I brought in my 2 cats they are a bit skiddish but they were treated with so much care and concerned for their feelings. They were also very kind to us. I would absolutely refer people to this vet.

I've been taking my pets to Lockridge for years. I love all of the staff and doctors, but they have seriously got to work on their timeliness and consistency. It's not unusual to wait for an hour past your scheduled appointment time to be seen. I would prefer to usually reschedule if they are running that far behind.

Every time I go there, I know my pets are going to be taken care of. Friendly staff and great waiting room for the pets and owners.

Lockridge Animal Hospital is outstanding for its professional and caring staff. The vets and technicians are very attentive and kind to the animals and to their people. This practice is so much better than the vets we brought our cats to before finding Lockridge. For one thing, the staff actually likes cats!

I used to love this place but since the two best vets left it's all about the money now and not actually the care for the pets or owners during ths awful pandemic. In the past i had privately fostered 2 american bulldogs who needed alot of medical from a homeless man living in a tent in manchester. He agreed to pay me back when he got back on his feet but he never did. Lockridge let me go on a payment plan with them because i took responsibility where someone else did not, to save them from being thrown into an overcrowded shelter or being put down. Here i am a couple years later i come in with my three ferrets, 2 with possible adrenal disease, and i don't get paid until every 2 weeks, the bill was an absolutely outrageous $600 for what was supposed to be just check ups and they refused to go on a payment plan with me despite having a history of paying them on time without issue. The staff is still very friendly but it's not likely i will be returning.

Great staff, sometimes their phone lines are frustratingly busy and their prices are a little bit high but otherwise they are good.

This was my first visit, with my first kitty. The doctor and associates were excellent. They handled my 19 month old Hannah with great care and ease. I could see my little girl during the whole visit. They answered all my questions. They even trimmed hey nails for me. They gave her shots. They took a blood sample. All of it with apparent ease. I never saw my Hannah even twitch. I will definitely continue to bring Hannah here, hopefully for life!!!

We've been taking Argus, our little Jack Russell terrier here for years. His visits have been nothing short of professional with wonderful staff who genuinely love Argus. They call him "The Argus" :D

My pup does well here. The Veternaruins and staff members are all very polite as well as professional. They have a restroom in the waiting room. There's plenty of outside areas for your pet to roam around or to use the bathroom. Plenty of parking. My dog is treated wonderful from the time we walk in til we walk out.

I am extremely appreciative of their recognition that my pet needed to be seen instead of just using the same "we are at capacity" line I heard at 4 other places. I understand the times are difficult, but they recognized my anxiety and provided assistance.

ALL of our furry family members have been patients at Lockridge Animal Hospital and I can't rave about Lockridge enough. The hospital is always spotless and everyone treats our pets so special, which is extremely important to us. (My parents even brought our family pets there while I was growing up.) I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I’ve brought all my dogs to Lockridge over the years all different breeds. Recently, a lot of the seasoned vets have left since then, to say this office has gone down hill is an understatement. I brought my dog in recently, only to be told I had to reschedule because the bloodwork required fasting. I understand that, but I wasn’t just there for bloodwork and made that clear w/ reception when I booked the appt. Then once in the room the vet refused to check his ears, cut his nails (like I asked the previous two times) and to get a weight on him because he’s anxious is ridiculous. A couple weeks later and my dog now, is showing signs of a double ear infection and has even longer nails. I would suggest going anyplace but here for your pets needs. The staff seem unorganized, never on time and could care less about yours. Do better!

We love these guys! The doctors all love the animals and are knowledgeable and friendly. Office staff always friendly and helpful. Waiting room is clean. They are pricey though.

I do not appreciate the pressure to do every test or treatment for an indoor cat. I was not there for a physical, I was there for an ear infection concern. The vet didn’t review her chart at all prior to seeing me. The vet was pushy for blood work, alllll the vaccines, trying to use scare tactics of all the things that could go wrong and why I need to do all the things. Now that I know my favorite receptionist is leaving there, I will be too.

Loved this place at first but after our original vet left we’ve felt unheard, constantly pushed to spend and do procedures we were unsure of, and they don’t take the time to understand our pets needs and do things that only stress them out more. Recently switched to Manchester Animal Hospital and had a much better experience with staff that are patient and willing to find solutions that better fit our, and our pets needs.
