This place rocks. Fast friendly service everyone is is so nice. Drop your pet off in the morning and 2 hrs later pick them up...they look great every time. I have 2 German shepherds and a pomeranian and they always come home looking sharp!

This place is amazing my dog is aggressive when scared and The vet and groomers causes her major anxiety and they are very patient with her. I am so grateful for them!! And the prices are good.

Love this shop they have 3 different locations so if i need a quick wash and go or a detail they have me covered. My favorite location is the Durango and Twain location the girls there are the Best.

[Finally found a place] I was recommended here by a coworker and I honestly loved the work they’ve done on my two babies! Both came back happy :) for the two together I paid a good price range definitely did better work than past places. I’m happy I finally found a place that really does do a good job at deshedding and did a beautiful teddy bear look on my Yorkie. Thank you for taking care of these goofballs, They are a handful!

I called them this morning to set up a same day dog grooming if available. I mentioned the coupon on the website. The person on the phone basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about when I mentioned it under "Specials". Then she said I would need to speak to the manager and hung up on me. I will never take my Pet to a place that cannot be friendly to a person on the phone!

Walked in, only one groomer who couldn't take my fur baby. Small place, not so great looking from the photos.

Whenever I run to Vegas this is my puppy's definite grooming stop. Employees are wonderful with my babies. ????????????

They are not expensive and do a pretty good job on my 2 fur babies. I just wish they would use some smell good on them ( my fur babies) when they are finished grooming them.

I can't say enough about how wondetful Scott and the gang are ???? I've been coming here ever since I first moved to Vegas, back in 2005 ???? Even though I've been traveling in an RV over the past 4 years, we always make an appointment when we"re back in town. Since I have seen groomers all over the western states, I can honestly say they ARE the BEST groomer I've ever been to!!

Great experience and customer service

We take our cavapoo here every time and they treat him so well there and always call us when he's ready. We even didn't have a leash once and they let us borrow a temporary to get him to the car. There is always willing and helpful staff to help that no our family and our dog very well. Also whenever we go and we don't have to make an appointment which is always nice considering we have a busy schedule and we never know when he'll need another groom. The only thing I would recommend is that they either take cards just because sometimes it's hard to remember that they only take cash but otherwise this place is the only place that we take our dog.

Groomingdales is "THE SPOT"!!!! Love all the people that we have met who work there at all 3 locations. If you want ur fur baby to look and feel good, make sure and take them to Groomingdales, my family and I are very pleased ????

Have been having my pet being groom at this location over the last four years. However, on our last visit they completly ignore instructions that have been established since day one and that is not to cut hair from behind the ear which shows up on the right and left ear this has been the third time. However the management and owner mistreated my spouse when inquiring about the issue. They hung up on her and stated come get your money back and find a new groomer. No worries we will just never again something is wrong at this place of business be cautious they have changed they need a class iwhere they all attend a course involving customer service.

When I attempted to drop off my dog I tried explaining that she was a rescue dog and had been abused in the past very timid found in the desert The man at the counter not sure how to describe him but very feminine type He started yelling about Something really don’t know what his problem was. I just left and took my dog with me not a very friendly place rude and unprofessional.

So we have been coming here for nearly two years. After last visit I was told my dog was difficult to groom. I was given a card with a guys name on it. When I got home I lost the card. I called to ask who could groom my dog. The person who answered the phone said they were too busy to look at my card. Then asked if the guy who told me that was white or black? And said don't worry he has been fired. So I waited an extra 2 weeks. Brought my dog in and was told after driving from the other side of town no one is allowed to groom my dog because the owner is the only one who can.

We just got our German Shepherd dog from a wonderful family who couldn't care for him any more. He gave him to us for free. So some of the money we planned on spending on the purchase of a dog was instead put towards the care and grooming he had went without for so long. His nails were so long, making it uncomfortable to walk. There was literally fur everywhere. So we google local dog groomers and found Groomingdales. Luckily they had some appointments available. When we arrived Chase was so scared. This big German Shepherd had a panic attack, this is our 1st day with him so I froze. One of the employees came outside with no hesitation, scooped up all 70+lbs of him like a baby and brought him inside. I was so thankful! My Chase was totally fine after that. When he was finished he came out so beautiful. No more tufts of fur hanging off of him, his teeth got cleaned, nails trimmed. You could tell he appreciated the care he got because when he left out his head was up so high! Thanks Groomingdales. We will be back soon.

They cut my dogs nails once a month and do a great job, they have even gave my cats haircuts.

This pet grooming place is by far the best I have ever experienced in Vegas. They take their time to take care of my 3 babies. It's like a day spa for my doggies every month and they absolutely love being there and getting pampered. When they are done, my doggies always look beautiful and they smell so soooo good also. I love how the doggies either get a bow or a bandana... NICE touch !!! I wouls so recommend this establishment for their service and price. I drop off my babies in the morning like 8am then pick them up at 4pm because I want them to take their time and my dogs love playing with other dogs there. Bring CASH because Cash is King here ????????????????

Very good work very respectful and mannerable workers

I have taken my pup here for a few years now and unfortunately the professionalism of the staff has went downhill. The last few times I've been there they are playing vulgar music so loud you can hear it from the parking lot and do not turn it down once the customer comes in. If it's loud for the customer it's got to be hurting the dogs ears.. In the last week, I've tried to call and schedule an appointment and twice a woman has shouted she doesn't have appointments and hung up immediately without offering to find an open appointment time. Where has the good customer service gone Groomingdales?
