Took our Mr. Beasley to Best In Show. We were all very pleased with the results of his "spa day". They were kind, loving and super informative. Mr. B enjoyed his spa day, at Best In Show we appreciate their service.

So nice! Took great care of my scaredy pup (and his worry wort of a dad lol.) Very knowlegable and helpful. My pups quicks had overgrown and they were very helpful in getting his claws back to normal, even allowing a quick nail trim as needed on schedule without having to book a full appointment!

Would not recommend working here nor coming here for dog grooming. To begin, the owner is horrible. She appears nice but is very disrespectful and rude. Karine does not treat her workers like “family” the way she says over the phone. She always has to be correct and is never in the wrong. She blames her workers for everything and never takes accountability. She overbooks appointments everyday and slave works her employees to get them done. If you apply as a bather, you are told that your shift is from 7:45-3:45 with a 30 min lunch break, that’s not true at all. You will never get out on time due to her lack of management and you will MAYBE get a 10 min break. But she gets to go outside and smoke a cigarette whenever. Definitely not the happy dog place you want to work at. She does not know how to manage a business nor workers. Furthermore, I would not recommend taking your dogs here for their “Precious” Spa day. There is no experienced bathers due to the fact everyone quits after 1 week. Your pup will not be washed or bathed correctly at all. The soap dispensers barely work and some don’t work at all. After your pup is washed/ groomed, they will be in a crate with a towel and no water. This place was probably good a few years back but DEFINITELY not now. By far my worst working experience ever and I’ve worked at multiple dog related jobs.

I thought the level of professionalism quite refreshing. Best in show did an awesome job. Not one hair out of place, feet/pads/nails buffed perfectly. I will return for sure!

We take our three Doodles here every other month to get a haircut and/or bath. Nice people that give great service. Can't go wrong.

Always very busy but managed to get our little girl in they take great care of her and offered us great advice on her care really appreciate that.

I love the very smart, experienced and professional owner and my dog, who is difficult to groom, always looks great!! I have never been disappointed!

They always do an excellent job on my Shitzu. He is never afraid to go, and looks and smells so great when I pick him up. I highly recommend this place!!

A little bit more than other groomers, nut they give so much more

The owner is very rude. I came in and she started to yell at me for not wearing a mask. I was not upset about her telling about the mask, but the way she screamed at me. I'm a small business owner and i cannot imagine treating my customers like the way she screamed at me. Next time, you can always just say, "may you please wear a mask. "Learn some manners.

Oscar loves getting a groom here! The girls are so good with him and he's happy to go. He is cut appropriately for his breed, which is something Petsmart couldn't get right. I highly recommend Best In Show! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

We have been bringing my two dogs here for a very long time. They’ve always done a great job so this is not a review regarding the quality of their haircuts. This is about the owner’s, Karim, behavior when it comes to masks. We had one family member drop off my dogs and one pick them up for one of their appointments. Karim, was wildly disrespectful to both of them regarding masks. She could have calmly and kindly explained the stress and problems they are under due to this bogus mandate but she chose to be so disrespectful and to YELL at both of them for walking in without masks. This was a while back, when the businesses were first allowed to open back up and not everyone was sure what the procedures are at most places. At that time a lot of stores didn’t ask for masks, they would inquire about health conditions (WHICH THEY ALL SHOULD INCLUDING KARIM) and would act accordingly. Karim chose to ACCOST my elderly mother and another family member about the masks, who were both in a rush and simply forgot to put them on. Her first reaction was to scream, yell and treat them like children. They’re not. No one in my family wants to come here any more due to this treatment. It’s disrespectful and disgusting. I understand business owners are being basically held at gun point by our failed political body but the manner in which she is treating her long time customers who have been supporting her for years is shocking, and incredibly disappointing. Karim, you OWE your customers an apology for these things and if someone walks into your store without a mask have the decency to ASK about health conditions. A while back I heard in you state in your voicemail that you cannot provide a service to anyone not wearing a face covering. Are you KIDDING me? You will refuse service to people with serious health conditions or otherwise over a recommendation from a private organization? As a person who underwent a serious health problem herself, do you think this is right? Or legal? Constitutional? No, you couldn’t care less because you are stressed out over the mandate. Guess what? WE ALL ARE. Eventually, a law suit will sink your business over these things. But more so, your customers deserve better from you, daily. We were appalled by your frenzied, nearly psychopathic response to people who chose give you money for a service at a time when nearly half of this city is not working. You should be ashamed of yourself. We take care of YOU and you should have the basic, common decency to take care of US, during what is a very challenging time for us ALL. Unacceptable. And you lost two long time customers and it was simply due to YOUR reaction and approach for something you actually HAVE some control over. -Ask customer about health issues and act accordingly. -Ask them if they forgot their mask, should they walk in without one. -Have a box of these BS-don’t work-masks at your reception desk. -Do not EVER disrespect people who have been nothing but kind and supportive of you over the years. - Stand up for your community and they will stand up for you

She's like a different dog We recently adopted a very anxious pupper and she desperately needed a clean up. She came back calm, shiny, and vanilla scented. Professional, caring staff, highly recommended.

Family pups have been coming here for years and she takes very good care of them every time! Great service and always tries to find room for me when I call, even if she is super busy! Pups always look and smell great after!

I dont like owner business she isnt friendly. Look like drugs and nervous. Her business inside grooming room is very dirty!!

We will never go anywhere else. Since Karyn took over this business she has elevated our understanding of what should be expected in a groomer and has always exceeded our expectations. She makes us feel like Harry, Toki, Bella and Dino are all members of her family... it’s a great comfort to know they are in good hands with her and her team.

I really like this place because the woman whom I see each time I go I , seems to be very down to earth and was helpful when it was time to take my little girl back , she has separation anxiety. My dog was looking and feeling tip top after the visit and the prices were reasonable as well.

Sunni is my heartbeat and this groomer keeps her cute and adorable, therefore if my butterball is happy so is her Mommy

I've been taking all 3 of my dogs here for the past 3 years and I've yet to be less than incredibly pleased. The owner, Karyne is so compassionate. She doesn't discriminate against any breeds which is helpful because I happen to have 3 American Pitbull Terriers. Karyne herself will do everything in her power to ensure the dogs leave more comfortable than they arrived. The staff in the back is so compassionate, caring and focused on the clients (pets). I've moved to the other side of town and refuse to use any other grooming service. I'll make the drive no matter what. I've recommended all my friends/family check this place out, and every single one of them had a fantastic experience. Their retail stuff is so awesome, my dogs can't get enough of it. Only suggestion would be why can't we have like 20 of these around Vegas? Lol. They are also the ONLY ones in Nevada that have theraclean, which is literally the best bathing/detoxing experience a dog could have. If you bring your dogs to this place i'm SURE they will be so happy and feel so relaxed/spoiled. A groomer I used to go to was so bad my dogs would be afraid to get into the car and would run back to me when I'd come to pick them up. Now, my dogs cannot even wait for me to park because they are so dang excited to get in and when I go to pick them up, they try to run back to the back room or Karyne. (That's a very good sign) My dogs have been fed a raw diet most of their lives and this is a very holistic and natural setting for a grooming shop. Natural options for problems which is always what I've wanted. Thank you to Karyne and the awesome staff, for being so dedicated and focused yet still so zen, at all times. Zeus, Hades & O'hana appreciate you beyond comprehension <3

No longer using this groomer after 2 years. I had been using this groomer reliably for 2 years. They have a full paragraph of my dog's cut descriptions. It was to the point where I didn't even have to tell them, they just knew what to do. After getting my dog back I take a closer look at her cut and noticed they didn't even bother cutting any of her face. It's exactly the same as when I picked her up. Now I can understand leaving a long length, but they didn't even attempt to straighten it up. I'm just severely disappointed in the grooming service. Not was it by far the worst job they've done, but I was charged more for it. 3 stars because they were previously the best but if this is the quality I can expect going forward then this is no longer the place for me.
