Green Acres truly cares about your pets! We’ve been going for almost 10 years, and have had nothing short of wonderful experiences. Everyone is very welcoming, and truly want the best outcome for you and your animals. Reception is always kind and efficient. The vet techs are nothing short of phenomenal and well informed. The doctors themselves are so wonderful, and are attentive to not only your pet but your concerns as well. Dr. Green has seen our pets and other family members’ pets, and she’s recommended by all. Green Acres is willing to start at square one instead of jumping to extremes. They are so sincere in their care and love for the animals! Thank you for all that you do!

We us to like this place but with what happen today we will never go back are dog was hurt and not walking good. When we got there, we asked to do payment they said they could not help us because we could not give them 218 dollars before they would even do anything. after we said we could not do that they said in less you pay all in full we will not help you, they treated us like are dog did not matter all because we could not pay in full.

Toby's appointment was great. Dr. Stratman and the vet tech were great with him. All my questions and concerns were answered. Dr. Stratman made me feel comfortable with contacting her with any questions or concerns I might have in the future.

I called this morning to get my dog in because he has a bad limp. They said they had appointments at 4:20 and 5:00. They then proceeded to tell me they can’t look at him because he is not a current patient at that vet. They did not offer any other options or recommendations and hung up the phone. Right after, I called Twin Falls Veterinary Clinic and Hospital and though they didn’t have any appointments, they were able to point me in the right direction of the next best steps. I would take my business there!

This place has been amazing for my animals. I have always gotten help when needed and they have looked after my pets like their own.

They were booked the day before Thanksgiving but they fit my dog in. He was diagnosed with a UTI. I really appreciated the care they provided and for getting us in.

Dr. Stratman and her team at Green Acres Pet Center saved my dog! I appreciate the extremely proactive treatment plan and excellent care provided. They went above and beyond, which resulted in my dog making a full recovery!

We have been taking our pets to Green Acres for years. We are very pleased with their service, and we would highly recommend them! We feel that we can talk with them about concerns that we have, and that we are given options as to what course of treatment is best. They are responsive, Professional, and caring.

Malibu and I went in for an annual check up and vaccinations in July. I love that the doctor and technician took the time to meet with Malibu and earn her trust before jumping into the check up and vaccines. I also appreciate that they explained things so fully and were transparent about the process. The level of communication was refreshing, and I look forward to going back to Green Acres in the future. Update — Dec. 2021: Malibu had a health scare earlier today that left me feeling completely powerless. Without hesitation, the Green Acres team was there to ensure her health and safety. They kept me updated throughout the day and even helped me understand financing options (which I was incredibly thankful for). Thanks to their hospitality and expertise, Malibu is resting safely at home with a care plan and check up visit scheduled for next week. I would heartily recommend Green Acres to any pet parents. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Stratman and her team.

Was traveling through town and asked the Vet if he/she could refill a generic prescription for our dog. Vet stated that they would not refill without completing a full examination. We stated that our Vet could call or write a formal prescription but we’re again denied. Disappointed to say the least!

I was very worried about my cat Sassy. The office handled my anxiety so well. My cat is healthy and I am so sorry I over re-acted. Sassy got very good care and the communication was excellent!

I have taken many of my friends and family members to green acres and have been helped with problem more than once, the staff and veterinarian are wonderful!

The whole experience was very friendly and I felt our pup was well taken care of. Lots of different people in and out of the waiting room but it was all for good reasons. We definitely will be staying!

Very good experience. My dog is old and having joint trouble. They examined her and diagnosed her without lots of unnecessary tests and costs. Gave her some medication for pain and reassured us. Great care

Cost of take died pet is highway robbery

I took my dog in to have a tumor looked at and was told I would be seen in a little bit well during my wait the tech came in and sold me on a wellness check which she led me to believe would take care of the whole visit needless to say the bill came to almost 300 dollars I found a new vet within minutes screw green acres money hungry is all they are

Excellent service. They are very friendly and always get me in quickly. Prices are quite high but keeping our baby healthy is more important than the cost. They do give a senior discount so that helps.

First went when my Italian Greyhound puppy broke her leg. They were great then and are still great. I highly recommend them.

Such an incredibly caring vet! Had an amazing first appointment with them for my pregnant goldendoodle Winnie and am so excited for our next appointment next week! They went out of their way to send me pictures of her ultrasound and even gave me a call to check in on how everything was, during that time I was able to ask tons of questions about BOTH of my dogs and they were happy to answer all of them without a rush. I would 100% recommend Green Acres for all your pet care and reproductive needs! Thank you Green Acres for making us feel welcome after our experiences elsewhere!
