We just adopted/rescued a pitbull that is a nervous Nelly at the Vet. But this crew is so calm and organized that we feel right at ease. They are transparent with costs and fantastic with our pup.

I really enjoyed going to the Bradford Animal Hospital because I was told that they take care of the animals and help the owners to understand what is going on not just assume that the owner knows what's going on I brought my dog in there today to get a second opinion about something that was on his face that one bet all he want to do is go to surgery which would cost thousands of dollars which I didn't have it was very nice that the vet insured me that it was not cancerous but I could still send a slide out to find out if it is or not my boy Max means the world to me he is my service dog and I like to keep him in good health knowing that the vet cared about what was going on why I was worried about things told me nothing to worry about I am so happy that I am going to bring my other two dogs here

I absolutely love Bradford Animal hospital and highly recommend. I have 3 dogs and currently added another member to my family. My current vet was unable to see her right away. I called Bradford Animal hospital and they were able to fit me in within the week. After having my pup looked at and meeting the vet and staff I was highly impressed that I transferred my 3 dogs to them. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!!! I really like the new owner, Dr. Maxmen. He is always attentive to my 2 cats, Nation and Copper. He always explains everything in detail that he is going to do or what he has done. I like that he is thorough in that area. He gives his professional opinion on everything and I always feel confident following his instruction for the welfare of my 2 cats. His entire staff is always cordial and attentive as well as friendly and professional. Thank you to all of you for being so wonderful in every aspect of your business.

I would recommend Bradford to any friends or family members. As a first time dog mom, they’ve been so kind and patient to answer any of my questions, both during visits and over the phone. My puppy was recently sick, they got us in for a same day appointment (even though they’re understaffed) and even proactively outreached to me the next day to check in on my puppy. My puppy loves going there (he pulls me into the building) and the staff all give him so much love and are always so excited to see him. Dr. Maxmen is amazing, he always spends the extra time to describe all of the options we have and let’s us know what he thinks is 100% necessary that day and what we should wait on. All in all, can’t stop singing their praises—they’ve all been amazing

Absolutely amazing experience at Bradford Animal Hospital! Very friendly, helpful, and caring staff. We recently adopted a puppy and brought her in today for her first visit. Each staff member was extremely welcoming and very helpful taking the time to explain everything. Very pleased with our visit today.

Love this vet, had great experiences here each time I've has to bring my kitty in for a doctor's visit or having her nails clipped.

I cannot say enough positive things about the entire staff here. Every single person I have dealt with is friendly, helpful, responsive and communicative. I originally met Dr. Burdick who was so nice, very patient and obviously invested in her clients health and well-being. Most recently, I met Dr. Maxmen who was all you could want in a vet. I heard him talk to numerous owners at length about their pet - whether they were in for a check up or something more serious. He provided reassurance, options, and shared what he would do of it was his pet. More than anything, his compassion for the animals he works with was clear. I recently moved and have at least 5 vets within a 5 mile radius that I could now use but will gladly continue to drive the 25 minutes to Bradford because they are so wonderful.

Besides a little delay in getting in the building for my appt. I'd recommend using them as your vet. They were the only vet around that was willing to accommodate me with my urgent matter and they were professional and friendly, especially their receptionist Patti.

I would have liked my dogs rabies shot a little cheaper. She is up to date on exams 77.00 is a lot for a shot. I do like Dr. Maxmen and his staff and recommend them.

I brought my dog Jax there because of a ear infection. They were very nice and attentive. I will definitely be bringing Jax back for future medical needs. So glad I found them!!

The staff is wonderful, facility is clean, very good COVID protocol, and just super sweet with my pets. I drive back about a half hour to get there because I they've been wonderful. Resident cat Meatloaf is the cherry on top.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent care our elderly labradoodle has received from Dr Maxmen and the Bradford Animal Hospital. Dr Maxmen, and his practice, really does go above and beyond in so many ways. He has managed our dog's complicated illness with not only tremendous competence, but also with compassion and calming reassurance, for both pet and owners. I recommend Dr Maxmen and his Bradford Animal Hospital with the highest possible endorsement. I really wish there were there were 6 stars!

We had a Great experience!!! I have a 4 yr german shepherd, the staff handled her great!!! The doctor came out an explained everything that was done. Very Happy with our visit.

Dr. Maxmen and his staff are all very professional yet friendly and courteous. My typically nervous dog was very relaxed and comfortable there. Her exam was extremely thorough and the follow up was excellent.
