The staff is outstanding with pets. My Wife & I took our baby cat for his first grooming experience. They were very gentle with him and went above & beyond. We will definitely keep bringing our baby cat again.

If I could give negative stars I would. My Husband dropped my dog off at this “ Buisness” and asked for bath. Just a wash and blow dry. They butchered my dogs hair. He’s a King Charles Spaniel. They cut of all his foot tuffs. Completely uneven looks like a child did it. The shaved up his back legs? My husband picked them up. He paid before he saw him. Once he did he asked why in the hell they cut his hair being that they didn’t have permission to do so. He talked to the owner she was nasty and said there are no refunds. DO NOT TRUST these people with your animals

I just got my GSD. She is 5 months old. I Spent 55.00 for a bath, undercoat, nails, and ears. 3 hours later, I came back. She was good as new. Good people ????. She was knocked out at home. I'm coming back.

Called Sunday to make an appointment then got a call the next day asking if I wanted to reschedule due to them being short staffed... if they were short staffed they shouldn't have taken the appointment in the first place...

Made an appointment. Was told it would take 2 hours at drop off . 4 hours later I had to call to see what was going on. Then another hour till she was done. Like communicate at least. And you can tell it was a rush cut. It's not all even. Slapped a bow and $60

I gave a great review in the past but my opinion of this establishment has changed since then. The service is nowhere near as good as it used to be. The quality of their work is lacking and they will attempt to charge for services that have not been rendered. The past two visits they did not trim my dogs nails and when I brought it to their attention I was treated as if I had no right to inquire about it. For this reason and also due to their lack of skills in properly grooming dogs as of lstely I will no longer be bringing my pet to this establishment. I'm sure I can do a far better job than the amateurs with nasty attitudes working at this grooming salon who acted as if they were doing me a favor.

I have become a regular customer. I always have Kelly groom our furry family member. This time my daughter was visiting and I brought her dog also. Once again Kelly came through. My family highly recommends Clip-N-Tails if you really care about your pets!

I wouldn't recommend that place I took both of my dogs are the cuts were uneven they didn't even do the nails I did one and left three long ones lousy work

This was my fur baby 1st visit he looks very handsome. I just don't understand why he had to be there from 10:15a until almost 3:30p and all they did was an all over short cut nothing fancy.

I took my Shihtzu and am so happy with the results. They trimmed her, wash, brush, teeth. She looked like a new baby when I picked her up.

I really cannot stress enough how wonderful they are here. My cavalier always, ALWAYS looks and smells amazing after his spa day. They know a proper cav cut, know I hate baby powder smells so they use a spicer scent for him. Oliver isn't afraid there at all. Their check in process is still COVID friendly but no longer outside (win!). Plus, when they call for pickup it's always "Your baby is ready!" I moved from the Aliante area to Centinnial Hills and happily make the 20 minute drive for them. 10 stars!

First time going with my husky and they do an AMAZING job. First off, the receptionist guy is extremely nice which is what EVERY groomers should have. They make you want to come back from the start! I use to go to Petsmart groomers and they are NO WHERE and i mean NO WHERE as professional and kind as this place. Although it is a bit more pricy it is definitely worth the price. My husky came out smelling like she never has at persmart even though i pay for the "upgraded shampoo" at petsmart. Im just honestly in awe of how great this place is. I also have another husky which i will be bringing here as well from now on. Just found our new groomers for good!!
