Great service, and pretty good variety too

bought 1 small can of brine shrimp (9.99 on amazon) and one small can of frog food (1.99) along with a nano sponge filter (1.99 on amazon) never thought to ask the price. total was over 70$. UNGODLY over priced. Very few price tags, you dont expect the astronimical markup when approaching the counter. Also employees aren't very helpful, you have to seek them out. E.G. I went in and an employee was helping somebody so i waited until they were done assuming theyd come to me next.....after he rang her up he walked right past me and lit up a cigarette in the back. Confused I asked him if was going to help me, shaking his head he threw his cig down pulled his mask up and stomped into the store. Wont be returning. Rather do business with petsmart. They may have knowledge but they dont share it.

I was told the bearded dragon I got was 4 months old. Either they lied or don't take care of their reptiles well because it is WAAYY too small to be 4 months. In 3 weeks I've been able to get him looking much healthier, thankfully. They use coil UVB lights in all their reptile tanks, which has been proven to be unsafe and ineffective. Their feeder bugs are insanely expensive and once I walked in to get bugs and saw a dead lizard just sitting in the cage with no one taking care of the body. This certainly isn't the WORST reptile I've ever seen and it's pretty cool to see all the cute babies being kept there for boarding, but you're better off going to scales and tails or LLL if you're looking for a high quality store.

This place had a good variety of animals they all seemed well kept but for some reason they had the light bulbs taken out of a corn snake at the very end of the aisle. it seemed they were just letting it sit there and die it was really cold and it had mites all over it but it was still alive I could see the eyes moving I felt like that was a very poor way to euthanize if that is what they were doing or they need to get that snake some light bulbs and try and help it.to be a pet store you usually want to help your animals, not let them sit and die and suffer for everyone to watch

This place is bad to nothing in stock for anybody really tank leaking on the floor no gravel for fish tanks no real food for the fish

This place is the absolute best of the best. I am so glad we happen to live near it because i haven’t seen another exotic store like it in Vegas. You can tell they really care about the animals and their customers. They’re very knowledgeable about the animals. They are so kind and helpful as well. The store is beautifully decorated and maintained. Hands down the best pet store in Vegas!

The staff are polite and very helpful and the animals are very healthy. Stock is usually good and the feeder animals are priced the best out of anywhere.

Never again wasting my time there... yelled at one of the kids there for lying to me. They never have feeder mice, and come to find out they are crazy over priced!! Took a drive to Craig and Decatur 'scales n tails'. The best experience and prices.

I went to them 2 weeks ago to purchase a bearded dragon and he is now dead because they did not tell me he was not eating good

Not very friendly. Employees clearly don’t care there is a mandatory mask order in place and a virus still around,since not a single one was wearing a mask.

Sketchy scam artist. The workers always rude and they don’t were mask this place Just trashy. I’d expect much better in Centennial. It’s crazy that Petco is better

These People Scammed me hard They continuously. Denied my request and they very rude and there customer service is absolutely trash it is abysmal

We went in Friday February 26, I'm unsure of the man's name that helped us but he was patient, took time to answer all our questions and helped us get the perfect set up for our juvenile breaded dragon. Even though they did not have any beardies for sale, we bought the entire set up from them and will be making sure all the food comes from there too. Only downfall is I wish wish had a website.

This is the cleanest reptile shop I have found in Las Vegas. I was impressed by how well the reptiles were being cared for. You could tell the employee knew the different animals and took the time to hold them and get to know thrir personalities. Jeremiah (thank you!) was helpful, friendly, patient, and did not pressure us. I highly recommend this shop and felt very comfortable supporting this business knowing the animals are so well cared for. Please support this business.

So I am from California. My fiancé and I came to Las Vegas to specifically visit reptile shops. We went to 4 different shops and were severely disappointed with the quality of care and cleanlines. This was our last stop. This place was CLEAN! Their employee Jeremiah was super helpful and friendly. He took his time and showed us every animal we wanted to look at. All the animals were nice and healthy. Enclosures were clean. Bottom line is that we purchased 2 boas and tegu. This made are our Vegas trip worth the drive!

The guy that works there never wears a mask. The store is over priced and the workers are always rude. In addition it should be called reptiles only because there are almost always zero fish.

Got Covid from here cause the owner doesn’t think the rules apply to him apparently and I never saw him wearing a mask.

Came here 2 years ago, then it was under different ownership, poor conditions with fish & reptiles then. However I came in 2/20/20, after meeting with the new owner. To be completely honest I'm glad to be back as a customer here, the selection & quality of fish & reptiles here is drastically different, the store is clean, friendly personalities with each of the employees here, they also do special orders when you ask. I highly recommend coming through here & checking the place out.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, helped me get everything i needed for my BTS. When the bulb they sold me was too hot they exchanged it for another one, no problem.

Knowledgeable staff. Better prices than petco , pristinely clean and smells great inside unlike other local reptile shops.

Got my baby bearded dragon there a few weeks ago!! He's getting so big already! I also bought my Dragons their new enclosures there too!!

Amazing, amazing experience at this beautiful store!! Want to give 10 stars if I could. I think the store changes ownership recently so some old 1 star reviews don’t apply to the current store. Jeremiah and Andrew are extremely kind and tend to our needs at their best abilities. We needed a tank for that night and they made the effort to deliver within an hour! How wonderful is that?! :) they got the best custom made tanks - we wanted a big tank for our beardie and they have the big wooden ones that don’t cost $600 (price point at around $200 for the double deep) and we got two!! ???? They are also very knowledgeable about the reptiles and give us the info we needed to take good care of our beardie. They get shipments on Tuesdays so be sure to check them out! You’ll be impressed by how well the reptiles are kept and how clean the store is!

I always buy my feeders here, they are amazing and have great prices. Always nice and clean the staff are great and well educated in reptiles.i have yet to buy a snake from here -Update. I just recently bought a Colombian female red tail boa and she is thriving! very healthy.

From the moment I walked in till the moment I left I felt completely taken care of. I’m a new reptile owner. So all the additional help and information was AMAZING! The kindness and knowledge they have by far surpasses a chain pet store. If you happen to need supplies or find your new addition to family they are the best to go see. Prices on not only equipment, but also on feeders and bugs, are much more fair and evenly priced than any other pet store I've been to. The staff is always kind and nice to talk to as well.
