We tried tails above the rest after a bad grooming experience at woof meow. My boyfriend and I couldn’t have been happier. Our dog has never looked as good! I feel our dog had a great experience. 10 stars!!

They are amazing here and have done my moms cats a few times. My moms cat (stewie) is older but they are so great with him and always tell my mom how great of a cat he is! They really are the best!!

I am in total SHOCK over the condition of my cat when she left this place. Upon pickup she was in her carrier so we didn’t know how much damage was done until we got home. They completely destroyed her fur.. shaved her down to the skin in some places, leaving the rest of her hair choppy & completely uneven.. with no shape to it and no skill in the process WHATSOEVER. I mean it looks like she was straight up struck by a lawnmower... how can you call yourself a professional groomer with these results?! My cat looks and acts uncomfortable and she is stuck with the worst haircut of her life! They refused to refund us for this absolute nightmare.... so this review is to hopefully save someone else’s cat from having to go through the same thing.

Maureen is the best. I've been bringing my cats here for a long time. She's very attentive to the pets and gentle.

They did a great job giving my cat Sofia a lion cut. She looked so cute and I'm pretty sure she didn't want to leave, she loves being groomed. Lol

I would give them only 4stars. Why ? Well whenever I need to groom my cats. I usually bring them to this place and they are good with my cats BUT Communication is not reliable these days. No one seems to answer the phone nor do call backs. They have a automatic voice message saying to use a extension but I’ve never been given a number from any of the groomers I’ve seen before. So I usually wait til someone answers just to schedule a date. I was given a phone number 1 times but no one replied. It’s been really disappointing.

We are Not really happy with our cats look. His hair is uneven. He has a big bush around his head. Looks like he has a permanent cone around his neck. His paws have uneven hair all around them. His body has some bumps all over.

My dog saw Shaylee today to have her nails trimmed. Awesome service. Professional, personable, sweet and just all around great service.

We been taking our two puppies to Maureen at Tails Above the Rest and we are so happy with her professionalism, care and service. Our dogs are being going there since they were little. They are 2.5 years old now and they love going there. We feel super comfortable when they are in her care. She is just great and I trust her recommendations and my dogs look super cute and clean when she is done with them. Thank you Maureen!

Kim does a wonderful job on my 2 babies. I live in Chelsea, MA, and I make the trip to have her groom my babies. They love her...as do I.

Always a pleasant experience. My fur baby gets grooming regularly here. He comes back to me looking like a brand new puppy, and his groomer is great with him! Clean & friendly. Appointments only! I highly recommend Shaelie.

40$ for a basic bath no nail filling ???? 25lb dog! No haircut.

My dog absolutely adored Jacky and the price was very affordable! She did a great job on his nails and trimmed him exactly as I asked. This is the first groomers we've been to where he wasnt absolutely shell shocked and panicked to leave when I came for pickup, in fact I popped back in just in time to see him cheesing for some photos she was taking of her work. The service was friendly both over the phone and in person and this is now my go to pup spa. The entrance can be a little tricky as it is on the back of the building so if it's your first time making an appointment just let them know so they can direct you to the correct door

Great service, fair prices. Getting an appointment can be hard sometimes.

Good service, great with dogs

They did an amazing job with my cat. He can be very hard to handle but they were great with him. All shaved and nails done. Only took a few minutes and we were on our way home.

I had to bring my cat Stella in for a lion cut because she had a matted coat. I was very nervous as she is not a culdily cat and doesn't like brushing at all but they did a great job with her. They took the time to work with her and not stress her out. I'm so happy she can feel better now.

Maybe I'm spoiled by my regular groomer. I wasn't impressed how my dogs were groomed. Looks like they forgot to do their ears and tails. I will not be going back.

My dog loves his groomer. He is in no hurry to leave.

Was not impressed with Jackie’s work. My poor dog is now bleeding from his left paw nails and also is missing a piece of his ear!!!
