Derry Animal Hospital Derry, New Hampshire

Was going to start taking my dogs here but after my first visit, I was turned off. I took my golden in to have a lump looked at. The doctor that saw her told me that it was probably a cyst but “we can send it off for cytology if you want”. I told her I wanted to have it sent out just to be safe. Ended up being mast cell cancer. Vet told me they wouldn’t be able to surgically remove it for 4 months. There was no way I was going to let cancer sit on my dog for 4 months. I understand that all businesses are short staffed but this was unacceptable.

This was a new patient visit. You check in via text when you get there. Then they call you to discuss issues. They give you the option of 1 person coming in with pet for visit. Visit highly individualized. I was given new information by Dr Sanfilippo on the assessment of my dog which totally changed how I see my dog and his treatment! Absolutely loved the visit! Last vet did not asess him that thoroughly!

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. However, we waited about 24 minutes past our appointment time before we were able to get seen.

This office is just genuinely kind and friendly, and they go out of their way to be helpful. They squeezed me in for a checkup for one of my cats because I'd forgotten my appointment wasn't until the following week, and they were nothing but bright and cheerful and kind. They were very good to my cats, and their prices were very reasonable.

Excellent experience, they always treat our puppies with tender care, the doctor always calls us with updates, checks up on them, knows our dogs by their names, keep s us informed and provides excellent care. We are very happy to trust them with our puppies.

I absolutely love Dr. Abbey Boulter. She takes the time with your furbaby and listens to your concerns. I also have had a great experiences with Dr. Moore. I don't have a bad thing to say at all.

Doctor Redlinger, Doctor Sanfillippo, & the entire staff here are amazing! (We've yet to meet the other vets but I'm sure they're just as great ????) During a routine annual exam & vaccine boosters this morning our 1yr old Zoey suddenly went into anaphylactic shock! Dr. Sanfillippo caught it fast and rushed her out back for immediate treatment. The whole team was so attentive & stayed with her 24/7 while the vet reassured us with frequent and transparent updates. They even let my significant other come back during these covid times of only allowing 1 person in at a time. The entire team was incredible and truly saved her life! I don't know what I would've done without them. Like any other pet parent, my fur babies are my whole world & while I was terrified I knew she was in the best possible hands. On a happier note, big brother Oakley loves it here because they use Cheese Spray as distraction! ????

Have been with them for over 10 years and used to love them. Got a new puppy and they absolutely refused to see the new pup for 5 weeks and would not work with us at all. I understand it is challenging during covid pandemic and some vets were not accepting new clients, but not to work with someone who has been with them for years is just not good customer care. Found another vet who is willing to see our new pupply in 1 week since it will be the first visit. Will be transferring out the rest of my pets as well. Even prior to covid pandemic started noticing them not being responsive when my cat was very sick. What happened to this practice during the last 3 years?

Dr. Boulter is the best vet, I am so happy and blessed to have her in mine and my dog’s life. She has been his doctor for the last 12 years and I would never take him to someone else. The entire staff is warm and accommodating, all of them are so kind. My dog is a little barker and gets super anxious, and they love him all the same despite how loud he can be. Dr. Boulter has gone above and beyond for my dog; during the pandemic his annual bloodwork came back with some very concerning things, and she recommended that I get him to an emergency vet with a specialist immediately. She went out of her way to contact all of the ER’s for pets to find which had the specialist we needed, despite having other appointments at the time, and we are so lucky to have a vet that cares so much. 4 dogs over the years long time 'patient', great service and caring for your pet.

New to the area we needed a new vet for our senior dog. 1st visit for just a intro went great! Due to covid restrictions all have to wait outside while your pets inside that handled very well. Our 2nd visits couple weeks after was due to accidental fall for our dog and Derry Animal took us right in..Dr Abby was AMAZING! I felt reassured after leaving that my dog was going to be ok. I happy to say I'm glad I have found our new vet

Our pets get the greatest care at DAH. We have been bringing them for the past 5 years and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. The Drs are the best you can find!

I have had the best experience with Doctor Boulter at Derry Animal Hospital. She has been so wonderful in taking care of my cat Mineau. Today I had to send Mineau over the rainbow bridge and I could not have asked for a more caring and compassinonate doctor as Dr. Boulter. It's hard to find a vet that cares as much about your pet as you do. The only word to explain her services is outstanding. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to handle the care of their pet. There are no words to explain how grateful I am to have had her.

They don’t seem to care about the pets they care for. I didn’t see any patience or passion for animals and won’t be back.
