It’s sometimes hard to get into for appointments but I feel like I always have a good experience there. My animals are always well cared for and the staff is always great!

Very personable, great under pressure, very knowledgeable and was all about helping the animals and caring for their needs. I have a dog who is extremely anxious and I had an extremely hard time trying to find a place that would groom my dog as well as receive his yearly vaccines but Merrimack Veterinary Hospital staff have worked with me and my dog is now THRIVING and in a place where he is well cared for and staff who worked with me to find a positive solution for my dog! Their grooming salon also has taken my other dog and have taken very good care of him!! I can't say enough good things about this organization!

Brought mine and my children's foster kitty Lucifer(Nathan)(foster moms child name)to his wellness check up since( foster parents have to take good care of foster animal) and then be checked out to make sure animal can be adopted by us. And he came out with 100% which means me and my two kids got our Christmas gift biggest major one from my mother. Place is amazing and very fair friendly and much more. Good place to bring your animals for just about anything and everything.

I love this place! They were able to get my dog in same day to look at a sore on her mouth and the vet on staff had so much patience with my shy girl. Will always recommend!

I have been going to the Merrimack Veterinary Hospital for several years for service on another pet and recently visited with our new puppy, Tanker. The staff and doctor were great. They answered all of our questions with professional and research-based data and we had a lot of questions because Tanker is a new breed for us. We are extremely satisfied with the service, the ease of making appts., appt. reminders and recommendation of products for all our puppy needs. If you live in the area, this is a great place to take your pet. Evening and Saturday appts. too!

The Dr was behind and I do understand that some cases need more time and emergencies come in. So I’m not going to complain about that. But I do wish there was a way they could say your appt is at 4:30 but the Dr is an hour behind you can come 30 minutes later or something. Wishful thinking maybe. The prices I think are a little higher then other vets. Even the vets that come to your home. I really like the Dr. He is awesome! He heard out all my concerns and explained everything. He did not rush even though he was behind so I do appreciate that. The stuff is kind and helpful.

I really love this place. My dog Oliver loves his new veterinarian and the staff. They have been very informative about his needs and care. In addition, he goes to dog daycare here and he’s very happy and content with his new friends.

The front desk is good and helpful. The prices are very fair. The building is OK. Dr. Jenna Bryfonski DVM is great. She is thorough and listens.

The ONLY vet I will take my dog Hope too. Even with curbside services, I felt comfortable and at ease after her first appointment. Every technician we have met and every person on the phone I have spoken with have been extremely helpful and make me feel like my pet is in good hands. She gets seen by Dr. Quenemoen who is always in contact with me regarding her test results and to discuss next steps with her treatments. Hope and I appreciate all you guys do at Merrimack Vet! Highly recommend!

Staff is always friendly but it can be hard to get through to them on the phone because they are usually pretty busy. They are a little pricey but they seem to take good care of my pup

I recently lost a beloved pet on a weekend when no place was open. The folks at merrimack veterinary hospital were there for me and most importantly my pet. They were very comforting and handled everything for me, removing a huge weight from my shoulders. I would highly reccomend them for any services your pet may need.

I’ve been bringing my animals to Merrimack Veterinary Hospital for about three years now and I am always so impressed! My fiancé and I have four cats, so needless to say we have a handful of appointments throughout the year. Everyone, from the doctors to the vet techs to the front office staff, is always so friendly and takes great care of our kitties. Just yesterday we had to bring one of our cats in after noticing some signs of respiratory distress. Long story short, he was diagnosed with feline asthma. It was a stressful day for our cat and for us, but Dr. Driscoll was absolutely wonderful and made sure we were informed and had all of our questions answered. It is apparent how busy the staff is and how hard they work (especially with so many people adopting pets during the pandemic!) but I have never felt rushed or like my pets’ care has been compromised in any way. Thank you to the Merrimack Veterinary Hospital staff for all you do! I’m sure so many clients can relate when I say our cats are such an important part of our family, and it means the world to us to have them cared for by such a knowledgeable and caring team!

This is the second time I took our dog to Merrimack Veterinary hospital for sedating grooming. The doctor and the groomer did a wonderful job taking care of our four year old anxious / stressed Akita. Staff is pleasant to work with and are highly courteous from the time you book the appointment until the time you leave the building after the appointment. Groomer did an amazing job trimming the nails, cleaning the ears, trimming ear hair, and brushing the undercoat really well. I am very happy with the staff, groomer and the doctor.

We’ve been going here for seven years since we moved from South Carolina. They have taken great care of our dog but lately with all this garbage about masks and making us sit in the parking lot and wait for somebody to come out with all the dogs in the daycare barking and dogs in other cars barking and my dog sitting in the car panting and getting very nervous. They need to wake up the Covid mask thing is done let’s go….people are vaccinated the idea of having to call and wait it’s ridiculous

They misdiagnosed our pets twice and basically killed one of them. The only vet we liked there and corrected diagnoses our dog is no longer there. We are upset we didn’t do more by going after Merrimack vet. We will never trust them. Again everyone has a different experience, they were just not for us and we will avoid them at all cost.

I recently brought my dog here. Staff was warm and friendly which is very nice to find. Dr. Rochefort called during the appointment since I couldn’t go in due to covid protocols. She was informative and understanding, answering all of my questions. I am very happy with them and would recommend to friends and family!

I brought my aging cat in for grooming. Her front claws were already growing into the pads. The experienced groomer was able to help her and give me instructions on what to watch for that might need attention from the vet. I will definitely return for routine grooming.

They are very good with my pets & me as well. My dog in is very difficult to deal with sometimes (esp vet time). They tried numerous things to put him at ease(med & other wise) & didn’t give up until they found something that worked I’m very grateful to them for not giving up & tossing us to the curb I was starting to think it would never work out!!

I have gone to this vet for about 5 years. Most visits were good. However we had to put our family pet down due to old age. I requested a paw print as a keepsake. I waited and waited and never received it. I called the vet on multiple occasions trying to find out where the package was. They told me I needed to contact the post office. After speaking with 2 different post offices I find out “my” package was sent to a different address with a different name according to the tracking number I was given. I spoke with the manager and she told me it was impossible because she filled out the address herself. So the keepsake I was hoping for is now gone and I will never get it. It’s not something that can be replaced. I am far from disappointed.
