Love Boca Park animal hospital! The staff is always so friendly, and they are very accommodating. The techs and doctors are very skilled and professional, and will take the best care of your pets!

Dr. Silver is amazing, worked with us every step of the way, with care and integrity. My cat Loki had a urinary blockage emergency and needed to be admitted. They immediately let us back even though we did not have an appointment, after calling around to several vets who advised they would not have room even though it was an emergency. They let us stay in the room while they assessed him, offered treats and catnip. There was even a cat condo to hide/play in. Obviously it was not cheap, but they saved his life. They offered a military discount and did everything they could to keep the price of a 2 day emergency hospital stay within our budget. I spent less than the low end of the estimate.They let us visit him while he was healing. Offered us a treatment plan and sent us home with some food to get him started. Every step if the way Dr. Silver and crew made us feel welcome and safe and taken care of. I can't thank them or their staff enough. I'll be using them as my regular vet for all of my kitties going forward. Incredible ????place.

The most professional and caring vet office I have ever found!

Took Zoey (16 1/2 old) pug in for annual wellness check. Victoria (nurse) was very customer and pet friendly. She was attentive to our questions/concerns. Dr. Daigle-Spaulding was also very professional. She listened to and answered our concerns and had suggestions for future needs Zoey might have as an older pug. No pressure to do anything but created possible options for now or later or not at all. Front desk employees also friendly and professional. Thanks to all the staff at Boca Park Animal Hospital.

Great staff! They welcomed us with smiles as soon as we walked in, and were very professional and courteous through out. Dr.Spaulding made us feel we were important to her and was very caring in addressing the health of my four legged baby! ???? Thank you!

Boca Park Animal Hospital is the absolute best! They treat my dog with love and kindness while giving him quality medical treatment. They are extremely thorough and explain everything they are doing. I know that my dog is getting the best care he can get!

The staff. vet tech and doctor were so professional and treated my new adopted dog with a lot of love. No one was in a rush they took the time to listen to our concerns and address them.

I had taken my now 6 1/2 year old dog to Daycare at Boca Park on a couple of occasions over the years, which was always a positive experience! When my original vet retired recently, who was also wonderful but on the other side of town, I brought my dog to Boca Park to establish with a veterinarian, being right around the corner from my house. Now, I don't know why I didn't do that years ago because EVERYONE is fantastic...from the front desk staff to the the boarding to the nurses to the veterinarians themselves! (I am sure the grooming is great as well, I just haven't brought my dog to them yet) Everyone treats my dog like their own. They remember me, my name and my dog's name, which never happens with other animal hospitals, even after years, lol! I find the prices reasonable and I have never felt over-charged or over-recommended for services. In my opinion, they go above and beyond in customer service in the setting of a busy practice. I would highly recommend Boca Park!

Great annual visit today with our 4 year old pup. Michelle was our intake vet assistant and listened to our questions concerns so that when Dr. Warren came into the exam room we had narrowed down our questions by half! The staff distracted our pup with light scratching and tummy rubs while he was inspected head to toe. We found a few things to do differently and Dr. Warren was very good about motivating us to change.

I am grateful to have such a courteous, efficient and professional place to take my precious dog.

Just moved to Las Vegas from Seattle and needed to find a new vet, as we knew our French Bulldog was due to get neutered! The entire staff, from the front desk to nurses/doctors, were all very polite to my husband and I, but most importantly treated our dog with love and care! His first exam was positive, they were transparent about the entire neutering process and aftercare. We thought about getting our dog’s nasal surgery done at the same time (what our previous vet suggested) but BPAH did not try to upsell any unnecessary procedures, which we appreciated! Days after the surgery they called me to check on how he was healing and reminded me to look out for any bruising or redness. And if I had any concerns, i could send photos via email. But he is healing very nicely and is back to his normal crazy self :) So glad we found a great Vet in our neighborhood!

Have always loved the care my pets have received through their lives...please take the time to trust your pet with them ..

I have a very sick allergy Labrador. We battled it for four of his five years of life. I was desperate. Dr.Ensign made a special allowance as my dog is actually my father in laws. A retired disfigured blind Vietnam Veteran. We met the Nurse Paula. Very sweet. Kind. Dr. Ensign shocked me! Not only did they both go through Buddy’s extensive medical records. He listened. He actually sat there. Petting Buddy and allowing him to lick his hand while we were going over all I have tried. How miserable Buddy is regardless all we did. Dr. Ensign at one point told me. It is very clear neglect is not the case! Which made me feel so much better! As of now. Buddy is healing. A million times less miserable! I finally have hope! I cannot Thank Dr. Ensign, Paula and everyone at Boca Park Animal Hospital! If you want a vet that adores animals. A Vet that not only goes over every single thing in your pets prior medical records; knowledgeable, educates you. Not once did I feel like a bad pet owner or just trying to soak you and make your bill expensive. Which matters so much especially after all I have been through trying to get my father in law’s lab better. I adore Dr. Ensign and Paula! That are truly what a vet office should be! I have 100% faith and confidence in Dr. Ensign and Paula. She is truly a gift. She is knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Dr. Ensign and Paula. I can’t wait to bring Willow in! Dr.Silver has been Gunnar’s vet for a few years now. When she re-located, we hunted her down and made an appointment. We travel over 20 miles to see her, but we wouldn’t have it any other way… neither would Gunnar! We ❤️ the time she spends with us, I mean with our dog! ???? Dr. Silver is professional, friendly, and Super caring… she doesn’t order or suggest things, that your dog doesn’t need…. Very honest. So glad we found you Dr. Silver… Thank you????

Have had very good service for both of our fur babies. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but they are always working to help those with appointments as well same day drop-ins so it's to be expected. They also will respond to text messages which is a plus! We especially like Dr. Warren.

Was alittle weary about the place,because if I was 10 minutes late I would be charged for the office visit. Instead I had to wait 30 minutes to see Dr. Once in I had a FANTASTIC VISIT with both Dr Silver and her Nurse Andrea. Both were so caring and compassionate. Highly recommend!

They were the only emergency room that would take my dog in right away, they showed love compassion took care of her kept her overnight and sent her home. Perfect shape.

Horrible customer service!!!! Prescribed my dog wrong medication and when realized it, they would return my call!!! Manager was rude and flat out lied to me!!

I moved to Boca Park from West Charleston Animal Hospital. I left West Charleston for several reasons. Some of the major ones were the long wait times and what I felt was the lack of care towards my senior Pomeranian. I was pleased when I arrived and check-in was a breeze. Our nurse, Paula, was out within just a few minutes. She took her time documenting my concerns and getting to know my pup. Dr. Gorgon was a breath of fresh air. She immediately noticed things that our other vet had never even mentioned! Dr. Gorgon was extremely easy to get ahold of when I needed to speak with her about the results of my pup's bloodwork. I would recommend Boca Park Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet.

This story does not end well. We were new patients to this facility and on my dogs 1st visit, he died. My poor baby had a large mass attached to his spleen which had also spread to his pancreas. The surgeon (very wonderful) had explained to us the risks and we accepted them. The problem with the story is that I am not 100% confident of the technician that stayed overnight with him. I asked for his surgery notes and progress notes overnight but all I received was the docs notes and not the technician’s progress notes throughout the night. Maybe she slept ????????‍♀️. By 600 am his heart rate was so low when the doc arrived to work that she was unable to save him. Why didn’t the doc know of this waaaaayyyy before when he was clearly declining. Where was the technician???? We had called the clinic multiple times throughout the night to check on our dog and could never get passed anyone but the answering service. We could never talk to the technician. We did not get an update on our dog until almost 3am. He died around 630. The front office staff is incompetent AT BEST! The surgeon even apologized to me for their mistakes!!!! Take care of those mistakes and find new staff. I had called for his sample to be sent out for pathology and Jordan failed to send it out. Almost a month later and it is finally being sent out. I have considered getting an attorney involved. ????????????????
