The nicest woman on the planet cares for the birds here. She was knowledgeable, asked if I wanted the baby's wings clipped, and also did her nails without having to ask! Also correctly identified the bird's gender. (Got confirmation today, when the bird started doing her girly dance.) She comforted the bird after clipping her wings/before packing her up. Healthy, friendly and perfect bird, owed to the care taken by the staff here who truly care. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

I’m a new nervous puppy Mom and because of the service the associates provide I will drive well out of my way to go here versus other pet stores. Samantha (and the others I have spoken with) was so helpful and knowledgeable with each and every question or concern I had. She took the time to provide knowledgeable and thoughtful answers to my many questions. A variety of brands and food options. I’ll be a regular customer at Pets Plus for any of my pet needs!!

I cannot thank Diane at Pets Plus enough! She has helped me not stop as I figured out what was going on with my dog. She listened to everything I said, educated me on different foods, treats and helped me create a plan to keep him healthy. Whenever I go she’s there ready to help me and she knows her products! I won’t go in if Diane isn’t there…. And I live an hour and half away. She is so kind, patient, helpful, and well educated about her store. If your having dog or any animal problems or just want to know more I so so so recommend talking to Diane!!! Thank Diane for all the help you have given me and Echo!

This place has a giant selection of fish, and items to choose from overall! I was disappointed however with the condition of the birds. They had 2 african grey parrots in cages that were far too small. They also had 6 or more budgies in a cage that was just too small. African grey parrots need a lot of room, for they are big birds! The birds are also restricted from human interaction- even though birds are birds, and if you want them to be friendlier its best you adapt them as best as possible to people! Very rarely are avian shops worried about birds acquiring illnesses unless either you are sick, or you are exposing them to your saliva/bodily fluids. Their other pets were in good conditions though, and were in suitable temperatures/terrariums. The birds are really my main concern, but other than that this place is really nice!

I was shocked when I was ringing out and we started talking about our dog. I brought up both our 1yr old Cobberdog and our amazing Labrador - Maverick who passed away in July of 2020. I said they were both in the store all the time with my daughter. I never said Maverick's name, all I did was describe him and the cashier said his name! My eyes teared up!! This place is more than just a pet store. It's truly personal!!

I went there for the first time yesterday to get some soothing lotion and mild shampoo for my cat. So kind and helpful. I bought hypoallergenic soothing spray and hypoallergenic wash wipes. Day 2 of using products Cat is happy. Definitely going back.

I came back to edit my review. Sadly, the quality has gone down immensely here. I picked up frozen raw food and it was freezer burn to the point u couldn’t see the proper color. The sell by is only in a couple months, so knowing these get shipped 10 months prior , it’s evident they have been just sitting on this. The color was pale and the consistency is rubbery when defrosted. Still looks frozen. I picked up a new bag, from Cat’s Kingdom and it was 5 shades at least darker and fresh u could still see the colors of the veggies in it. The sell by date is over a year from now! Took a picture of both next to each other and what a big difference. I can’t imagine not checking up on these things and the company will be notified to reconsider their ‘sell by’ dates.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! We went in to purchase food for our puppy and what a wonderful experience! This is such a great local business with a staff that is extremely knowledgeable on pet nutrition and so friendly!

I’ve been coming to this pet store since I was a little girl and first started fish keeping. All staff is incredibly knowledgeable and affable; I love to come to this store to interact with the staff and learn. I board my Quaker Parrot here whenever I am away and every time am thoroughly pleased at the care and affection staff members have for him (even though he is a moody Quaker). I will always recommend this store due to exceptional staff, a wide array of unique and diverse products that can’t be found at any department store, and the sense of ease and trust I have when boarding my bird.

As someone keeps betta fish I really do appreciate their special attention to the care of these animals especially considering betta fish are so commonly abused in pet stores. Morgan is amazing and is always able to help me with any questions and ever since I’ve started shopping here I’ve seen a noticeable health improvement in all of my fish!

We try to shoot locally when we can, got our puppy supplies here. They had everything we needed.

Wonderful place to choose your fish as well as many other pets .. They have a very large selection of fresh and Salt water fish .. If your interested in reptiles and their your thing you've found the right place .. From snakes of many breeds to lizards of many breeds .. Such as chameleons (witch i bought two of from them) , iguanna's areimastics (spell check) bearded dragons , water dragons , turtles and even tortoises .. Plus almost any toy or food you could possibly think of .. An if they dont have something you need ask politely they'll help you find it or even order if necessary ..

I bought a Cockatiel from them that they hand raised since 2 weeks old. The managers have a lot of experience hand raising birds and as a result I brought home a 2 month old Cockatiel that's completely trusting of humans. I highly recommend them if you're looking to get a parrot. (Yes Cockatiels are considered parrots)

Everyone who works there are so friendly and knowledgeable. We love bringing our dog Kai in to visit. He gets very excited to see everyone and they are always happy to love on him too!

Store little dirty. Had great selection of fish and plants but could've been cleaner. Didn't have much tank in stock.

A bit over price, but has a ton of cool treats and stuff fo your pet.

There's so much I could say about this place but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. The staff are amazing very kind and knowledgeable. The store is very well maintained and the selection is great and the prices are too. You are bound to get a great customer experience everytime you go, weather you're buying or browsing. Best pet store in NH!

Had an amazing experience here tonight! Came in looking for a bearded dragon and left with one, the selection of animals was awesome but what was even better was quality of care taken of these animals, you don’t normally walk into a pet store and smell fresh clean scents! The store was so clean, and organized and the pet cages were as well too. Amaya helped us out she knew everything and was super helpful with supplies, my hundreds of questions and helping me handle the reptiles. Definitely will be back to pick up bugs and visit the friends we made, animals and people! Thank you Amaya you really helped me seal the deal with my boyfriend on our new beardie!

Amazing selection of pet supplies and an out of this world staff!! I have never felt so welcomed at any store for pets or people. They are very knowledgable and will go out their way to make sure you have everything you need. So far every time I have gone into the store I've had a good experience. Manager Mike and his staff have been super patient with me. This guy doesn't try to BS you. Which I appreciate. If he doesn't know something he will tell you. They have a pretty good selection of aquarium products and some not so popular but quality products that are hard to find in stores. In the past I had to order off Amazon because I would drive all over creation looking for my products at 5 different stores. They are 1 of 2 places you can buy RO water. Im hoping they will keep up with stock and possibly add to their inventory but so far I've been pretty happy with their selection. I definately recommend them.

My cat is 17 and can’t really eat dry food anymore. I went in and asked for help from the first employee that I saw. I wanted to know what the most popular wet foods were and told her my cat is really old and we’ve never given her wet food so I had no idea what was the best thing for her. She was so helpful and friendly, it was great. She also had an 18 year old cat and was telling me some tricks she does to get her cat to eat. ????????

Spent the day looking for a pacman frog. Out of all the petstores we visited, this place was so refreshing to see such well cared for animals. The associate took their time to make sure I was well informed, and went above and beyond with assistance. I love that they explained how they care for their pets and WHY so I understood the husbandry clearly. The display pets looked like they were thriving and well socialized. Also my frog looks great!!
