Came in to buy food for our dogs ???? + cat ????. Stopped to play with their ($3k+) puppies. Were told "If you're not buying anything, get out." Rude, unprofessional, and an embarrassment to our community. Will tell friends + coworkers NOT to shop here.

Small but we'll stocked store they always have what I need. Also we have a beautiful Malamute from them. This is not a chain store so help support your local small business.

I bought 2 rabbits here a few years ago, no problems at all! I also bought a puppy here 2 years ago. She is the biggest sweetheart and has not had a single issue. I go here for all my pet needs. Update: I bought another puppy from there and again, he's such a wonderful companion. Exceptional service at Bills Pet Shop and Aquarium!

If I could leave no stars I would. This pet store is the epitome of malpractice and the exploitation of animals for profit. The puppies are kept in crates without pads and their toes slip through the grating on the bottom. This could lead to several orthopedic problems that could lead to severe discomfort and medical bills on top of the $3,000 you pay for your puppy. When I confronted one of the employees, he told me they don't put pads because they chew them and could get sick. As a former veterinary assistant for three years, I can tell you they make pads that are chew proof. Seeing puppies in this condition absolutely broke my heart. Stay away.

Went to Bill's Pet & Aquarium for the first time today around 3pm. Went to check out their fish selection and saw that the water quality of the tanks was not only cloudy but if you look closely you can literally see 1/2 cm sized white parasites swirling around and wiggling in the water in absolutely EVERY tank. The parasites were 100% visible to the eye and were in all tanks including the neo-cardinia shrimp tanks. This is a very treatable issue, however for every tank in their aquarium room to have it, shows clear cross contamination and absolute infestation that is 100% treatable and absolutely disgusting to witness such negligence. Unfortunately because of this I did not purchase any fish from this store, nor will I ever wish anyone to purchase fish from here. This could negatively impact other fish keepers set ups and cause such preventable havoc if Bill's staff even took the time to notice the problems in their fish tanks. If you want to see it for yourself look for the tank on the left side corner with the two 5" gars in it.

Picked up this handsome dragon at Bills awhile back and he has been our absolute best friend! Owner himself was very pleasant, and helped me bring the stuff to my car. Will be back!

Do not go here they don’t care for their animals. They should be shut down.

The dogs were held in poor conditions such as small cages with no ventilation, and dirty. The base of the cages was simply metal bars with no blankets or pillows for the dogs. It seemed as if they had not picked up after the dogs in awhile. Additionally, the dogs were not cleaned or groomed.

Love the set up except I wish they would give the dogs something to stand on, instead of the wire floor. Also the inclosure is too small for the German Shepard their. Other than that it was nice. I adore the turtle inclosure.

They had a lot of supplies but they should not be selling/tending to reptiles. I thought I’d give it a try since they sell bioactive substrate but it will be the first and last time I purchase anything from this company. The geckos were not in the right living conditions at all, the lighting, heating, and humidity was all wrong. Not only this but all the tanks looked very bare with no places to hide. The fish aquariums looked much better as did the puppy’s. Maybe it would be better to only stick to those so no more reptiles are in neglectful conditions.

I bought a beautiful gecko from this pet store but she has multiple signs of being neglected, shes very skiddish and scared all the time and was not healthy when we first got her, she was extremely skinny and we had to fatten her up. She is just now getting to a healthy point. Please for the love of all animals shut this place down. I bought a heating light bulb and it was the wrong watt as the box and blew out the next day.

Bought a beautiful German Shepard from them and they were knowledgeable, friendly staff and they provided paperwork for up to date shots and his cute little family tree ???? thank you again for an amazing experience and being so good to us. I’ll continue to stop in for dog food, treats and toys just so say hi to the staff and let him visit! They also gave a bunch of supplies with the puppy to make sure I’d have plenty to take him home with!

I love this place. The people are very knowledgeable. They are about to expand on reptiles. They have isopods, abg mix, leaf litter, No more having to buy online and pay to ship. The prices are reasonable.

If i could give this HORRENDOUS place zero stars I would. The puppies look sick and they are crammed into a tiny glass enclosure with NO BLANKET or ANYTHING to lay on. They had runny noses and NO FOOD BOWL?! What is wrong with you guys that run this place?

If can give it zero stars I would. So sad how they leave the dogs with out any food the dogs are so skinny they should be closed.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They're always busy cleaning cages or tanks, stocking shelves and they have extremely reasonable prices for a small business as compared to big box stores.

Beyond sad how the puppies are left on wire cages and urine and feces in and around their food and water. They've heard complaints about their wire floors and poor upkeep for years, you would at least think they would try to put some solid flooring in the display cases to make people feel better but they haven't even tried. It just shows how much they truly don't care. They could easily turn it around but they don't. Grab some plywood, measure to size and attach some quick tile to it. Replace the wire floor. Super simple and cheap and yet they do nothing. Pure laziness. Those puppies deserve better.
