Very nice staff, quick but thorough visit. The Dr answered all of our questions and gave great advice. The overall cost of the visit was about $80 less than quoted and are puppies are set!

More than 10 days out. Hung up on me when I said "Wow". Not impressed. Too bad it was recommended to me twice.

Don't go. All about the money, not your pet. Rude staff. Dirty facility. Very unprofessional!!

The people there are awesome . I would take a pet there anytime. They take care of all of my dogs.

Professional, friendly and prompt. From my conversation on the phone to my interactions in person, I was very impressed by how much each individual seems to truly enjoy their job.

Very caring vet. I took falko here with an emergency blockage after eating something he shouldn’t have. My vet Daniel Webster animal hospital told me the X-ray machine was not working snd to call someone else! HE WOULD HAVE DIED ! This clinic saved him !

Great vet, kind of pricey!!

I live near Boston, so about 40 min away from AVC and have been making the trek to this vet whenever I have very difficult cat cases (I did volunteer work with a shelter for many years, so I ended up facing unusual health challenges with some of these cats.). I began doing this in 2011 and then had a reprieve from any unusual/ difficult health cases from 2017 through this past Monday (May 10th, 2021). I was shocked to read all of the negative reviews that seemed to have occured during my "challenging cats" hiatus when I went to leave today's review. My experience Monday was on par with all of my prior experiences, and I noticed none of the staff from my time before was there anymore. So I'm going to guess that there must have been substantial changes because, in particular, Megan and Dr. Tela went way above and beyond to assist me with Patrick, an 80% feral 16 year old cat who basically needed to have seriously ingrown claws clipped and then the excess extracted from his poor paws, and then as a result of his exam he was discovered to be diabetic. Both of them practically bent over backwards to accommodate Patrick and to help me with solutions to best support his health needs given that he's a cat that won't let anyone near him (despite being an indoor-only, pampered cat for 15 years... complete puzzle). I'll be bringing Patrick back in a few weeks for a follow-up exam and couldn't imagine having gone anywhere else with him. So whatever negative situations occured before, they appear to no longer be present at the current AVC roster of staff.

Great Staff and really loving caring Veterans. Would not bring our family Pet any where else.

They helped my extremely anxious cat feel comfortable when he got his shots :) and found a paw injury that I didn't notice. Highly recommend!

We have taken our dog here on numerous occasions. At one point he was peeing blood clots. We spent thousands of dollars for them to come up with no reason as to how or why it was happening. Thankfully it subsided on its own. Today my husband went in, to have our dogs foot looked at, and they tell him they don't have any vets today. How does an EMERGENCY VET, not have a vet in?? Never going here again.

prices seem fare and the staff is nice. My dog didn't have anything major so that's all I can say

Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. My dogs health went from 100%-0 in less than a month and they were supportive in the entire duration. I would recommend them to anyone with pets.

The staff was very responsive and patient. They answered all of our questions - no matter how many we had. When it came time to put our Lucy to sleep and end her suffering, they were compassionate and stayed beyond hours to allow us time with her.

The staff and Vet, Dr. Wojtkiewicz were beyond fabulous! I had an emergency with my small dog and had waited over 3 hours at another emergency vet earlier in the day. I called AVC and they were able to see my pup from the time I walked through the door. When your fur babies are your life, choose ACV!! A+++

They are great and very caring

It's a very clean and caring facility. Needed to go there for a cardiac ultrasound for my geriatric female labrador. Is was able to go in with my old girl and had everything explained to me in real time. I think the most telling thing was talking to others in the waiting room and hearing their positive experiences under the most vulnerable times. You never want "scary" reasons to have to go here, but if you have to go, rest assured that you and your fuzzy family members will be in great hands.

Very friendly ???? environment. Really care for your pet. Very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them.

I took my to 15 year old fur babies there for the first time. They've always been very healthy but recently one starting chewing his fur and his brother lost weight and was not acting like himself. During the visit the doctor listened to my concerns and did blood work to test for hyperthyroidism. We went through all of the options and he is now been on his medication for 2 months and his blood work came back perfect They recommended feliway for my chewing cat and he is doing a lot better also both cats have been gaining weight and are back to being my crazy spunky boys again. I highly recommend this office. everybody there goes above and beyond and you can tell they all truly care for the animals that they are treating.

Our dog was so sick he almost died his bloodwork was terrible and we as well as the vet feared euthanasia they saved his life. If you saw his condition it was bleak at best they really did save his life. I set up a Google account just to leave this review. Thank you guys so so much.
