They were very polite and generous my cat willy got his lion cut there it was his first time every would recommend this place to other people

My two cats have been going there since they were kittens. I’ve always had great care with all of the doctors. The staff is amazing and very caring and professional. I would recommend Linwood Animal Hospital to anyone who lives in the area, or even far away. I live in Burlington and they are in Lowell and it is definitely worth going there because I get such great care for my Cats, who are 15 years old now!!!!! I had an emergency with one of my cats, and Jamie was so caring toward what I needed and recommended what I do. I feel that they really care about their profession. The whole staff there again, I said are very wonderful. I wouldn’t trust me animals with anyone else.!!!!!!

I recommend Linwood Animal Hospital to anybody and everybody. The staff are not only knowledgeable, but also compassionate with each animal and "owner." I have always been able to speak to an employee promptly when calling to schedule an appointment, and the wait time is never more than just a few minutes. There's even a wall that sections off a separate area that is designated for cats only. I recently lost my dear cat, "Grey," unexpectedly 3 weeks ago. I will always look back at that last week I had with my feline friend, and be grateful for the support that doctor, Victoria Vasilakis, provided. Thank you <3

Linwood animal hospital is a very friendly and helpful place to take your fur babies. They take good care of their patients. I have made them my 2 dogs vet.

Really great experience with Linwood. I have an anxious cat and they worked with her very patiently, I have never seen her so comfortable with strangers. The tech stopped during appointment to make sure I understood what the costs would be for all services before proceeding so there were no surprises - great communication. These people are clearly meant to work with pets! Huge animal lovers who were able to make many recommendations based off of their expertise as well as their own experiences with their pets. Went above and beyond with great suggestions. The office is following COVID guidelines, masks still required so far. One pet-parent allowed into the office for the appointment, and they gave me the option to stay in the car if I wanted. Friendly and professional, will definitely be coming back. They already booked my appointment for next year so I don't drag my feet!

Took my two cats here for the first time to get their yearly checkup and shots. We dropped them off and were told the vet would call us after the exam to fill us in. Didn't happen, just given a bill and a piece of paper saying "looks good". Got a call a few days later, no message left. Called back, apparently the vet called us and didn't leave a message as to why. They had found parasites that needed treating, and the person we talked to couldn't answer the questions as to how to address this issue. Asked them to have the vet call us back so we could get more info. Waited a few hours, vet finally called and we got the vet to explain what was going on. We needed to medicate for five days and retest. Vet DID NOT tell us when to return the sample. Got the medication in a bottle that was near impossible to get the medication out of with the supplied empty syringes, and again was not told when to return. Ran out of the medicine half way through treatment. Called in to get the rest, and the person on the phone said we should have gotten everything prepackaged in syringes for easy use, but someone didn't take the time to do that. We got the remaining doses (in syringes this time, thank goodness) and finished treatment. Went back a week later after finishing with a sample, and the person at the desk was surprised we were there After clarifying, we were finally told that we were supposed to come back 4-6 WEEKS after finishing treatment. This vet office has not been good to us. I get that COVID is screwing with procedures, but to have so much overlooked or not communicated is just... bad.

The staff is very helpful no matter what you need. Dr. Rice is very gentle with your animals and he also tells you a plan to start them on a healthy diet and lifestyle. Fyi the sell cbd treats for pets

When we had to put our dog to sleep, we were destroyed. However, Linwood made it a comfortable and painless experience for our beloved princess. The staff were amazing.

I’ve been bringing my cat Charlie here for a couple years now. I couldn’t recommend a better place to bring your fur babies! Everyone is always so nice and pleasant, they always get back to me super quick and they’re always willing to help with any questions. All the doctors are amazing and I know they’re giving the best possible care to my cat. I could keep raving about how amazing Linwood is, but to keep it short and to the point - if you’re looking for a vet that is actually going to care for your pets and their health I most definitely recommend coming here!

Every person there was so kind and compassionate with my cat. Vet was very understanding about finances, worked out a way I could afford care for my Sammy. Knowledgeable, professional, gentle, straight forward vet. I highly recommend Linwood.

I've been with them for over 20 years they have always been good to me my animals caring I couldn't recommend a better animal hospital than them and I thank them very much for all of what they've done over the years for me.

I’ve been going here for years now, and I cannot express how thankful I am to have found this place for my dog. My dog is a pitbull and has severe Megaesophagus, a condition that leads him to regurgitate. My other vet was leading me to a dead end road with his condition not knowing what it could be. Linwood and our specialist found a diagnosis and lead us to a path of understanding and success moving forward. The entire staff is amazing, so caring and compassionate. Very thankful for this place and I know my dog Potent is too. 10/10 will always recommend.

I love this hospital and staff. As much as I hate having to bring my little guy to the hospital I at least know he's in great hands.

I have been going to Linwood for 20 years Dr cookingh was our vet and she was fantastic.when she retired Dr vasilakis replaced her.i must say Dr v had some big shoes to fill.my expectations were very high from dealing with Dr cookingham.I must say she has been an absolute pleasure.she is very caring and knowledgeable.I fully trust my best friend Rocco is in excellent care with all the employees at Linwood.

Curbside service isn't ideal for my furbaby's vet appointment but I have to say I received exceptional customer service today, both before and after my kitty's visit. The tech went over any concerns I had on the phone prior to appt and Dr V explained everything in great detail afterwards. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my baby today!

They did a great job on my dogs surgery.

I don't even want to give it a star but have to to share my experience. Do not go here. They try to up sell you on stuff you don't need. I was told to make appointment for my dogs thyroid test before they renew prescription. They hand over estimate of 300! And it didn't even have the test/reason I was there. Then as if I had stool sample. Well no one told me to bring one. Then to top it off they tell me they can't do thyroid test as it as to be at least 4 hrs since she took medication! They never even said that to me when I made appointment. I walked out! Place is a complete joke. They just want your money they don't care about your pets. Note that this also shows you they are clueless. Below they want me to call and talk to DR who examined my pet! My pet was never even examined as I walked out of the place.

During this extraordinary time of Covid-19, I think that Linwood is doing the best they can by implementing curb side service for your pet. You park, call the number, and someone comes out asap to pick up your pet and bring them in to the Vet. All contact is done by phone, which worked out perfectly for me while I waited in the car. When you talk about tests and blood work, make sure you know exactly what they are expecting to do for your cat and why. They were great about giving me an estimate prior to taking my cat to see the Vet. Everything adds up quickly, so be aware that lab work, vaccines, and other tests will cost about $150 plus the $75 Doctor fee. It is very costly to own a pet which is why I keep my cats indoors. All of my previous cats - outside cats - died young and cost double for vet care. My cat was not traumatized when she came back into the car. That means the Vet & the techs treated my cat well. And that's all I really care about in the end my cat's health and well being. Turns out my cat had a UTI and needed antibiotics. ** Sticker shock ** a tiny bit of antibiotics cost $50 for my cat!! The cost has doubled in the past 10 years! That's not Linwood's fault. It's the nature of proper pet ownership in 2020!

Super expensive. Lots of extra fees... Cant leave the parking lot was our favorite. If you dont go top tier service plan to wait. And wait. And wait. The take home meds were dated. Emergency only. Imaging starts north of 1200... Second pitch was half that. Dated meds and saline shot 400.

I have been bringing my Pitbull here since he was a puppy. He's very high energy and can be a handful. They do an excellent job with him and are always very patient.
