Clean store. They have the prescription dog food my vet recommended

All of the groomers have been great with our girl but Mercedes usually takes care of her bath & nails. Our pup Ouija absolutely loves her, she is usually pretty calm and collected walking around in public but when we walk towards the grooming salon the butt wiggles don’t stop, she’s knows she’s about to see her bestie! Thank you for always making her look & feel her best and always taking care of her since the kennel isn’t her thing. We appreciate y’all so much!

Petsmart really goes out of their way to be unhelpful. For the third time, they've made it impossible to get my dog's prescription food. Previously, it was because the prescription card provided to me by Banfield had an expiration date that was cut off - so they couldn't see the year. Because of this, they wouldn't sell me my dogs food (Banfield was closed at the time I was trying to buy it). This time, I didn't have a card but I did have the BANFIELD APP which showed the prescription food under my name, for my dog. Still refused. It's DOG FOOD. They sell things that are ACTUALLY dangerous right over the counter (think flea and tick meds) that literally ANYONE can buy. What purpose could I possibly have for buying Hepatic DOG FOOD, if not to FEED my dog that SPECIFICALLY NEEDS IT. They were totally fine with my dog not eating for 4 days until Banfield reopened (New Year holiday, and no, I didn't wait until last minute - the last 1/4 of her bag of food was unexpectedly destroyed in an accident). So without a physical prescription card (that has literally no info on it that I couldn't print out myself), even though I had her visits and medical records on the Banfield app, I couldn't get her food in an emergency. Fortunately I was able to find a place smart enough to understand no one would put up a fight to buy a $100 bag of dog food they didn't actually need, looked at my pet's medical info in the Banfield app, and sold it to us. Petsmart is a joke.

I bring my dog to Banfields and love it there. Been bringing my black lab since I got her at 7 weeks and she is almost 12 years old.

I found their prices a little higher than the Pet Smart I usually go to. Clean store

Mocha has been going here for grooming over the last year. She always sees Mercedes. Mercedes takes amazing care of Mocha, and you can tell. Mocha won't just go with anyone, she loves everyone, but my wife or I need to be in sight. Not with Mercedes, Mocha will follow her around and loves her time with her. Thank you Mercedes for taking such amazing care of Mocha. And extra add. Mercedes set us a picture of the Mocha. You can't fake the happiness that Mocha has when with Mercedes

Great place to take your pets

I love seeing all the animals when I visit this store. Pretty comparable prices to the super stores in the area if you join the free rewards program. They have more of a selection too. Take a stroll past the fish and admire a stranger's cute doggo from a distance.

Grooming girl who answered my phone call was very nice and informative. This location has a cat groomer (hard to find!) who did a good job on my little lady's lion trim years ago - warning : you'll be laughing at your pet for days. Banfield there are good vets, call and check on your pet the next day. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Only 3 negatives :1 had a lady last year in grooming who used derogatory language to describe cats (she had a Scottish accent) do I didn't schedule Ruby. 2 Last I knew it was Only lion trims, nothing less dramatic, and 3 They don't use any sedatives so your nervous pet (especially cats) may be freaked out. Do your homework w/ grooming issues, but for products and adoption events Yes!!

Above average pet store. My dog loves it here.

Grooming service: My dog hates nail clipping. Brittney is the only person who can do that. I was at about 5 different PetSmart locations and no one could trim his nails. Today, I drove for an hour to get service from Brittney. She is a PROFESSIONAL!
