Only giving 2 stars because they got me in the same day I called. Otherwise, unfortunately it's just another money-grab operation. The Vets are more like salesman. Gave my cat a rabies vax without my consent (had to get that $30 charge) and absolutely gouged me for $50 a pop on medication that costs $10-$12 elsewhere. Tried to push for $175 bloodwork but didn't have a valid reason why. The vet paid no attention to detail and the "exam" I was charged for consisted of no vitals or anything. Please give your business to a small vet that actually cares about your animals rather than one that's overcharging customers to pay for their expensive new building.

I want to Love this place. They are really nice and they seem to care A LOT about the Animals, it would be a 5 star rating if they could just improve there communication.. I feel like I have to play phone tag with them. It may be because of the staffing shortages EVERYWHERE. However If they improve in the future with this then I will Give them the additional Two stars.

My 5 yr female dog was lethargic and staggering yesterday in the morning which terrified me. I called my usual vet and was told they were too short staffed to see her! They advised me to take her to Manchester. I was getting ready to run her to Manchester when I thought of the beautiful new Veterinary office down the street. I called them and the owner/ Veterinarian Dr. Komma answered the phone and even though we were not existing clients she agreed to see my girl immediately. Dr. Komma was professional, compassionate and cared both for my girl and for her nervous owners! This is my vet from now on!

I've been a customer for about 3 years, and this location has been so good to me and my pups. The new location is gorgeous and so big, and the staff has always been fabulous.

After seeing a different vet for the past year, I finally made the best decision and transferred to Lowell Road vet! My poor cat is not even a year and a half and has been to the vet more times than I can count for an ‘ear infection.’ After falling for all of the lies, I took my cat to Lowell Road Vet and all it took was 1 visit. My cat did intact not have an ear infection and rather had a polyp that was visible to the naked eye. Lowell Road Vet was able to see him at 4:00 on a Friday and I had him home by 6:00 minus a polyp feeling like a whole new kitty! I am forever thankful for the care and service we got at Lowell Road Vet and I will continue to go there for services!

Excellent staff!! My fiancee and I have been bringing our doodle pup here since we got her. Ruth is always excited to walk through the doors and see her friends. She was just spayed last week and is recovering perfectly. The at home care instructions were very helpful. Can't say enough about this place. Thank you!

I was referred here by my regular vet when my dog chipped a tooth. My dog was feral as a puppy, so strangers and vets offices are usually meltdown zones for him. They got me in so fast, set his new patient appointment and surgery for the same day so that he didn't have to be sedated twice, and took care of him like one of their own. Plus, they were very transparent and upfront about potential costs, and given the work that went into it, the cost was super reasonable. Thank you Lowell Rd Vet Team!! ❤️

I brought both of my pets to this location for years, I have a pitbull and a Rottweiler. On the normal they have been good at their customer service in the front desk super nice people and techs. However, they don't approve prescriptions from other carriers and just provide mail ins which take much longer to approve basically forcing you to buy from them at a very expensive price. Last time my Rottweiler was there for an annual check up, he was seen by a interim vet who clearly did not check his medical history as she was offering services that were not due and ended up prescribing a medicine that was not good for him. He was taken to the emergency room where this information was gathered and was told to stop it immediately as it could've killed him because he did not need it. I called to ask why this was prescribed in the first place and was told that because he had been offered the same medication that he had been drinking up to now or the other one and my husband had previously expressed the concern of every time we went (which is about once a month) it was very expensive, so they decided to provide him with the other one. When I asked the interim vet why she hadn't checked his medical history to clearly see that he had been prescribed the good medication for him in the past and that it was working she simply stated, “if you are unhappy we can send your pet records to any veterinarian” as if she was saying im no longer welcome there with my pets, which up to now I had not considered moving them as I thought it was a one time situation kind of thing. Which leads me to the unprofessional manner of this veterinarian, that in no way is to ease a pet parent who just spent almost $900 at the emergency vet trying to save their dog from something that could have been prevented, instead is full with arrogance and gaslighting to place blame in others. Furthermore, I would like to compliment Dr. Komma (the owner) for her beautiful new facilities and her marvelous work ethic as her and the other dr’s in this facility do seem to know what they are doing.

I needed to put my very sick dog to sleep so he wouldn’t suffer any longer. They made an appointment for us same day I called for an hour later. We were allowed all the time needed to say goodbye, my grandson was with us and doc encouraged him to be with our dog during process to encourage closure. She explained all that was happening, it made this very heart breaking process as easy as something like this could be. Thank you for your kind, caring, professionalism. Unfortunately I did not know their 7 days a week schedule, my dog would have gotten this more caring treatment than he was getting from the 24 hr vet in Nashua.

I surely DON’T recommend LOWELL RD VET. Lowell vet has a bunch of young vet techs with attitude and no one cares and doesn’t have customer service manners.

Lowell road vet is tho only places I will go the are simply the best doctor Kumar is amazing ????????????????❤

Love this place! Friendly empathetic staff. Reasonably priced. They take the time to listen and answer questions. Very gentle and sweet when we sent out 15 yo Shihtzu Girl over the rainbow bridge. We now have a 19 month old Bully and they Love her and she is super comfortable. ❤❤

They are the greatest they saved my dog , the Vet was Dr Kehoe

Brought my dog here for a physical, the vet techs were very nice as well as the veterinarian. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to deal with! The pricing was very reasonable. My dog Theo has just met his new vet as we will be back!

Good place, felt like my pets got great care. It's hard to estimate what a fair price is for service. Not like shopping around when you have a pet crisis is an option. I did have some sticker shock at the cost of surgery. My puppy is doing great now.

Thank you guys for taking care of peanut with so much care and reassuring my nerves for his first visit. Also I love that you guys followed up the next day because he got sick from the meds and I was a bunch of nerves. I'm so happy I chose to go here!

Lowell Road Veterinary is the place for all your animal needs. They handle my two dogs with expertise and care. Love the staff!

Love these guys! Dr. Kumar is incredible along with all the vet techs. They genuinely care about your animals, and will do their best to make sure their needs are met.

They are the tops in veterinary

I have been going here for my Bichon Friśe and I am very happy with them. The doctor and the staff are very friendly, they are always happy to explain any issues, they are transparent about different procedures, costs involved etc. I am also excited about the new facility that is coming up soon as the current facility has a pretty cramped parking space. I only wish the preventive care was a little less expensive as it is not covered by most insurances.

Have my parrots cared for here. They are excellent at dealing with my "crazy birdmans".. Would definitely recommend for bird beak, nail or wing clipping ..
