We love the groomers at BarkNow. We took our 2 yorkies there for their first grooming experience at about 6 months. We were very nervous about leaving them there, well the puppies loved being there. We can't say enough about how wonderful they are, the cuts were great and dogs love them.

Alyssa is the BEST! I WILL never go anywhere else they do a great job and the price is wonderful!!!!! Highly recommend

Did a great job with our shaggy little trouble dog! I was a little worried he'd give the nice people here a hard time, but he did ok! Very affordable price and a great cut. Our dog Zeke even got a cute little bandana. We'll definitely be back again. ????

They truly listened to what I wanted, sent our cat home looking and smelling amazing, and sent me home with a photo and a report on his visit (too cute!) Don’t hesitate to book here! Not impressed, with this business. I think they should advertise for small dogs ONLY. They never brushed my Sheepdog, if he had any matting they just shaved him to the skin. They finally said, they couldn’t take him anymore because he was over the weight limit. He weighs 85. Very disappointed in a place that’s supposed to be the number one groomer. They did ok, with my little dog. They had only a one girl that was friendly, the others seemed like they didn’t like their job

We have had our dog groomed here for his whole life (5 years) and our dog before him. Both were golden doodles. They are always so accommodating, friendly on the phone and do a terrific job! We moved an hour away about a year ago and tried two different local groomers that just didn’t groom him as well. Now we drive back up and get him groomed at Bark Now again and just check in with friends and family while the dog gets groomed! It’s totally worth the trip!

my puppy hates getting his nails clipped to the point where previous groomers said they were unable to do it. i brought him here today and they were able to clip his nails while i waited in the lobby! truly amazing! thank you!!!!

They take excellent care of our dogs!

Brought our puppy, Iggy, in for a grooming. He was matted and I knew it would probably need to be shaved. I never had a dog with his coat before, and even though I tried, I failed miserably! Iggy came home clean and free of mats and he was so happy! So happy I made the call!

I took my boy to Bark Now in Concord 1/22/21 and am beyond thrilled with how well they did. He is very shy and scared in new places and usually leaves the groomers with his tail tucked, ears down and a sad face. When I picked him up his tail was up and wagging, ears up, mouth open and happy. The grooming job was fabulous and it took years off his look. Thank you so much for taking care of my monster!

I called to set a time up to have my huskies spring groom done, I never got a call back. Then after doing some more research seeing they had some very bad impatient staff and groomers, that caused injuries to other dogs, I have made a choice to go else where. If you are looking to save your business from going down the drain, you’d think you would call a customer back. If your looking to waist your time trying to get in touch with them, this is the place to go. I recommend going elsewhere. Lots of other places happy to take customers and are very friendly!

The groomer are so great with Brody because he is blind and deaf. They take extra care and he feels like a million bucks when he’s done. I can’t say enough good!

We've had good luck here in the past with our old grumpy husky mix, but I think we had a miscommunication last time (and a different employee, not the lady we're used to) and we ended up with a totally shaved Old English Sheepdog. She looked cute, but it would have been nice to get a call...she certainly wasn't "severely matted" as it said on her card. She did have several mats under her harness straps, but honestly, with it so cold, I would rather have had her partially clipped, even if it looked a bit odd.

They groom my 2 Persian cats and my chihuahua. They all come back looking great and my chihuahua and female are always happy with their haircuts. My male cat, not so happy. He has grumpy pants!

I took my grandmother here so she could have her dog taken care of. They have a store with a bunch of pet goods, and they appear to have a fun time taking care of animals in the back (dancing and whatnot). They took a picture of the dog for my grandmother after the grooming session and she absolutely loved it. Great group of people from our experience. Only complaint is the parking situation and the smell (but I wasn't surprised).

The service was quicker and much cheaper compared to chain pet stores’ prices. Friendly, took the time to talk about their process and tools, and my dog got a cute Christmas photo taken at the end :)

New customer here! I am very pleased with the price and the way my two doggos look. I let the groomer know what my wife wanted them to look like and there were no problems or questions. One of my dogs was apprehensive towards a groomer. The groomer promptly just went in the back and asked another groomer to come out and see if he was better with her. He sure was. After a couple hours I went to get them and I was welcomed with a doggy report card. Overall I am very happy with the experience and will be coming back.

After seeing a post on fb, I was very concerned. After researching extensively, no other review until the viral fb post was negative. No proof or vet documentation has been presented from upset customer. I am an animal lover but bashing a small business for something you saw on fb and didn’t experience first hand? Not cool.

We've been bringing my dog here for years. Our dog is a bundle of excitement and quite the wiggle worm. That being said, they take such good care of her even with her being a little hard to calm down sometimes. She is always stoked when we pull into the parking lot! Great owner and staff!

These guys are awesome. I've been bringing my dog here for years and they always treat him so well even though he's a bit antsy being on the table. seriously these guys are always so gentle to the dogs don't always believe what you hear on social media.

I just wanted to help you get your rating up. I hope the viral FB post slandering Bark Now didn't hurt your business. Owning a small business is hard enough without ignorant people, who have probably never used your services or even heard of Bark Now prior to the FB post, leaving rude and nasty reviews. Claiming that the dog was drugged when she actually gave him Benadryl is unbelievable. I really hope no child is placed in her care, at least not until she can properly care for an animal. So you have to go through this situation due to a client's lies and ignorant people who believe everything a strange posts on the internet

I'm so sorry for the witch hunt, a previous situation happened at a place I worked and it was so upsetting to see social media make accusations without listening to our side. Based off the other clients reviews you seem to run a good shop. Stay strong <3
