Good staff and my cats are healthy, so I can't complain. Doctors are booked out for 1 month.

I love Dr. Thistle and her staff. They take very good care of my cat who has a chronic condition and treat my well cat just the same.

Love them for my dog because he's not easy ????. Always caring staff and never judge you when you cry (me) very supportive!!! Would highly recommend them!!!

How do you rush a dog to a animal hospital and he passes from a diabetic crisis over July 4th weekend (riverside was closed). We told every vet at riverside that he had a extreme thirst and huge appetite. He was a anxious dog due to the visiting a vet and yes they had to sedate him to calm him down. But once sedated they could of done any test available. They did not, I hope they live with there malpractice, I will be filing with the board to investigate!

I have been going to RVC since Dr. Karen and Candi started Anderson Animal Clinic in the 80's. I would go nowhere else. They moved and established RVC at its current location decades ago, as the client base grew. I have NEVER had any problems whatsoever in all these years. I have had at least 9 cats through the years. The vet staff is knowledgeable and will answer all questions.. I never feel rushed.. The techs are likewise knowledgeable. The front desk personnel are always cordial and polite. I have now just one elderly cat who has anger issues. I purposely advised them to note that in her medical records. (She is a biter and a scratcher.) They take extra precautions for her and themselves.The groomers (Carly and Ashley) treat her with patience and kindness. Shout out to Dr. Ledoux and Dr. Owen for her physicals and any treatments she may require. I would not go elsewhere. I know she is treated kindly, and it is a relief to me!

I left this vet when I moved to No. Andover. Tried another vet. I am moving back to Riverside. I don't even care about the distance and the fact that we have to uber it. They are one of a kind and so compassionate about my senior kitty.

Riverside has done amazing while taking care of my 17yr old dog and my 6yr old dog. We had a very old cat with a kidney condition and they were caring and compassionate, helping us keep her alive as long as she was healthy and happy and being so sweet when it was time to finally let go. Their prices are reasonable, a few of my friends have switched here after getting outrageous quotes from other vets. The staff loves your animal and knows their personalities. The new curbside approach has been pretty seamless, definitely a vet I'm happy my puppies come to.

They are very good. When finances are tight (like recently) they work with me to take care of my dog and help the bill not be to big for me. I think Dr.Owen is the best she the vet my dog sees. All the staff is very friendly and helpful when any issues arise.
