Poor service. I was unacknowledged. I left to a better suited and staffed clinic.

The staff and Dr’s have helped us thru some tough times and at times even made miracles happen. EXTREMELY compassionate and accommodating. Thank you.

Was not impressed with the service. It was a very expensive exam. $50 to tell us what we already know. Not impressed

First off, we have brought our fur babies to Valley View since 2012. The vets have always been great and staff was hit or miss. One of the receptionists has been so kind and wonderful consistently with us. I can't recall her name at this time but she is in the right business. We have continued to come here because of how great the vets are. However, over the last year or so, this clinic isn't even recognizable to those of us who have been customers for a long span of time. I'm not sure if they are taking on too many new clients/pets but the customer service from receptionists and some techs has been suffering in a major way. We have experienced many times where we don't receive calls back or prescriptions being filled in time when using the automated system. As of late, they have started a texting option which is great in theory but once again, answers(if you get one) are very curt. After we adopted our last dog, Zoey. We talked to the nice receptionist about whether there is a good place in twin to groom her. We didn't need anything fancy, just a shave from ears to tip of tail. Pretty simple. More than half of the times we brought her in, things were done differently. So we would ask for clarifications to make sure she was shaved how we asked. Once again, we aren't asking for some fancy grooming, just a shave from her neck and behind her ears to the tip of her tail(Whole body) Our last encounter was the last straw for us. When we picked Zoey up, her tail was not shaved and her neck wasn't either. We pay a decent amount to have this done because we were told that this clinic could perform it without troubles. We asked to talk to the groomer but were told that we need to take Zoey to an actual groomer if we're not happy. She wouldn't come out and talk to us either. We asked the tech that brought our invoice what was going on and she claimed that they had tried calling us earlier in the day but we never got a call or message from anyone. We asked what number they had on record for us and she read off a transposed number but when we physically saw the paperwork, they had the correct number, so we were intentionally lied to. We asked the groomers name and were told her name is Talor. We have them shave her under light sedative because she's too high energy to be shaved while awake. We have no problem paying for the service but we can't in good conscience, keep bringing our pets here if we're going to be treated like garbage. I went to their website to look at staff names. Come to find out, this person is just a receptionist... Should she even be grooming at all?? When we got home, her paw started bleeding pretty bad and we discovered a decent size gash that we had to take care of. We totally understand that these things can happen sometimes but we couldn't get the smallest ounce of respect by someone talking to us about anything. We aren't making this decision lightly because we love the vets and the friendly staff but the rude ones are certainly going to(if they haven't already) lose this clinics' long time customers. And we are one of them.

They're the only vets in town who took our new puppy in for his first set of vaccines within a week. Other vets were booked up at least a month out. They also have an after-hours clinic & helpful staff for any emergency questions. Dr. Harrington is the best. So kind, laid-back, informative. Bungee loves them.

I think the vets are competent, however I dislike having no one answer the phone. Also having to wait 2 months for a Spay or neuter is too long. When our dog was extremely sick with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis they couldn't see her for over 32 hours. We ended up taking her to the urgent care, had we not, we probably would have lost her. It is great that they are so busy, but maybe they should hire another vet or two.

If you like a phone that doesn't get answered and leaving messages that get no response, this is the place for you!

I really like Valley View and appreciate them. I have been taking my little white Pitbull (Yeti) here all his life. With previous dogs and other Clinics they were kind of more aggressive and not very caring. Valley Views staff are always very nice and caring to my little buddy. Highly recommend!
