Finding Jen in the tub with a big or scared dog is a regular occurrence. I found her bleeding from my dog because he was old and grumpy and tries to eat her rather than finish his bath. She welcomed him back. She and her team are amazing and she hasbeen our groomer for 3 yrs and will always be.

Jen is the best! I have followed her from 2 other groomers until she opened Diamond in the Ruff.

Love this small place. This is the only place that could trim my dogs nails. This is the only place I will take my best friends . Thank you

Willow was very happy with her mini-cut today from Diamond In the Ruff! I liked the communication, everything was explained on the phone and when we dropped her off. She came out happy, licking her groomer’s face, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Her beautiful paws are all cleaned up, ears sparkling, coat is fragrant and so soft! Recommend for puppies, our 11 week old will be going back in 4 weeks. Very reasonably priced for the finished product.

After having a bad experience with our first cut after we adopt miss Bailey Nicosia lil over two months ago we came here today I was really sick last month wasn’t able to brush her my son dumped juice and she rolled in it she ended up getting matted her groom took longer then it normally would because they took the time to make her look and feel great we are obsessed with her look and appreciate the love they gave her. I love that the owner took an interest. Thank you so much

I’ve taken my dog here a few times but this last one was an absolute nightmare. For starters, while his haircut looked good on the surface, they left MATTS in him! What kind of groomer returns a dog with matts?!?!?! He also had an awful skin reaction to a product they used and got a nasty skin infection that resulted in 3 weeks of antibiotics and an unexpected $300 vet bill. I have previously told them he has sensitive skin, so there’s no excuse. You’d think as a customer that tips they’d remember your dog’s relevant health issues. Finally, when they called to let me know he was done they also said they would be closing early, in an hour from then. It was the middle of my work day (standard mon-fri schedule)!! They never mentioned this when I dropped him off in the morning! And when I brought him home he drank so much water it made me wonder if he’d been given any there. For my dog’s health I cannot in good conscious bring him back here again, and I really suggest you don’t either.

Our oldest dog has severe allergies and skin problems. I inquired about grooming here after several recommendations from friends. I can not say enough wonderful things about Jen! When I called to make the initial appointment we spoke at length about what was included in the grooming and if there were any special wants or things I did not want done considering her issues. Every week I know Riley is in great hands and being cared for. I will continue to use Diamond in the Ruff and will continue to recommend them as groomers. Excellent service and staff!

First of all groomer cleaned my dogs ears with out my knowledge which is very wrong , she has issues with her ears and if groomer called for permission I would of told her do not clean. Now all day and night she is scratching her ears... Asked her not to cut her head hair don’t make her have a poodle head... did groomer listen hell NO!! She cut hair around eyes very short now her right eye is blood shot and watery I don’t know if groomer poked her eye with scissors . plus i was standing there for over 5 mins they didn’t know I was there, I hear them chatting away while they groom , why don’t you just i on grooming the dog . That’s probably what happened to her eye... groomer not paying attention!! Never will go there again Christina Marcello owner of Reba

Have been here a couple times to have my German shepherd groomed. On both occasions the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Super fast service, great atmosphere, friendly staff, quality services. Highly recommended for your pets, keep up the great work!

I brought my cat in after seeing so many positive reviews, but unfortunately my cat’s experience was anything but. It took 2 hours for him to get groomed when every other place I’ve taken him to it takes less than half an hour. I can’t fathom what took that long because he hardly looks any different than when I dropped him off. I asked for an all over trim that he did not get and for his stomach to be shaved, which it wasn’t. They did do a good job getting out his mats, but left the shaved spots without trimming to have them blend in. He was covered in loose fur like they didn’t clean him once they were done brushing him.

The best there is....quality service...great prices...and extremely professional....20 stars...and my dogs love it there...Jen is the best !!

My dog won't let anyone trim his nails. Here the girls took their time, know their stuff and got it done. Awsome!

Took my little dog Pumpkin.....very happy with her grooming. She got loving care It was our first time there and we definitely have a new groomer. Would most certainly recommend My son took his dog the next day and was just as happy with her grooming

It was my first time going here durring covid it was scary to leave my dog but they did an amazing job with his bath and cut . The only thing that was meh for me was that it took close to 5 hours to get my baby back to me.

Jen is great. Dogs are clean, nails are clipped and all that loose fur is gone everytime.

Jen, the owner, is full of energy and so nice... She is always good to the dogs, cats, guinea pigs, whatever animal she is caring for. Jess is also super nice and so good with the animals, and a master with the shears. Jasmine, is the bather. She is so caring and thorough when when giving the animals a bath. I would recommend them 100%.. go see them.

Jen is absolutely amazing with my two corgis. She came out and greeted them both and put made them welcome. They looked like show dogs after they were groomed with their shiny, fluffy coats. I highly recommend Diamond in the Ruff to anybody. You won't find a better groomer in the area.

Do not go here. Not a single employee was wearing a mask, even the person at the desk. Completely unacceptable and inappropriate. Apparently COVID doesn’t exist for these people.

They are great with the dogs and are very accommodating!
