The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Originally wanted a poodle but ended up getting a yorkie. He already knew how to use training pad. I visited other puppy stores before making my final decision and Puppy Heaven provided the best customer service.

My friend recently introduced me to Puppy Heaven in Las Vegas. When I visited the store, I was surprised to discover their financing scheme allowing me to get a puppy without making full payment. I decided to get a pug for myself and meet an adorable selection of puppies, one more cute than the previous. I picked a ten-week-old black toy pug and have no problem training it to adjust at my place. We recently visited Puppy Heaven to buy a puppy for our family. They have an impressive collection of puppies from all breeds. Their staff is well-trained, and the store offers high-quality puppies at reasonable prices.

We got our puppy Daisy here. Applying for the pup, applying for financing and picking up the puppy was easy and smooth. The financing is horrible. This pup cost $1800. I put $300 down and by the time I finance the $1500. If I don't pay with 90 day same as cash it will cost me over $6000. Definitely pay within the time frame otherwise the financing screws you. Other than that everything else I would say is 5 stars!

Beautiful pups and financing available

It’s amazing how clean and well-groomed the puppies are. I’ve been to several pet shops and this is by far the cleanest place I’ve been to. We scheduled an appointment for a Yorkiepoo puppy we saw on their website. We wanted to see how friendly can he get with other dogs so they brought out a Shih Tzu puppy to play with him and they were so happy and playful together that we ended up adopting both!!!We named them Kobe and Milo and they’re the best friends anyone can have!

My husband and I had the most positive experience with Michele at Puppy Heaven. Michele is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to go the distance to make sure you understand some of the basic things when bringing home your puppy to keep them on track and healthy. This is beyond valuable after adopting a puppy from an independent person in the area, and finding out the pup was sick, only to have her die in my arms after an extended ICU stay at the local veterinarian hospital. Our little Bella, a Maltipoo, is so smart, healthy and beautiful. I would come back to Puppy Heaven and get another puppy from Michele in a heartbeat, I couldn’t be happier!

I would avoid this place at all cost... those puppies are coming from puppy mills being sold unhealthy and to top it all of your paying for a lie. if you think your buying a pure breed you are not. and they will confirm it if you ask she will clearly tell you they cant guarantee it to be 100% the breed you are wanting to buy meaning you might purchase a teacup and it will eventually grow up to not be a teacup. I would much rather purchase a puppy that's coming from a home in a healthy setting than buy it hear where all they care about is the money not the dogs well being

I was so impressed with the service I received from Puppy Heaven. Before we took Charlie home Michelle gave us 45 minutes of nursing instruction to make sure we’re well informed on how to make a smooth transition to a new home as well as feeding and potty train instructions. I really recommend Puppy Heaven. I will definitely get another puppy from them.
