I feel as though I was duped twice in a very short amount of time. I brought my cat in with breathing issues, I was told he should have an antibiotic shot so I did that...240 dollars later I was sent home. The next day, my cat couldn't breathe. I called and brought him in fast...They gave him oxygen and prescribed a pill and I got xrays (they wanted to send my xrays out for an additional fee cause they weren't sure?? i said no) ...280 dollars I was on my way. The pills helped immediately! WHY did i pay 240 dollars for a shot the first time? Why did i get needless xrays the second time? Why was I encouraged to send the xrays out needlessly for a second opinion with an additional charge?? I was happy with how i was treated though, everyone was so nice and caring. CRAZY enough my second cat got sick in a couple days, she started to walk weird. I brought her in fast and they said she probably has diabetes. She was definitely diagnosed with Diabetes and I was helped by the staff a lot! I was happy with this second cat experience, still upset about the first cat experience with the double cost for no reason....but then...I was told to bring my diabetic cat in for a checkup a week later, so I said OK and made the appointment. I get there in the afternoon after leaving work early, they take my cat, 5 minutes later a tech comes back and says the DR isn't in and would call me on Monday..I had to ask multiple questions as to what the heck just happened. I was told her glucose level and that was it...I already knew her level since i was testing her daily at home. I went home and was called and they said I owed them 40 dollars? I paid, but after i hung up, i was really mad. I was there 5 minutes, they took the same test I do at home and the DR wasn't even there. It seemed like such a money grab! TWO CATS, and each cat had ONE good visit and ONE money grab visit. I can't recommend this place as it stands. I have three cats and I won't be taking my third cat here or my two I just brought. The staff is overly nice but the wasted visits with huge costs are enough to keep me away. Why prescribe false medicine one day and the correct the next and double charge me? Makes no sense to me. Why charge me 40 dollars for an at home test and no DR consultation? Hit or miss is my experience. My search continues for an accurate vet. This isn't it for me. Edit...a year later. This is a terrible animal hospital. They gave my mother's dying cat a rabies shot out of no where and wasted about one thousand dollars only for him to die a week later. This place is the absolute worst they have made life difficult and siphoned hundreds needlessly. Not sure why anyone goes here.

If they are busy and your dog has a true emergency... like dying, they will tell you to take it to another vet because they don't have time to treat your pet. I my case i told them my dog was dying and since i live 3 mins away i was coming to drop him off so they could look at him. They told me to drive 30 minutes to an emergency vet in Windham because they would not see him if i brought him in.

They are great with dogs and cats been taking mine there for years. I chose them because I have reptiles. The very first time I have a sick reptile they cant see it all booked.OK its right after covid they give me numbers for other vets of course no ones seeing new people.I had to figure out what was wrong with him and what to treat with.It took 2 months for him to get better. Then I got a Savannah Monitor which are all wild caught so I called to get a fecal done and would make an appointment to be seen if positive .They said ok charged me for a fecal test. They call today and wont give me the results without an exam even though i asked about this when I called. So took my money for services they wont give me and lied when i asked about it prior to having it done.Anything with mammals they are great but reptiles forget it nothing but issues. Im out the money have to find a new Vet dont know if my Sav has parasites and will have to have the test redone.

ALL PETS vet is true to its name. The staff here are so sweet and knowledgeable of all types of animals. I have always had pet rats and every visit here made me feel comfortable and confident that my buddies were taken care of. No matter how unconventional your pet, the love you have for them is all the same so it was so wonderful to find a vet that treated all animals equally and had such a vast skill set. Not to mention the quick response time from staff and guided direction/help over the phone during COVID, awesome!! Thank you all pets.
