I absolutely LOVE Dogs by Cindy! I drive all the way from Henderson because not only do they remember us, but they even know our dogs AND out desired hair cuts for them without me having to explain each time. Even when we switch it up or get their winter cuts! They are amazing and my dog dont RUN out of there like they did at this other groomer on Pecos. Highly Recommended!

They didn't do a good job on my meds size dog. There was a lot of loose hair.

Such a great place! My dog, Cosmo, had become a total grooming nightmare because of his fear of groomers. I tried everything from mobile groomers to groomers coming to my home Took him in and came back with a beautiful, happy, clean and well groomed dog. Couldn't have been more pleased and well worth the 30 minutes it took to drive here. We will be back.

I wonder how you go less than zero on the star reading this was the worst experience when I called to make the appointment I was put off a little bit by the gentleman who answered the phones attitude but thinking they may be busy I went ahead and made the appointment anyway explaining that my neighbor recommended them upon showing up to my appointment he was yelling at me from across the whole room to put a mask on I had explained to him that I spoke with the woman on the phone asking her for a second one or could I possibly put my dog down and walk all the way back to my car in which case he got louder telling me I couldn't come in without a mask the woman was still on the phone and he just continued at that point I just canceled my appointment and left in my opinion somebody that doesn't have the proper demeanor to speak with people properly will never have access to my dog good luck you guys hope this helps... Upon looking at the other reviews I see he is known for this bad behavior I now go to a place called Honey's grooming on West lake Mead and they are amazing

Service is 10/10 i always take my dog there and he looks really good and pretty after grooming, the staff really care about dogs and it’s a reasonably price, i recommend 100% .

Omg this was my 1st time coming here and they did just a amazing job!

BECAUSE I ARRIVED WITH A PLASTIC MASK THAT COVERED MY NOSE TO MY CHIN MY dog WAS TURNED AWAY AND TOLD I NEEDED A CLOTH MASK! Sorry but CLOTH absorbes and the virus is a100 times smaller than the head of a needle making it more likely to enter a CLOTH MASK, PLASTIC will not absorb and than means nothing can get out so you can keep your business. The guy who I assume WAS in charge was very rude and did not care or think about what I was saying, he could have come out to get MY dog and no contact between us but he didn't care maybe because you were busy enough and didn't need anymore business Just saying...

So friendly and great customer service.
