The ladies at the front were very friendly and Rebecca assisted with our appointment in the room, she was awesome!

They took really good care of my dog. The Dr. Was very explanatory about what they will be doing to my fur baby and no hidden fees.

This place is a disaster. I had the most awful experience here. Staff members LIED to me multiple times. Dumb and dumber working at the front desk are super rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the place is way overpriced for the poor quality of care that you recieve. Will never be going back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Stay clear of this hospital if you care about your pets.

I'm New to Vegas from Atlanta, and very happy I found Providence Pet Hospital for my Lil Baby. Everyone was super Friendly, and Informative. I feel completely comfortable with bringing her back. The staff handled AZIZI was care, and made sure they followed-up with me, after she got her shots. Just to make sure she was Ok. Very sweet, and caring environment. We traveled over 2,000 miles, on route 40 with our pets. This was a delight. Y'all are something else. Thank you for making us feel at home, in Las Vegas! ????????????

Went with my daughter for her fur baby! Really impressed on the cleanliness and the friendliness of everyone. Her baby was hurt and they got her in quick. The doctor was very nice and not pushy. I highly recommend this place!

I had been going to the same veterinarian with my 3 dogs for the past 10 years but unfortunately had a few bad experiences with them the past few months. I needed to get my sick 14-year-old bichon (who has cancer) in for a “quality of life” appointment, and they said they said they were booked for over a week, not to mention they were rude on the phone. I decided to call Providence Pet Hospital because it is right across the street from my house and I also needed to get my dog in somewhere as soon as possible! The staff was so unbelievably nice and accommodating and even texted me the following day to see how my dog was doing! Fast forward to yesterday, I called them to see if I could bring her in because she was having trouble breathing and just not acting right. They told me they were booked, but due to the circumstance they immediately got her in within an hour of my call. We decided that yesterday was the day to put her down and I can’t say enough about the staff and the treatment and respect they gave us. The doctor was so nice and even sat on the ground with us, asking us if we had any nicknames for her and what some of our favorite memories were of her. I will definitely be switching my other two dogs over to Providence pet hospital immediately! Thank you for loving our little Chelsea girl like we did!❤️

Providence Pet Hospital is amazing! My fur baby had to get a tooth extracted, that was not doing well. Being the first major surgery I've had to do with my fur ball, they put me at ease throughout all of it. Everything from the drop-off process when checking in to the friendly smiles at reception, to everyone else like the vet techs or the vet herself, is spectacular.They called me throughout the day to give me regular updates on her surgery, even getting a call from the vet herself. This put me at ease, knowing my fur ball baby was being cared for 1000%. And on top of it, everyone in the office is so nice and friendly! I can't wait to keep coming back to see everyone here, bringing Gidget in for her monthly wellness checks, like nail trimmings and such. Thanks again for the amazing work you guys do! I highly recommend Providence Pet Hospital to any pet owner.

The staff at Providence took great care of our kitten. We knew the proposed care was good but thought it was very professional to share the cost before asking us to make a decision. The team understood our love for our new pet but also respected our family’s budget. We ended up following the proposed care and our kitten is doing great!

The staff and Dr. Redding gave immediate attention to my very sick cat. They explained their diagnosis and recommendations to me clearly, and the costs involved. When I had a question it was answered promptly. Providence more than met my expectations for professional and caring veterinary service.

Providence Pet Hospital has THE best front office team. They are so polite and helpful, and always patient when I have questions. Special shoutouts to Jasmine and Autumn (I hope I got the names right). *Note: We do not have a consistent vet for our dogs, usually they see whoever is available.

The receptionists and doctor were very attentive on the concerns we had with our baby. We had been at a previous vet to tend to the condition our doggy was diagnosed with who had not returned our calls for follow up visit and additional concerns. Providence staff did the follow up needs and addressed our new concerns with honesty and with out delays nor did they push on other things not relevant to the current needs our doggy needed. made us and our baby feel comfortable during the visits.

They were amazing. They saved our dogs life and have been very productive in his recovery after a major emergency surgery.

BEWARE!!!! I had the most unbelievably horrible experience here. First, let me say that in the beginning the receptionist was lovely. I get there after getting a quote at another vet clinic for my dog having a flesh wound and needing stitches. Long story short. First quote is $650 at the other place. I wanted to see if I could make it work at another place that excepted Care credit. Well, bad plan I ended up going here to get another quote for 1450.00 dollars guys!! Identical treatment people!! I was outraged that this facility was offering the identical treatment for over double the price. DON'T come here!! They are ripping people off that are in a pinch with the animals/loved ones. I had the vet tech make wait for over 20 mins after the quote. They would not give me my dog BAcK!! So I could get him back to the first place to receive the most affordable care. They were so irritated that I told them this was unbelievable what they were doing. They Intentionally kept me in their clinic and would not let me pay or let me get my dog back just to irritate me. I was irate in there. They told me that I had to stay in the room I beg them to let me pay and leave with my dog!! They refused to help me until I went back into the room. Another 10 mins later they bring me my dog. This was Traumatic experience to say the least. Don't say you weren't warned. Crooks :/ quick visit for quote turned into over 2 and half hours here.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful! I can even say that my cat likes them too, she's skiddish with most new people, not with them. Coincidence? I think not ???????? Thank you folks for all you do and for keeping our furry children healthy :)
