I have taken my cats here and my parents dogs here. They are amazing here and they show how much they love animals and they treat your pets as if they were there own. My cat faith was diagnosed here with cancer that i never knew she had and they did everything for her and because of them I had 6 more months with her and they were the best. I would recommend them to all of my friends who live in the area. They are great here and will help you in any way they can.

I have been a client at Milford Vet since I moved here with my wife in 2016: they took care of my aging cat I’d had since age 11 with a level of respect and compassion I had never experienced, right until the end. Now they care for my new fur baby, and they will be her forever vet too. Thank you for all you do!

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The price was reasonable and everyone was friendly and professional.

Everything was flawless! Bringing your pet to the vet is a bit different and sad under current COVID protocol, but MVH made it bearable and removed any concerns we had!

We have had dogs for many years and currently have 3 border collies at different stages in life. Milford Vet is one of the best clinics we have used. Everyone here appears to really love what they do.

I called yesterday to make an appointment for my elderly cat because he was not eating for 2 days, they told me that the two sick appointment they have available daily were taken. They recommend we take the cat to the ER in Manchester. I told them we don’t feel like it is a case for ER as the cat was otherwise fine. They then told me to call again at 8 am in the morning to schedule a sick visit. So I did. After speaking to them today they have said that they only have an appointment later on it the afternoon and they feel we should not wait that long and take the cat to the ER because of the “ severity “ of it. When I asked what “ severity” as the cat is otherwise fine, I was told “ we don’t have any available appointment to see your cat”. These people refused to help and see my cat without any explanation. We will never go here again, and many friends who do will be notified of this incident and unprofessionalism. Shame on you Milford Veterinary!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary hospital. I've been taking my cats here since 2013, and they are wonderful. From the desk staff, to the techs & veterinarians... everyone is so kind, and they all truly care about the wellbeing of your pets. I love that they're owned by one of the vets, and I've never had a bad experience here. Thank you for all you do!

I brought my animals here for care for 20 years. The doctors and staff are caring and capable.

While we are unable to go inside, MVH was amazing. There was a very short wait for the blood to be drawn and senior check up. When our cat came back to the car, she was calm. The results were called to us the next day!

I've been bringing my canine "kids" to MVH for nearly 30 years. Dr. Lisa (now retired) hopefully remembers "our" Pearl who passed in 2013; Lisa treated Pearl for 16 of her 18 years and had come to my home (hospice care) when the time arrived for Pearl to cross the Rainbow Bridge - Lisa cried with me. I'lI miss Dr. Lisa forever but the doctors who joined MVH during and after her are as loving and caring as she is. Dr. Cheryl truly saved my Molly's life. Molly had been severely injured and Cheryl was just leaving work when we "screamed" into the lot. She immediately took Molly in, stabilizing her injuries so we could get her to the emergency hospital in Bedford/Manchester (a fabulous facility). MVH even called the hospital to say we were coming. Now at 10, Molly's back to her old self. For saving Molly, and me, Dr. Cheryl will never be forgotten. Dr. Karen T was very compassionate yet straight forward when she noticed our Monty's (9) breathing was irregular during his last visit. We had already left but Dr. Karen was extremely concerned. Knowing our financial situation she had MVH call me to bring Monty back for tests; we'd work out the rest. The tests showed that Monty was in the middle/last stages of heart failure. Medications gave him a few more months of some lively times of love and cuddling. He quietly passed away on Jan 16, 2020 at the foot of my bed. Again, MVH was there for me. As with Pearl, they arranged for Monty's cremation and he was soon back home. My husband and I still have 4 canine "kids" from 13 to 90 lb and they will always be cared for by MVH. Milford Veterinary Hospital IS Exceptional!

my dog had an anaphylactic reaction to a bee sting. She is a patient of Milford Veterinary Hospital. We called they saw her immediately, watched her closely after medications and oxygen for a few hours and then she came home. Dr Gill was great to explain everything and give us great advice. The experience was great!

We appreciate the great care you take for our sweet girl, Hashbrown. We loved the email wishing her a Happy Birthday and how you went the extra mile when it was time to let our cat Max cross that rainbow bridge. Thank you for all you do.

They help with all our dog needs over the years. Excellent staff, really nice and caring.

We have brought both of our dogs here for years now. Today our 6 month old had a stick stuck in his throat and we needed a vet immediately. I called Milford Vet in a panic, and they calmly found me a technician, let us right in, assured us he would be okay, and stuck to their word. Thank you to the amazing staff here for making a scary situation, bearable. (They even cut his nails for us as he was sedated- amazing!)

Dr. Tinkham is an absolute sweetheart and treated my kitten with so much love and kindness. She also has taken care of my other two cats since we got them as kittens. MilfordVeterinary Hospital will be my forever place to bring my animals ❤️❤️❤️

2018 Great staff, location & services Everytime we have been. ***Update** July 2020 most recent visit with this place has left me knowing the only thing they truly care about is the profit not compassion for the animals or owners that trust them. I am not sure if they had a change in staff but they refused to assist with putting my cat down "due to Covid" but are willing to have him come in for more tests after spending almost $500 and still not having any answers except his kidneys are failing. He is over 14years old & I don't want him to suffer. Where has the compassion for quality of life gone?

We are new to the practice and my pup isn’t such a pup anymore so, I was apprehensive to the idea of not going in the clinic for his check up. I can assure anyone in this instance that the vet and vet assistant were extremely helpful, and we able to address all of my concerns. Thank you all very much!
