It took me months to get back to get my dog's ashes. They kept him safe and were very understanding of the situation.

third year in a row unsatisfied 100% i believe in my heart they gave me the wrong animal. I believe they gave me a dog. is anyone missing they're dog? (the impressions of the paw is a dog's paw not a cat or whom ever did the impressions was angry and took it out on my cat.) I had my sweet cat cremated. It was gifted to me from someone I'd like to not mention. I didn't have a choice. I would have gone with a different company. I'd give a ZERO but google doesn't allow this. Terribly unsatisfied. The 2nd (time.) year. they never returned my call (i called 3 times.) I finally called a 4th time AFTER MY CAT WAS CREMATED.) THEY SIMPLY Said we are short staffed we couldn't have called you after your cat was cremated. RUDE RUDE, it was a woman, no idea of her name. dont care. Shame on her. Why are they still in business? you can't get a do over with this type of situation. Please remove the word "GOD" from your poem, not everyone is religious. stop forcing your religion on others Thanks for reading. I'm done. emotionally drained.

I was torn up about having to put my 16 year old cat down last year but the people at Craig Road were incredibly respectful, kind, and compassionate, as well as working with the veterinary office where she was put to sleep to have her transported, cremated, and put in a lovely box. I highly recommend them for any pet mortuary needs you have.

I got my sweet boy kitty Ace back today, and they did such a great job with his package. My daughter and I were both pleased and touched by the obvious care that went into the preparation of his remains. I had also spoke with Laura and another very kind lady whose name I didn't catch earlier in the week, and they were so understanding and patient with me as I cried on the phone with them because I wanted to make sure I'd put down the correct package. I'm so thankful they showed our baby the love he deserved.

It's the kind of place you wish you never have to go to, but I'm glad they're there. Very nice and compassionate people working there.

As of 11/17/2021 I’m waiting on a resolve to a major issue with regard to a custom-made headstone that was to be placed on my sweet kitty’s plot. At this point, I am not being called back regarding this matter and I’m in a lot of distress. I’ve been very patient— I just don’t appreciate the newfound lack of communication. I started this process in about August 2021. Will update if things are remedied. I was told this is the week it would be handled — fingers crossed it wasn’t an empty promise. 11/18/2021 update: They are being incredibly kind and understanding. There's an issue with the headstone company they were contracting with -- for anyone dealing with a similar issue. They are working to resolve it. I am going to give this a few more weeks because the customer service in response to my distress has been very, very kind. I appreciate their transparency.

I picked up our sweet boy Levi today and just balled my eyes out. After seeing the momentos they included it gave me a sense of peace. I was not expecting to receive what I did. Thank You for the beautiful prayer and his paw prints and everything else that was included.

Pet parents BEWARE. While there are very few places/options to lay our dear fur babies to rest in Las Vegas, this facility should be avoided entirely or closely monitored to prevent mistakes while your pet is in their care. My Archie boy passed away almost a month ago and while the loss was traumatic enough, the cremation mistake they made broke our hearts even more. We had a chapel viewing SCHEDULED and CONFIRMED in person with their front office staff before he was to be cremated, received a tour of the chapel from Laura, and made arrangements to ensure the viewing would be personal and beautiful which is what he deserved. We gathered his favorite toys to display, invited loved ones to meet us at the cemetery, and were looking forward to give one more kiss and peaceful goodbye. Cut to the day of the viewing and I receive a phone call from Laura at Craig Road Pet Cemetery one and a half hours BEFORE our scheduled chapel viewing stating that a “mistake” was made and my Archie was ready for pickup; meaning he had already been cremated TWO DAYS PRIOR. There would be no viewing. No last embrace. No closure. We went down to the cemetery immediately only to be met with my Archie in an urn and repeated “I’m sorrys” for an irreversible “mistake”. Laura had to be called from somewhere offsite to meet with us in person and stated a “clerical error” prevented the cremators from knowing that we had a viewing scheduled despite the appointment STILL written on their whiteboard in the hallway next to the front desk. Their failure to type our appointment into a computer took away our closure, broke our hearts even more, and left us feeling uneasy; if they can’t organize a simple appointment date, how do I even know I came home with my Archie? Mistakes happen, I understand that; but in this line of work, things like this just CANNOT happen. My purpose for this review is that hopefully my experience has taught them to be more careful, more considerate, and more organized so that this does not happen to another family or pet ever again.

I am very pleased with the speed and care Craig road animal cremation took to get my family’s cat back to me. It was reasonably priced and the packaging is very professional. It took 5 days to get her back and it was $138 for the cremation, clay paw and lock of hair keep sake (for a 7 lb cat).

My dog passed away 3 months ago. I am only now bringing myself to write this. I will write fairly, pro and con. PRO: They are very cheap, cost wise, for the services they do offer. They make a few different trinkets that do not turn out too bad. If your veterinarian works with Craig Road Pet Cemetery, you will usually get a decent price for packages. CONS: Craig Road Pet Cemetery, will, and has, lost pieces of pets, not completed the cremation process professionally, and have not processed pet remains as instructed. My opinion. The company has no compassion not do they have any accountability. The owner was stated to me to be a Military Veteran. If he is he sure doesn't act like it. No matter what he will not come out and speak to a customer when his staff has made mistakes. TLDR; If you want your pet processed correctly using this company you had better schedule for a personal viewing of EVERYTHING YOU ASK THEM TO DO or a mistake can, but hopefully not happen to you and your deceased family member.

They were so kind. They brought my cat and let me alone crying at the beautiful chapel. They had my cat in a beautiful basket with a pretty blanket over him. I'll never forget it. I still think if my cat after all these years

this place is incredicble when it comes to a dead loved companion they made my wife and me very happy about the package they have made him in they made it feel like they cared about his body which doesnt happen very often these days so we are not sure who in the company made it so special but we are sincerely thankful and brought many happy tears thank you

I can’t thank them enough for such beautiful and special keepsake of my sweet boy Hazard. I remember talking to Loretta over the phone the day he passed to discuss packages and she was just so sweet. When I received his remains and keepsakes today from the animal hospital, they were even better than I had imagined it would be. They really go above and beyond. It only took a day and half to receive my baby back and I am so happy he is home with us.

I recently was referred to this company through our vet. They were also recommended by multiple other sources. It seems this company does not live up to the expectations. We used them for the cremation of our pet. They lost, did not complete, or just did not care about the items from the private cremation package for our pet. With all due respect but this company simply cares about its bottom line and not it’s customers’ and their pets.

I just want to say they are compassionate, respectful, friendly and definitely go above and beyond. I have had 3 pets cremated through them all came back with beautiful mementos and keep sakes. I had my dog cross the rainbow bridge with a new vet that used a different crematorium. I was devastated. I didn’t get the keepsakes that I had expected and they took longer to get her back. I went and spoke to Laura who took the time to address my concerns and worked with her team to create a lasting keepsake. Highly recommend them.

I have no idea how this Cemetery is even close to two stars let alone 4. What a horrible experience and service we were given by Laura which is their supposed manager for this Cemetery. She sounds and acts like she is concerned for your pet but she is nothing like this. She is a wolf in sheep's clothing. We buried our pet dog On December 10, and the process took until May for completion. We provided a picture of our dog at the time of her death and had to email it to them TWO MORE TIMES. After we buried our pet we kept going back to look at the head stone and every time we went back her picture was still missing on the stone. Laura said the process takes about four months to complete due to COVID, but failed to tell us this in the beginning. She said multiple times she would call us back in two weeks and/or when it was done but the call NEVER came. Two months later with no phone calls or emails we decided to visit our Sugar and not only did they not call us back to let us know it was finished but they had put another dogs picture on our dogs Head Stone! We called back and got yet another "sorry" that they would fix it. We were told to call back in three weeks and when we did, wouldn't you know, Laura was on vacation and for four weeks (Nice vacation). Again no phone call was made to let us know about the progress. Weeks turned into months with no one calling back and giving us a status check so we decided to go out to the Cemetery to visit again and still her whole head stone was gone - they'd removed it at least. Finally, after several weeks we went back and her picture was there and complete. No phone call again letting us know that the job was finished. What a horrible display of compassion and empathy. If this were a human being, Laura would be unemployed. I encourage anyone who wants to start a new pet cemetery to move forward and put this place out of business. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!

Would be nice to receive a reminder call when our remains are ready since they get disposed of after 7 days.

I just received my sweet girl’s remains from Grand Montecito Animal Hospita today. Thank you...over and over again for taking such great care of my best friend. I find comfort in knowing I have her back home with me. Her remains, her paw print, her lock of hair will always remain deep and near my heart.

I had a great experience. I don’t remember her name I think it’s Laura. She was very helpful during our time of grief and very understanding. Only thing I don’t like is the lady with the short boy hair. She has a nasty attitude. I don’t know why she even works at a place where people will be grieving and having negative emotions because they just lost their loved one. My pitbull has a better attitude than her. Besides her horrible customer service we had a good experience burying our baby. Everyone else was nice and welcoming.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The first time, we took our beloved, Guinea Pig Alex (2015). Laura, whom I spoke to seem very sweet and she took our Alex to be cremated and he was wrapped in my daughter's blanket. After the cremation (3 days) , we picked up Alex's cremains along with the blanket. This time, our beloved Son Snowball had passed away tragically and my husband said we should take our son Snowball to be cremated there since the first experience was good since they seem caring for animals. We took our son and he was wrapped in a blanket and towel; the blanket is purple with smily faces with the tongue sticking out. The towel is pink. Anyways, Laura never said anything not did the lady with boy like hair cut (heavy smoker); they didn't give back our blanket and towel that our baby was wrapped in and when I called the lady with boy like hair cut said they don't save such things and I was never told this and they never said anything when we're there. We've paid nearly$300 to have our baby cremated and for this to happen.. Breaks my heart. The scent of our baby was on that blanket and towel. And after I asked what did they do with the blanket and towel; her reply was we donated.. Seriously?? This place is awful and I am uncertain that the cremains was really my son.. That place is shady and they had young boys IN THEIR 20'S in the back cremaing and for all I know they could of toss my poor baby along other beloved innocent animals to the side or in the trash mistreat them and their demise bodies..just to make a quick buck ripping off families that Are grieving for our loss.. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE. LAURA SHAME ON YOU AND ALL YOUR STAFF.. My heart is shattered into pieces because of this..

I lost my little Mocha baby back on February 10, 2020 unexpectedly. I wasn't sure what to do so I contacted my veterinarian's office. They had me bring her to them and they sent her to Craig Road Pet Cemetery for cremation. I received her ashes back this past week and I have to say I was impressed and overwhelmed by the beautiful arrangement they delivered. They delivered much more than I expected. I will be forever grateful to them. God forbid you ever need these services, but if and when the time comes I can recommend them with confidence. Thank you for the best possible experience at such a difficult time. God bless Craig Road Pet Cemetery.

A month ago we had to make the very difficult decision to help our beloved 12-year old Chow Chow "Marley Man" cross the Rainbow Bridge. He was such a loving and loyal fur baby...but in a lot of pain. We wanted to relieve Marley of any "undo stress"...so I called Dr. Blanch Pierce from “Waggin Wheels Mobile Clinic” to come to our home where Marley felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Pierce came that very same day...so we didn't have to wait and prolong his illness and pain. Dr. Pierce was so loving, kind and compassionate and talked to Marley before the procedure began. She gave him a shot of a powerful anesthesia....which "knocked him out" so he really didn't even know what was going on. My husband and I sat by him during the procedure. It was very quick and painless for Marley...but for us, the flood gates opened. After it was all over, we took Marley's lifeless body to the Craig Road Pet Cemetery where he was cremated. What a compassionate, loving and kind group of people there. The staff was ultra professional and I would highly recommend them for your final goodbye to your precious fur baby...???? Although it was terribly difficult to lose our "protector" and our beloved "fur baby" we know he is out of pain and in a much better place. Thank you so very much Dr. Blanch Pierce and the staff at Craig Road Pet Cemetery for helping us get through this very heartbreaking journey. #wagginwheelsmobileclinic #craigroadpetcemetary
