I cannot say enough good things about this office. After hours of trying to find another vet to see our dog who sustained face/head trauma from and unfortunate zoomie accident…in both NH and MA and a sleepless night trying to keep her comfortable…they went above and beyond for us. Squeezing us in even thought they were at max capacity and never once making us feel like we were putting them out even though we added more work for them and have never been there before. The care and compassion from everyone on staff, Nicole who make the appointment possible and Dr. Thibodeau was so appreciated this morning. These guys are just simply amazing and our baby girl is home and resting comfortably now.

I travel from Manchester to our Vet, I have always been amazed at how much love and care they provide. All of my family's fur babies are taken care of with gentle kindness.

I have been using this vet clinic (for 4 dogs) since the beginning of 2021, and have not had a negative experience. They are always very helpful and friendly on the phone, and are great about calling you back promptly. They were very sympathetic when we had to put one of our dogs down a couple months ago. Before we made that hard decision, Dr. Thibodeau and her team did a variety of treatments from laser, chiropractic, acupuncture, etc., to try to give her quality of life a boost, and provided good feedback along the way. We were in the office usually multiple times a week for these treatments, and always greeted me and the dog with with joy and professionalism. One of my dogs has recently been diagnosed with Cushing's disease, which requires frequent medication changes, bloodwork, etc., Even though I know they are frequently busy (what vet clinic isn't nowadays!) they always are able to squeeze us in for these bloodwork appointments that need to be done at a certain time of day. I truly appreciate everything they have done for my dogs, and hope for continued great care from them!

Dr. Borek and the rest of the staff are excellent and compassionate providers. Even though our rabbit only saw her for one appointment a few months ago, she was always available since by email or phone for follow up advice. Sadly he recently passed away and when I contacted the office to let them know, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful and Dr. Borek personally called as well. I am really impressed with their level of personal care, especially considering we were not long term patients. We will absolutely return in the future whenever we have another pet.

I would highly recommend bringing your fur babies here because the staff and Dr's explain everything and are so willing to take care and go further then some places.

I had to take my poor kitty Honey there as she had passed away. They make arrangements for cremation. The personnel were very sympathetic of my loss.

Beware these folks as they do not know how to process credit card charges. I was charged over $400 twice. When the problem was brought to their attention, after several calls and a visit, they issued a credit to another account and told me it was my fault. Never again will we use their services.

I really wanted to like this place. First the good. They did an excellent job over several months at the beginning of the year with our geriatric bunny. The veterinarian went over all the options with me and refilled his antibiotics even though as a pharmacist I know providers dont like to do that. His life was extended by a few quality months which we really appreciated. They also have a groomer, boarding, and vet services all in one place. We board out dog frequently (at least pre covid) and having an onsite vet is very important to us. However we were very unhappy with the service we received boarding our pomeranian mix for 10 days earlier this month. First off they would not let me leave her dog bed. If this was some kind of infection control measure that would be one thing. But the exact words by the vet tech is that "they would lose it." Now in my book that is an unacceptable reason for an animal to not have a familiar object with them to help calm them when boarding. When we returned, after waiting more than 40 minutes for them to bring her out, my wife and I both later remarked how unhappy our dog looked. We have boarded her over 20 times before the pandemic hit and have never seen her look like this. Also we asked the tech who brought her out how her yearly physical went, which we had done while she was boarding. She stated "uh ok I guess." Also unacceptable. To their credit I sent an email a week later asking how the physical went and received a detailed response via voicemail from the vet, but this should have been done upfront. Lastly when we got in the car we noticed she had 4 terrible looking bites on her stomach. This was not mentioned to us either by the vet tech. When we looked it up when we got home it appeared it was mayfly bites which look much worse than they are. But not being from the area we had no idea until further research what had bitten out dog. Again the fact she was bitten was not a huge deal, but the fact we weren't told is. I now will be requesting her records transferred to a new location when I complete my research. will not be back

I highly recommend Lowell Road Veterinary Center. They are all so friendly and caring and take great care of my pets! My dog, Max, loves going there.

Victoria (PT) has been amazing with my big boy! He had been off-loading from a surgery a year ago. He was having trouble walking and sometimes keeping his balance. Saw a change after the first session! Highly recommended! He loves going to see her!

Bedford veterinary is always caring and professional with every visit. They have wonderful follow up to make sure things continue to go well. Great experience.

very impressed with the staff from the receptionist to the vet techs and through to the vet...the level of communication and ease of the visit is so much better than the the vet office i used in the past...very impressed especially during these trying times with covid...definitely would recommend

I brought my new puppy in for his 1st physical and shots. They were very thorough regarding his health. The reason I didn't give a 5 score is that this is during COVID-19, and they are only letting the animals go inside the facility.

We loved them so much!!!! They loved our puppy like their own, they were great with telling us ball park prices of cost, got us in ASAP even though other places were 2 to 3 months wait! We heard great things from others and glad we tried it out xox cant wait for them to watch my pup grow with them!

Our dog needed to see a vet but no doctor was available at our regular vet. We called Bedford Veterinary took us the next day. While they have Covid protocols in place so we didn't go inside. They came out to our car and they examined our dog and called us on the phone. They called us the next day (Sunday) to check on her. They even sent us a card in the mail. Thanks ????

Could NOT be more caring and professional! Just adopted two kittens Friday first for me my wife had them years ago, of course we wanted them checked as soon as able and BVMC took them in the next day! The first tech I spoke with had tons of information for me on kittens great suggestions and simply could NOT have been nicer, the day of their appointment every single person we spoke to, met, was just as nice. They BOTH had their first checkups and price was OMG reasonable! I wanted the best for our new babies and we found here!

I take my 10 month old GSD to the Lowell Road location in Hudson. I got him in May at 8 weeks old, every experience I have had with this clinic has been top notch and professional...every time I call the girl who answers (different each time) is always so friendly and sweet! I look forward to COVID being done and over with as I’ve never even stepped foot into the building (curb side only)...I wish I could personally thank each one of you for your professional and caring attitudes towards my boy Camo and I. Lowell Road Veterinary Is THE BEST place to bring your fur baby! Gunther had injured his face on a romp in the woods while visiting North Country. No vet there could see us, so we drove home and Lowell Road took Gunther immediately, stitched him up and had him back on his feet in no time. Very compassionate, professional, personal and reasonably priced too! Will never go anywhere else. Thank you everyone at Lowell Road!! You are the very best in veterinary services.
