Goffstown Animal Hospital Manchester, New Hampshire

I have not been here, but my former Veterinarian for my toy poodle is there and we miss her terribly. Her name is Jaime Rochefort.

I went to this place for over 10 years and spent thousands. On the unfortunate day when that my BEST friend I have ever had needed to be put to sleep they would not even blet me go in to be with him. Save your response about covid protocol...I went to Caves in Concord whom I had used a few times in the past when we had issues that this place couldn't handle and so glad I did. They couldn't have been better and more accomadating during this difficult day. I was able to be with him right to the end. I have waited over a year to post this but just wanted others to know how cold and heartless this place was on his last day. Go elsewhere!!!

They have always been great ever since we started bringing our animals there. Last night our dog attacked an opossum in our yard and they squeezed us in to give him a rabies booster!

Dr. Scott is awesome ! She's not afraid of my 90 pound pit bull(who is a big baby) she's the only Dr. There that doesn't muzzle him.

I've takes my cats and dogs there .they are fantastic my parents and grandparents took their pets there as well. Last years I moved a few towns away but i refuse to change my vet!!

My cat Leo has had urinary problems his entire life. Not only were the staff fast and reliable with his care when he had to go into surgery because of it, but they were so patient with me and so very careful and Kind with Leo. They explained to me and set me up with the care that he would need going forward in his life. A couple years after the visit, and he is having problems again. I’m making an appointment first thing in the morning. I know that the staff will help him without completely sucking me dry of every dollar I have. This practice has been in my family for years, I’ll never switch vets.

Dr. Scott is amazingly caring and thoughtful vet. I can tell she trying to do the best for the animal and it shows having a senior dog with mobility issues she always communicates and trys work with you to figure our best plan for your pet.

As always, they are wonderful with our pets!

The staff and the Dr. Were great we had to put our chocolate lab down Molly...they were so caring and spent time with us before and after Molly was gone....thank you so much Goftstown animal hospital ❤

Very competent and compassionate staff, I would never go anywhere else

My cat was jaundice and they said she had a pancreas infection and sent us home with some medicine after many visits and tests including an overnight visit . My cat continued to not eat and died from dehydration and starvation since she wouldn’t eat and even when she did she couldn’t keep it down because the medicine they gave us didn’t work. The vets also never called to check on my cat and a few month later someone in my family brought their dog in because she wasn’t eating or going to the bathroom and same thing they sent them home with medicine but my family member brought their dog to another vet and they discovered a foreign object in her stomach and said if she has waited like they told her their dog would be dead in days. She had to have surgery to remove it.

This hospital had always been extremely welcoming and pleasant despite being extremely busy at times. Everyone is nice and patient and I really feel like the love what they do and love the animals they take care of.

I've been taking my "children" here for over 10 years. When I had to say goodbye to Keesa, I asked that the doctor come to my house to put her at rest. Not the best day of my life but they understood how important it was for me to have Keesa home during her final moments. I will never forget that act of compassion.

Beware, not accepting "new clients" during this time period. I didn't realize that, even if you had a sick animal, healthcare was a luxury for pets. "Maybe try back in a month." I'll go elsewhere as opposed to neglect the needs of my pet, thank you.

I am so impressed with the quality and care that Goffstown Animal Hospital has given my puppy. I have never even been inside due to the timing of getting this new puppy and all the COVID regulations happening, but have been impressed with their punctuality in coming out to the car regardless of the weather. Always smiling too. I can tell that whatever they do inside, it must be well done, as my 6.5 month old puppy hasn't had any aversions to going back for follow-ups. She always comes back to me the same way she leaves; excited and happily wagging her tail. She was recently spayed, and their concern and response time with questions I had regarding her post-op behaviors was impressive. The doctor listened to all of my concerns, and came up with reasonable answers and suggestions. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in quality and compassionate care for their animals.

The people I dealt with were very polite and the Dr was very good at explaining everything to me.

Yesterday we brought our older cat knowing we might have to put her down. The staff were wonderful and understand at this hard moment in our lives. We were walked through of what was going to happen, gave us plenty of alone time with our love one. They also handled her with the most care. This meant a lot to me and a big impact. We have one of our other animals that go to the goffstown animal hospital but I highly recommend this place.

The staff is very pleasant! They are reasonably priced! The Dr's and the staff are wonderful with the treatment of the animals!

I'm new to this practice but have worked in veterinary for almost 20 years. I'm extremely off put by the other reviews here. This is a medical practice. Although it's animals, they follow the same legalities as human practices. Is it so important to walk into the Taj Mahal of vet clinics or is it more important to have your pet nurtured and kissed on the head while their blood is being drawn? In a sea of corporate practices, these guys are kind and compassionate. My dog owes his life to Dr. DeKavis. My dog recently had major surgery and he called me throughout the day. Phenomenal staff and amazing Dr. Thank you!

They treat my dogs as if they're part of their family. Great staff & service every time
