I got my Pandora from Kathy in May 2020, right in the thick of the pandemic. Kathy was very kind and helpful, especially in light of the situation. From the first time I talked to Kathy (it took a few tries to reach her as I think she gets a lot of requests), I had a good feeling. I would normally never buy from a breeder I had not visited. Visits were not possible because of the pandemic, but I had such good conversations with Kathy that I felt I could trust her. And I was not disappointed. It is clear that Kathy loves her dogs and cares for them as family. When I picked up my puppy when she was 8 weeks old, Kathy sent me away with a bag of food, toys, PJs and even a cute blanket. Lots of good advices too. Pandora was part of a litter of 6 puppies from Mia and Jedi. She is now 20 months and very healthy. I'm thinking about starting Agility with her as she is full of energy and very adventurous. Not that it matters to me so much, but she also gets many compliments about her looks. She has a great personality: she is very comfortable with people and dogs of all sizes and rarely barks. The only thing she is not great with is children--I think she missed being socialized with small children from puppyhood, but it is understandable because of the pandemic. We're working on addressing this slowly. Thank you, Kathy, for my wonderful Pandora!

I can’t speak highly enough about our experience with Circle of Love. Their dogs are healthy, well socialized and beautiful. We got our first Pap from Kathy two years ago and our little puppy is so vibrant, so healthy and smart! She is the center of our lives. Circle of Love still follows up with us to this day to make sure our dog is thriving. We took YEARS to research this decision and are so glad we chose this breeder for our families first little pup!

The owner seems sincere and loves her puppies but if you have an issue you are on your own. Our puppy came home at 10 weeks by 6 months he was diagnosed with bilateral luxating patellas. The surgery coat $6,300. Thankfully it was successful and we love or puppy, but we were entitled to a refund that never came. Before the diagnosis we had recommended A Circle of Love to a friend who purchased a puppy from A Circle of Love and who now has also been diagnosed with bilateral luxating patellas who is likely a 1/2 sibling. We were warned about this breeder and their knee problems before we purchased our puppy but thought it was sour grapes from a competing breeder. The puppies are otherwise beautiful with a wonderful disposition and they lure you in. Be forewarned ...

I couldn’t have had a better experience at A Circle of Love. Kathy is definitely one of the best breeders out there. She is beyond sweet (i actually gained both a human and furry friend through this process ????), super knowledgeable, and the happiness and well being of her dogs is easily her highest priority. She truly does care about where her puppies end up, and interviews possible clients to make sure that their future puppy will be well taken care of. She won’t give her puppies to just anybody, which is something that shows she is a responsible breeder. She also promises to take the puppy back at any stage in their life if you for some reason cannot care for it anymore. Her dogs are her life (I swear this woman doesn’t sleep with how much time she spends caring for her pups) and you can tell that each puppy is raised with love. They’re also very well socialized starting from Day 1, as Kathy always has people of all ages visiting her home and meeting her dogs. Kathy tests her dogs for PRA and luxating patellas, two congenital conditions that papillons are prone to, so that you can be sure that your puppy will be as healthy as possible. Once you pick your puppy, Kathy lets you visit as much as you want until you get to bring him/her home, and she also sends you regular pictures and updates each week as your puppy grows. I live in NYC, so this was much appreciated since I couldn’t visit as often as I wanted. Kathy even FaceTimed me a few times so my puppy would start to recognize my voice. I picked up my sweet little Eloise last Saturday, and she is the best puppy I ever could’ve imagined! Besides being absolutely adorable and super cuddly, she adjusted so well to her new home and has the most wonderful personality. Her first night home she slept in her crate all night and didn’t cry once. Thanks to Kathy, she is pretty good about using her wee wee pad as well. I already want a second papillon later down the road. As Kathy says, they’re like Pringles—you can’t have just one ???? Kathy also sends you home with detailed instructions about caring for your pup, as well as a care package filled with toys, treats, food, wee wee pads, etc. Eloise is the first dog I’ve ever cared for on my own, and I felt very prepared when I brought her home. Kathy is also available by phone at any time in case you have any questions about your puppy after you pick him/her up. In conclusion, if you’re thinking about getting a papillon, I highly recommend getting one from A Circle of Love. THANK YOU KATHY ❣️❣️

We just purchased papillon from Kathy at Circle of Family Farm. He is so cute. Kathy was fantastic during the entire adoption process. She had us meet her before even saying we could have a puppy. She also supplied a goody gag full of toys the puppy had been playing with. The care package also included food, snacks, potty pads and other things. Fantastic experience.

Kathy is a wonderful breeder who is dedicated to her Papillon family. Her Papillons are healthy, happy, and perfectly adjusted. We have never brought such well-socialized and confident puppies into our home and that is a testament to Kathy’s love and hard work. All the dogs live in the house with Kathy and her family which makes a world of difference in their health and happiness. Kathy provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to help puppy owners raise their fur babies. As one reviewer said, if I could give ten stars ⭐️I would!!!

I purchased my best friend from Circle of Love three years ago. I searched the web for Papillon 'AKC Breeder of Merit', within 200 miles of where I lived, and found this amazing breeder. What impressed me most, before I even set an appointment to visit, was that the breeder insists on personally meeting her perspective buyers in person. There's no 'mail order, puppy-shipping' considered. The breeder cares deeply about the homes that her puppies go to, and the buyer can be confident that their new family members are coming from a clean, healthy, well-socialized environment, where love abounds!

These pups are so precious. Kathy has given 30 years of Love to raising some of the sweetest and most stunning of the breed. She has rescued countless animals in need of care and dedicated her life to saving and rehabilitating animals.
