They do not respect the time of the appointment, my puppy had his appointment at 8:20 am and they attended it at 9:10. After vaccinating her, they made us wait longer to check out. Pets get stressed and relieve themselves on the spot because they have to wait so long. I do not recommend this place.

We love Ann Road Animal Hospital. We have taken our pets to this veterinarian hospital for 14 years. It just keeps getting better. We love all of the vets but Dr. Betancourt is our pet’s favorite! The front desk staff are always so friendly and help us make sure everything is taken care of, ensuring we have the best experience. If you’re looking for quality healthcare for your pets, this is where you want to be. We have always enjoyed bringing our babies to Ann Road Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Betancourt does an amazing job keeping all of our babies in great health. We couldn’t ask for any more. Thank you for all you do.

The only thing negative about this office is that you have wait way too long to checkout and pay after the visit, even for just vaccines. Other than that the doctors and staff here are amazing! If they improve the check out process they will be 5 star status.

I have been taking my pets to Ann Road Animal Hospital for the past 10 years. The last few visits have been absolutely terrible. I always make an appointment and the wait time is at least 45 minutes. Recently I sat in an exam room for over a 1 1/2 hours. The office manager checked on me because it was taking so long. It’s ridiculous. Time to move on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET.

I have gone there for many years because Dr Bullard is an expert and his knowledge and skill base profound. Recently, they re-vamped their services and, although they cannot accept walk-ins, the wait is much shorter and they seem to be working together like a precise machine. I would recommend this animal hospital and, above all, they care!

Great staff…..extremely accommodating! Lola, pictured below, is very animal aggressive and unfortunately we are NOT able to sit in the waiting area. The front staff accommodates with having us a room ready upon arrival or they call us when a room is ready…to avoid any confrontation with other guests and animals. The nurses and doctors are ALWAYS polite and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ann Road Animal Hospital.

The front desk staff need to be trained. Desperately. Quite a few reviews mention the abysmal front desk staff but wow...just...wow. I was warned, I just wasn't prepared. If you are patient enough to make it past them, the rest of the staff seem to be good at what they do!

Took my dog in for Exam, vaccines and blood work. We had a good visit we're in and out quickly early one morning. My Dog was seen by Dr. Jordan. She said she would call me with my dog's lab results in about 2-3 days I call day 5, day 6 and on day 7 no call back from the Dr after the front desk mentioned they have let her in now many times. I eventually called again to ask about her labs and they said she had the day off and they would have another Dr call me to go over the lab results. I haven't heard back from any Dr and.its been almost 2 weeks. I eventually had them email me the results but no Dr has called me to go over them. I will be taking my Dog elsewhere who makes me feel like they care about her.

I have been a clisn't with Ann Road for yrs. I absolutely love the staff and the vets. They have saved so many of my pets lives and they have also been thru the tragedy of losing pets. They treat me and my furbabies like family. Dr Bullard is my hero and my miracle worker. I can't say enough about him as there are not enough words to express my gratitude to him. He truly cares for his clients and patients.

EDIT: what I said before still stands BUT we had a better experience when we had an emergency with my cat, who had to be hospitalized. Dr. Georges is amazing! Best experience I’ve had with a vet ever. She is extremely understanding and considerate. She made sure to explain all my options and different prices that worked best for us. It was rough week for us with our cat getting sick and two days later having to put our dog down suddenly. I feel she went above and beyond to call and communicate with me about what was going on and results to put our minds at ease. There are still definitely some issues with the front desk to back communication, but I feel more comfortable taking our Cat back to this vet if need be. *end edit* I’m really disappointed with our experience here. Our friend recommended this place so we brought our dog in for shots and a removal of a benign cyst in her neck. I really liked the vet and the staff was friendly but the only word I can think to describe the place as a whole is “ditzy”. Her procedure went well but several things happened after that turned me off from the place. They charged us for an Elizabethan collar, after giving my husband a big speech about how she didn’t need one because of the placement of the incision, had to drive all the way back to get a refund (we live 20+ mins away). They were supposed to give her a nail trim and I guess just plain forgot. And they lost her collar. We called three separate times about it as well as asked when we went back for a refund, and gave them two weeks to find it because that’s when she had her follow up to get her stitches out. When we asked them about it they hadn’t even made a note of it so no one was looking for it. Told my husband they’d leave a note for the manager to call us when they were in about how they’d be refunding us for the collar and her tags that they lost. It’s been a week since then and we’ve heard nothing. Unfortunately it’s put a bad taste in our mouth and we won’t be going back. I know they’re busy but this was just bad service overall. We were really understanding and nice the whole time and we feel like they just kind of ignored us after loosing our property. I know it’s just a collar but it’s the fact that they didn’t even follow up with us about it. If they had handled even just that better we maybe would have come back.

Service was good, but unfortunately they have a severe scheduling problem and based on past reviews it's a trend. Appointment was for 12, didn't get seen until 130, and finally leaving at 230. Actual doctor eval was about 15 minutes. The primary issue for us is that our kitty has leukemia so undue stress for him, such as being in a room surrounding by a loud dog-filled waiting room for longer than necessary ended up being more dangerous for him than what we came here for in the first place. I hope they begin to value people's time and pet's health over simply filling their schedule soon, but regardless we won't be returning.

Dr Bullard is very thorough and wanted to make sure my dog was ok

This was a great vet clinic and the hours of operation are really good . They are open 7 days a week . This was my pets first visit here and over all it was a great experience. Dr.John Bussell was professional and listened to my concerns and I felt that Reese was well cared for . My only complaint I made a appointment at 1:15 and they got him in right away but once in the room we waited another 30 minutes . Not good !!

I was visiting vegas and my dog got sick so I brought him here. I saw dr Bullard and he took care of him. I trusted everything he said and recommended thank you

This is the best animal hospital in the whole entire Western Hemisphere. They care & stand for their main purpose which is ultimate care for your animal. Courtney Williams is one of the Best vets I'mever seen in my life and I'm 65 years old Plus they don't charge an arm or leg on top..

I've been taking my dogs to Ann Road Animal Hosp. since they opened the clinic. The service used to be excellent, but the quality of service has declined significantly. The last 4 times that Ive been there the wait time is not less than 45 min. even with an appointment. Last few visits I have not seen the doctor. Last 2 times a vet assistant took my dog from the lobby to the back and brought it back to the lobby. Never went to an actual care room. Never saw or spoke to the doctor. When my dogs got the rabies shots did not get the tags because they were out. They told me that they will send them by mail as soon as they get some, that never happened after waiting for weeks I had to go and ask for them. I don't know what happened, but this used to be a very good place to take my dogs the quality and care of service has gone down a lot. After all these years Its sad for me to say, but I'm already looking for a different clinic.

Ann Road is the best Vet in town

So my dog got hit by a car nearly 3 months ago and we've been looking for an office to do surgery on my dogs back hip, it was the scariest day of my life I thought I was going to lose my dog. For 3 months we've been looking for a doctor Bullard to do this huge surgery it's really hard to find people that care in Las Vegas. my co worker referred me to this place Ann road animal hospital, I met the doctor and immediately I did not feel any fear in the surgery that was about to happen he was confident in his words and immediately we did the surgery it's been 2 weeks now and my dog Apollo has been walking on his back leg. Today we got the sutures removed and the doctor is very proud of how well Apollo is doing. This doctor is amazing, sweet and explains everything I recommend this place to everybody thank you again doctor. Bullard for taking care my baby.

I booked a grooming appointment for my dog. I arrived a little early and waited for about 20 minutes. The girl at the front desk ask what I was there for after I checked in. I informed her what I was there for, 10 minutes later she comes back and says that they cannot groom my dog and that I needed to make another appointment. She apologized but didn’t give me a reason . I left the business and told myself I wouldn’t return again. Since the new ownership the place is the pits. The front office personnel not very knowledgeable in anyway. Pay a bit more and go somewhere else.

I have been waiting for blood tests results that cost me $200 on my 13 yr old lab. I've called and emailed this business for 3 days and no one calls me back!! Looks like I have to find a better equipped VET

The animal hospital doctors and staff are very professional in dealing with me and my dog. The care is top notch. My corgi dog is all smile whenever we have a vet appointment or boarding care for a few days. I had my corgi spayed and she recovered so quickly for a day. Of course, there are time where the place is busy and pack with paw parents and their dogs and cats but I don’t worry. I’m patient and understanding with the given situation and circumstances. As long as I am satisfied with the service and care that my pet is getting, I’ll support and patronize the place. Highly recommended based on my experience.

I've been bringing my dog here for almost 4 years. The service has diminished seriously. They make your appointment as early in the morning as possible and then they make you wait for 7 hours for your pet for just a shave and a bath. The last time I took him there they shaved everything but his head and neck. I had to bring him back the next day to get him finished. Today, Wednesday, December 1, 2021 I brought him in at 8:30 a.m.. I had to call them back twice before they were done with him and they never called me back when he was "finished ". I showed up at 4 PM and he was brought out by some guy who was very rude. They're always rude there. He didn't even get a haircut after 7 1/2 hours. They were extremely rude and I did get a refund. But I'm never, EVER, going back there. My dog was locked up in a cage all day. He got home and peed for a minute straight and then ran straight to his water bowl, he was so thirsty. Yeah, I told them off and then I got in my car and broke down and cried.

Ann Road Animal Hospital has been taking care of Hi-C since he was born. I have full trust and confidence in the care and love he receives on each and every visit. Thank you to all the Doctors and Staff for the great service.

Took my baby for bloodwork and requested to speak to a doctor concerning her medications, instead a vet assistant came out and made note of my questions that I had. When she brought my baby back, I asked if the doctor was coming out to speak to me at that point, I was informed that when the bloodwork comes back the doctor will call and answer my questions. I'm wondering when the doctors have ever called with test results, I have never received a call with results. What has happened to Ann Road Animal Hospital? The Doctor is never in!

Dr.P was phenomenal! My pup Marty had an eye infection and she was able to clear it and get him back to the normal playful loving dog that he is. This is our go to vet!

I was referred here by my long time Veterinarian who moved out of state. She said if she needed a place to take her pets Dr B is where she’d go. 8 years later I still know she is right. Thanks to all the staff that make this office what it is today.
