Love facilities, price and staff

My Odin loves the day care and indoor pool. I love the obedience training and availability of multiple forms of agility traing. I'm hoping to utilize this facility for more in the future.

Our puppy loves this place! We take her for daycare a couple times a week and she gets lots of exercise and socialization. She comes home exhausted... Mission accomplished! It's an excellent facility with wonderful people!

We have taken several training classes with our two golden retrievers at K9. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with any training difficulties we had.

My dog went for daycare for the first time she came home tired and happy. I will take her again.

My mini dachshund has been going there for daycare a few months now and i’ve had conversations before about the excessive humping ALL day and hasn’t stopped, yes I understand it’s a dominance type of thing but they never stop it or try and fix the behavior. Also knowing this consistent humping with my dog they don’t look after him or just keep making sure he’s okay when they’re even around which is not as much as I expected when I signed him up for that place. It has a lot of good qualities with the free range of inside and outside but I will not let my dog be humped all day every time he’s there by the same beagle and have them keep doing nothing about it, my dog isn’t ever excited to go because of that reason and yet still nothing is done after this long. He will not be attending again

Love watching my puppies on the cams every morning during my vacation! They had as much fun as I did!

Has the best obedience classes around

Boarded our beloved four footed companion for 10 days for a vacation, and we were very nervous how he'd react as he's not usually a very social dog. They didn't bat an eye, and appeared very experienced with similar behaviors. We called in periodically to check on him, and they gave very detailed updates that put us at ease. To our surprise, our dog made many new friends during his stay, and the staff was excited to show us photos they took with him. We were amazed with the experience and will absolutely use their services again! Highly recommend!

I’m a first time dog owner and have been bringing my pup Joppa here for about 6 months now, we couldn’t be happier. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming when we bring him & he is always excited when we pull in the parking lot. It seems easy after 6 months but I can’t imagine how stressful it is to be caring for someone else’s pet let alone treat them all as well as they do. I can’t say enough good things about AK9C. I’ve been bringing my dog Rigby there for almost a year for daycare. The facility is beautiful and always clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and my dog loves his daycare days there. When I first inquired about their daycare, never having used a daycare at all before, they were very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. The signup process was easy and they raved about how much they loved him when I picked him up. I’ve been sold on them ever since. He only goes twice a week but they always know his name and greet him with excitement. My dog is particular on who he likes but he always wags his tail and gets excited when any staff member comes to get him. They make sure to tell me how he’s done and how much they love him. Its also fun to check in on him on their webcams. It’s been a life saver with them being open during COVID, and they’ve taken great precautions to keep their customers safe. I truly feel like I can trust them with my dog and know that they care about him. If you’re looking for a great daycare, AK9C is it.

Training programs are great and staff are extremely helpful. Kathan is a tremendous trainer. After three classes with her we are off to another teacher.

We have been using daycare and boarding here for over 6 months now and are extremely happy with their care for our dog and service! He's always happy to go and everyone we've met has been wonderful. I love their convenience of grooming during daycare time and the indoor swimming pool!

It's nice we just used outside field

This place is amazing. I've had behind scenes tour and the ENTIRE place is spotless and well suited to excellence in care for dogs in every way. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

A family owned business that knows how to treat the customer. Best facility around for Agility and Obedience classes. Great daycare too!

My puppy loved going here. Unfortunately she always came back really dirty from the outdoors. Making me have to give her a bath after each visit. Not a good smell when you walk in this place either. Always smelled like a wet dog. I realize this place caters to dogs however it doesn’t mean it has to smell like dogs. I ended up taking her to another place that smells clean and she comes back clean too! Yay!

For a 1st timer ... Disorganized & not impressed. No one was available, I had to search for someone to take my money. The staff wasn't friendly toward me and not knowledgeable about the policies of the store. I doubt I will ever go back. UNHAPPY 1ST TIMER!

I love American k9 country. My dog can be difficult, but they know what to do for him, very professional. They take care of both of my dogs.

The whole setting gets a wow from me. I feel our beloved pup will be well cared for while away for a short time.

Absolutely love this place. Maverick loves spending time with his buddies and tire jumping, lol
