The staff takes great care of my babies!! Having had a terrible experience at a previous daycare, it was a relief to find Hot Diggity Dog!!

Been bringing my dogs here for about a year and a half. I love that I get updates and can check the cameras when we board them, gives me peace of mind while we're away. The staff seems to really care about the dogs and I seem them go in and spend time with the dogs during the day. They are happy to see me when I pick them up but they are happy to go back when we drop them off.

Would highly recommend HDD Daycare! I have used their boarding, day care, grooming, and transportation services and all have been wonderful. The pricing is competitive for the area and they are very flexible with my schedule. My dog always happy to visit and comes home tired.

The dogs have a great time. We love being able to watch them on camera and baths are very affordable.

I love this daycare because they treat my pibbles as one of their own. And they are able to take great photos of her when she attends one of their events or when I board her.

Our dogs are always so excited when they stay here! They know the moment we pull into the parking lot that they’re in for a fun time. The pricing is extremely reasonable and our dogs always come home looking great.

My dog, Huckleberry loves doggy day care so much. The place is always clean, the staff is very friendly and greets us by name. Huckleberry is always tired when he comes home because he has played all day. I enjoy that they have cameras, so I can check on him throughout the day.

We had our dog stay overnight - about 17 hours total. I’ve never picked up my dog from a boarding facility more desperate to leave - literally clawing at the floor to get to me. When we got home, she drank water like they hadn’t given her any the whole time she was there. She also pooped 3-4 times when we took her potty, again like they hadn’t taken her out at all. The cameras aren’t very reliable and when I checked them, I didn’t see her playing with the other dogs. They told me at pick up that she refused to eat her breakfast, which she’s never done at the other boarding facilities we’ve used. If she refused food, I imagine it was because she was already very stressed. Gauging by her energy levels, they just stuck her in a room and left her there until we picked her up. I also didn’t get any text updates. Not impressed. Edit: HDD responded below. It now makes sense that she wasn’t provided play time, due to drop off time. Regardless, reply does not explain lack of text update or lack of water. Also, if last potty break for large dogs is 9pm and they are not given another opportunity to relieve themselves until after 7am the next morning, (as they said in their reply) that’s crazy and should be disclosed to owners prior to drop-off. 10 hours without a potty break is neglectful (max should be 8 hours, at least for dogs ~40lbs like mine). They also mentioned in their reply that my dog may not have wanted to eat because she hadn’t been let out yet and may have been too uncomfortable. If a dog is unable to eat because they need to relieve themselves so badly, there is an easy fix for that. Just flip the order (potty, then food) as it would make ALL dogs more comfortable anyway. Delaying a meal by another hour to allow all dogs to relieve themselves first is better then a dog skipping a meal entirely. I might seem like a crazy dog lady but my dog is part of my family. I did not drop her off in HDD’s care to not have her taken care of properly. Potty breaks at least every 8 hours should not be too much to ask. However, I have learned the lesson that I cannot assume anything and I will be asking much more detailed care questions to different boarding facilities in the future.

Kit is an amazing help and knows exactly how to handle my crazy K9. The only place i trust with mine while in town.

One of the dogs that was near my dog had fleas and spread it to my dog will be reporting this company and I will taking higher actions against this company

Incredibly rude! Just walking into the lobby with the rude employee who made us feel we were inconveniencing her by being there along with the smell, made us turn around and leave.

Love the service! We had Ashley come to our home every day for 20 days while we were away. Such a long tilmeto leave our 20 yr old Cockatoo , Sydney, and our salt water aquarium. So we hired Hot Diggity Dog. Ashley came every day, for a 30 min visit, sent pics every day and checked in (text) to let me know how things were. House was nice, tidy and all the mail was nice and organized. Thank you so much we are going definitely be using this service again!!!

Took my puppy to the self wash. They had everything I needed and plenty of space! The staff was super nice as well! I'll be back!

Dogs were happy, cameras are great for checking in on them, and the staff is always around and playing with the dogs and sending pics throughout the stay. So happy with the service!

My sweet boy Charbel stayed here for just shy of a week while we were on vacation. It was my first time boarding him, so I was a little nervous. They took excellent care of him and sent me daily text message updates with pictures. All the employees are so friendly and nice. Thank you for taking great care of Charbel!

I watched the cameras for hours every day no human interaction very sad!!! When I mentioned it to the staff she said they are short handed so I guess we paid over 200.00 for our dog to be in prison Our dog came back with the same amount of dog food I sent so I guess he didn’t eat for 4 days

they took the best care of my furry babies. i was NOT worried or stressed. They sent pictures to me! my pups are happy to go there and happy to come home!!!!!

This place is my dogs' home-away-from-home. The staff here really care for the dogs and it is a great place to board your fur babies or just drop them off to play for the day.

Great place has private boarding for my two pups. The new facility is awesome. Also they send daily pics of pups. And I utilize the poop service for my backyard.

I’ve been bringing my Sadie girl there for a couple months now and my last experience was terrible. I was charged for a full day of day care when I should have been charged for a half day. Today I checked in around 11:15am and it was logged I checked in at 10:30am. I tried to tell ezma it wasn’t possible because my alarm to wake up was at 10:30am. I asked her several times to pull the camera footage. This has happened multiple times. It’s frustrating when I look at the time when I drop her off and pick up before 3.99 hours but I’m still charged for a full day. I would have preferred to talk directly to a manager or owner but instead ezma hid in the back and made the groomer give Sadie to me. I’m disappointed, I have no problem paying for a full day that’s 4hrs or more. What I won’t tolerate is being called a liar when there’s a camera above your head.. But on the bright side the doggy district is $16 for 5 hrs ????????‍♀️.

Our dog, Ashley loves going to daycare here so much, once we pull into the lot she starts whining and wagging her tail. She literally pills us to the door. Staff here are super friendly, professional, and you can tell they love their dogs. After a half day here, Ashley is ready for supper and nap. All we could hope for in a doggy day care.

Great place for dogs! The Big back yard is a huge plus. They really care about the dogs happiness and well being here!

Don’t take your dog here. I watched the camera for an hour and no human ever entered the room my dog was in (they will tell you the camera can’t see the people, but dogs react to humans and you know when they are in the room). There is no stimulation for the dogs other than a few toys thrown on the ground. They just lie on the floor next to their own urine. If I have to exercise my dog after she gets home from daycare, then the daycare is not doing it’s job. What’s more, the staff are very unfriendly (act like you want to be there!) and don’t seem interested in interacting with the dogs. You can watch cameras of other daycares and the dogs are having the time of their lives with the staff. We’ve been to other daycares much better than this one. This place is more like dog prison.

Staff is friendly. Always feel comfortable leaving our dog and belated doggies with them.
