Worst ever!!!! Moved to the area in 2016 seems like it was always some issue with getting my pets in ranging from hrs to inability to schedule rudest staff ever the excuses wer out of control, forced to see another vet further away due to them not having availability the Friday was not very knowledgeable and didn’t value our time and was interested in discussing pet instead sent in her assistant.. one start not earned what so ever!!!

Wonderful! Dr Patti was so kind, gentle and extremely considerate! They were great with my dog and tried to be as thorough as possible.

Place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. They refused to take my sick dog after being a loyal customer for at least 15 years. Told me to take him to the animal hospital instead. Asked for the manager to call me back and no one ever called. I used to love this place, unfortunately, I can no longer recommend.

Not accepting new patients. But also not answering phones or returning messages for over a week

I have been bringing both of my dogs here for 4 years. From standard checkups to more serious visits, I have always felt that my dogs were well taken care of and that the price was fair. We are currently working through an allergy issue with one of my dogs and I feel like all the doctors and staff have worked with us to achieve the best outcome for our pooch. All around great experience!

Great service... they put our cats at ease and explain everything to us clearly. Price is reasonable and COVID precautions are sensible and well executed.

Not the same place since they were bought by Mars. I understand paying a premium for prescriptions when you get them at the vet and I typically never had on issue as it was a matter of convenience. They just subscribed a prescription for my dog and charged $90. When I got back home< I looked it up and it is readily available with all the online pet pharmacy's at a cost of $15-$20 including shipping. I wouldn't complain even if they charged $50. But $90 is just gouging. Welcome your pet care to corporate America. I will be looking for a new vet that we can trust.

I'm a continuing customer. The service is inpecable. I have been taking my dogs and cat here from day one. They have treated my animals with the upmost quality and reliable care I could ever ask for. Recently we brought our GSP Harper . My husband and I are totally satisfied with the care Harper received.

Due to covid there was not a huge interaction with the staff. They came out and grabbed my dog from the car. The vet tech and vet came out afterwards and discussed what was wrong with my dog. The two people i talked with were extremely nice, and friendly. The vet explained to me in a way so I would understand.

Absolutely phenomenal, qualified, respectful team!. Dr. Grobe is an angel, disguised as a veterinarian. ????????????

I recently moved to the area and had to find a new Vet for my dog. I got lucky and found Fallon, they are great. The staff is very friendly and all of the veterinarians are wonderful.

I have been using Fallon Animal Clinic for over 25 years.

Was picking up food in my own car, worker threw my receipt at me and made a rude comment to me for not wearing a mask, with the windows down in my own damn car for just literally reaching out to grab the bag of food. I’m sorry but wearing a mask doing that would literally make no difference. I will be switching my vet services to Lunenburg vet hospital from now on.

Quick, personable, kind and patient with my not so nice sometimes dog. Very careful regarding COVID19 precautions. They have you call when you get there and check you in, and then a tech comes out to collect your pet as we wait outside. Dr. Fallon came out himself and was great.

I do not recommend this place. Had a bad experience there employees are more worried about going home then providing service. Also you have a different vet every time even if it’s a follow up.

This place is very reasonable price-wise, but also i could tell the staff had a genuine interest in my doggo's well-being. They treated him with the utmost respect and i got the sense that everyone really enjoys their work with animals. We've been here twice in the last 2 weeks for my pupper's ear infection and each time we pull into the parking lot, he gets so excited like he knows where we are.
