We have bringing our golden doodle Winston here for about 6 months and I can’t say enough great things. They pay attention to exact what you are looking for and take such good care of our pup. Rachel is the groomer who takes care of our pup she’s great highly recommend!

Dropped my cat off for a haircut and nail trim and was told when I arrived to pick her up that she was a pleasure and that everything went well. About a year after what I considered to be a successful first appointment, I scheduled a second appointment with Pawtopia. They booked the appointment over the phone, called me again to solicit my cat's up-to-date veterinary records, agreed to reschedule the initial appointment at my request, and then only a few days prior to the appointment they called me to cancel on the grounds that my cat was allegedly too unruly last time she was there. I am skeptical about that claim because my cat is perhaps the most dispositionally relaxed and friendly animal I've ever encountered; but, even assuming that she was so difficult to work with, I don't understand why I was lied to by the gentleman who handed her back to me upon picking her up after her first appointment. Why bother telling me that the first appointment went well and go through the motions of exchanging multiple phone calls, soliciting vet records, and then making and re-making a second appointment if she was so unruly that they had already decided not to have her back a year prior? Dishonesty is bad business, to be sure, but the monumental wasting of my time is what ultimately prompted me to write this review.

Highly recommend for husky parents!! My sweet boy got the Deshedding and brush out along with a nail grind. He cane home so happy and clean. I love that they don’t have the dogs mix together, as my boy like who he likes, especially for first time meet ups. He can be finicky with nail trims, but pawtopia had it handled! I love that they gave me a report card after, so I knew exactly what how my pup did. 10/10 highly recommend!

Ive been bringing my Cockapoo Angel there since I move up here a year and half ago. I am always happy with how she looks after a grooming. The place is always clean, everyone is friendly and Angel doesnt seem to mind going there. So if she's happy Im happy. Would highly recommend Pawtopia Pet Grooming. ????

Since finding Sarah & following her when she opened up Pawtopia, I couldn't b happier. My 2 dogs always come out looking great. The techs listen to what I want with the dogs & do a great job.

Our Golden Rosie is very timid and anxious, the ladies at Pawtopia are SO patient and amazing with her. Friendly faces and wonderful service! I feel very comfortable and confident that they will take great care of our Rosie.

May 28 2020 UPDATE EXPERIENCE WE HAD PANDEMIC REOPENING Had to update this review on PAWTOPIAS reopening during Pandemic 2020. Had cause to visit needing assistance with SMOKE theDobers nails. No doubt about it ???????????????????? ! The drop off pick up and exchange of monies policies implemented to comply with government Covid 19 reopening guidelines are intelligent efficient and effective. Designed to comply with conditions that must be satisfied for a reopening they have ensured they are safe the public is safe and our treasured pets are safe. All of this accomplished with out any loss of convenience to their clients. SMOKE and I were well impressed. Truthfully I would be pleased were these changes permanent. The opportunity for mishap between animals pretty much eliminatd. One knows how their pet will or won't be you simply don't know about the other guy! Well done PAWTOPIA! Just another reason to add to the many reasons why your the best hound salon in Concord. Thank your continued efforts to meet our needs. Outstanding Grooming Salon Caring and qualified. Got us in during the pandemic for an emergency needed cut!! Was way overdue and full of winter coat that needed brushed. Sarah and her team took the extra time to brush her out and make her beautiful again. Great job to you all. We will for sure be back with her and her siblings!!

Pawtopia is a positive experience for both puppy and owner! Every staff member, including the lovely owner are truly wonderful. They are so sweet to my sweet senior pup Zeke ,and so patient with my concerns when caring for his grooming. We have a new addition to our family little Miss.Dolly. I have been going to Pawtopia for over 3 years now and I just love the how much they care about my dogs. Even when our oldest golden was 12 and have some issues walking Deanna took great care with him. Now they are currently grooming our 2 1/2 year golden River and every time I pick up he looks amazing and smells great. I highly recommend Pawtopia for your pet grooming needs. The staff is friendly and they truly love the pets they groom

They did a great job on my longhaired dachshunds. One of my dogs has sensitive skin and the product they used did a nice job on her skin. The dogs were comfortable and happy with their visit. I will go back.

I love this place! They are amazing with my bearded dragon and they are always willing to help me with the little things when I ask, like having his teeth cleaned and his nails trimmed. It seemed impossible to find a nearby place but they took care of him for me. My dragon always seems really calm and happy when we leave so I know he is happy with the woman who takes care of him, I believe Chelsea is her name.

Love this place! They do such a good job. Everyone was asking me how old my "puppy" was. He's 8.5 years old but you'd never be able to tell. They also nailed the "fox" look with the ears. They're so professional and nice, I'm really happy with their service.

They do such a great job! I bring my German Shepard and husky lab mix and they used to have a hard time going in for a bath but have no problem at all when I bring them here ????

Chelsea has been grooming my pet Bichon frize for several years now she is the absolute best! She's always accommodating to my wishes especially my wishes about not having my dog put into a cage I can't handle that so she pays special attention to my wishes and puts her in just a little area where she has a bed and toys to roam around in and that's a very special thing for me because I can't have my dog locked up. If you want a quality clean caring place to bring your pet for grooming this is the place to come to on my groomer of choice is Chelsea!
