We have been going here for three years now. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and go above and beyond in service for our for cats. They are open late and weekends which is a bonus when trying to schedule appointments around work.

They truly care about your animals

They're AMAZING! The empathy they have for the pets and their owners is like nothing I've ever seen! They will really treat your pet like their own. They are WAY more concerned with the well being of of your pet than they are with their profits. Obviously a vet bill can be a very large expense, but when you know what you're paying for is 100% the best thing for your pet rather than the best thing for their profits, its very comforting! I will NEVER goto another animal hospital again, they will be the one and only one I ever visit again! Thank you Amherst Animal Hospital for everything you've done, and for helping make this difficult day easier! ????????

We can't thank Dr. Hotz and her colleagues enough for the first-class, compassionate medical care they provided our girls for many years. Though we lost both Abby (American short-hair cat) and Chloe (Silky Terrier) at 16 1/2, this year, we will be forever grateful to Dr. Hotz for her healing gifts that kept our little ones healthy and happy for so long. Her special insight born of personal experience with Yorkies was particularly comforting through the final chapter of Chloe's life. Dr. Hotz clearly treasured them as much as we did.
