Manchester Animal Hospital Hooksett, New Hampshire

Obviously they love animals. They remembered my cat Luna! Treated her so well that the procedure went very smoothly with no stress to Luna.

Our 2 dogs Noel and Chance and our 3 cats Patti, Penelopi and Simba all go here for their care.. everyone there is always very sweet and personable. The communication is always great. We love the treatment that our animals get while they are there and they always call us in a timely fashion with any test results or communications needed.. we highly recommend Manchester Animal Hospital.

Been coming to Manchester Animal Hospital for many years as it is the closest to my home and overall have considered the service to be decent. I recently lost my cat and the experiences with Manchester Animal Hospital have made me decide I should invest time with a new Animal Hospital. Half of the service is wonderful, the ladies up front are very friendly and helpful and I truly thought my veterinarian was very helpful and professional and cared despite my cat not being able to be saved. The issues I consider to be below par are communication. During critical time periods of my cats testing/treatment my veterinarian was unavailable to provide test results on days promised or treatment options either to being off that day or in surgery or meetings. While understandable I would expect another veterinarian to be briefed so they could take over those duties for a severely ill animal when the primary vet was unavailable. The other is the care seems to be very financially motivated, it is hard to blame a business for wanting money but there is a line in life saving fields to balance profit and care and I think its skewed toward the wrong direction in this business. I was called while at work to talk about the results of a blood test and to ask for permission to run another test immediately as their office was about to close and the vet considered the test to be important and time sensitive. Of course I agreed but as I was at work and did not have my wallet for a credit card on me they would not run the test until it was paid for in advance. I was able to find a photo of my card in my phone to use but they would have delayed a potentially vital test for a small amount of money (130sih) a small amount compared to what I had already paid rather then making a small accommodation of letting me call the next morning to provide payment and provide faster care to a very sick kitty. Also the prescription prices are insane (think 50x per pill as much in some cases as buying online) The people that work there are wonderful the policies not so much. Not a bad place but I have decided my pets deserve better.

My dog has been a patient since he was a puppy, he’s now four a few days ago 12/7, I was leaving for a trip and dropping him off at the pet resort and was informed one of his vaccinations expired. I called, they got him right in and hit him what he needed and we were able to leave on time. It’s a level of service you don’t see these days in any industry.

All of our experiences have been positive here. We take our 1 year old nervous kitty to get her nails clipped regularly, as well as other health related business, and the staff is always very professional and caring when handling her. They still have curbside care available due to Covid 19, but I feel better now that people are allowed to come into the facility once again so I can get a feel for how friendly and helpful everyone is.

I love Manchester Animal Hospital. They have always taken great care of my dogs. I first went to them 4 yrs ago when my puppy broke his leg and my neighbor recommended them. I have been taking both my dogs here ever since. I cannot say enough good things about everyone there, from the Vets to all of the staff and tech's.

Dr. Brown has been amazing with my cats. I would highly recommend this veterinarian office.

We moved to Bedford and yet we still only trust our pup to MAH in Hooksett.

Manchester Animal Hospital is great! They take excellent care of our 2 dogs. We are very happy with the care our dogs receive there.

They are very friendly knowledgeable and whether it’s a scheduled appointment or a last minute appointment they always make it work around your schedule my fur family has found a permanent place

We have 5 dogs and four cats as patients here. We recently switched over after being unhappy with our other vet. The girls at the front are always so happy to help and chat and they make you feel as if you are the only patient they have. Dr. Clifford is our vet and she is beyond fabulous. So kind and soft spoken; our animals adore her. I know they are busy but I am always so shocked at how long Dr. Clifford is willing to spend at our appointments and how long she spends on the phone when calling back with test results, answering questions, etc. Again, she makes you feel as if you are the only patient she has. Totally would recommend Manchester Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet.

So far so good! Dr. Lemay and tech Katie were very kind, understanding, and informative. And willing to work with and adapt to my very difficult, cranky kitty. I’m very hopeful this place will be reliable and safe for my pets!

Very professional and nice to deal with

Recently have had to bring my pets here for a few different medical issues that have come up and they're completely understanding. Not only that but they make sure we understand everything fully before we leave the clinic

My Diva is a rescue dog, up in age and a shadow dog. Dr. Brown and the wonderful staff have brought her out of her shell. A+++ very special and caring people.

Zeus was going for his yearly physical exam. My appointment was on time. Everyone was very friendly and showed interest in Zeus n his welfare. The exam was very complete n I was constantly informed of every step. Extremely thorough with Zeus. Very pleased. Highly recommend Manchester Animal Hospital

We have been going to Manchester Animal Hospital since getting our puppy a couple of years ago. We have always been impressed and satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to pet owners. The are communicative, attentive, kind and thorough - whether explaining their policies, caring for our dog, scheduling appointments or hosting Halloween costume contests, they go above and beyond!

Too busy for new customers. I needed a prescription dog food because my vet no longer carried it. I offered to have my old vet fax them my dogs info and transfer my business to them. They said no. We can’t do that ( we can’t sell you dog food without seeing him first). The soonest we can see you is four weeks from now. Why don’t you call another vet in the area. I couldn’t believe their response. Chewy.com will sell me the food online with a doctors note so I went with them. If the owners read this, maybe you can sell the food first and then make the appointment later? Maybe build the business with more clients? They received 1 star for poor customer service and telling potential clients to go elsewhere

I love this place. Everyone is always so nice and friendly!

The entire crew is very pleasant and polite. When you hand off your pet to a tech, you feel comfort that your pet will be treated with care. The Doctors are excellent. They are very caring. You know your pet is in good hands!

Have been taking my cats here for 5 years and have always received best care. Dr. Lemay spent a lot of time answering my questions. Very helpful.
