Awful groomer. My dog’s haircut was totally uneven. When I approached the staff about this, they were totally dismissive and rude about it.

My cat became sick and lost quite a bit of weight, leaving him with a lot of loose skin and he was severely matted. They did a great job of shaving him! His shave is very even despite all his loose skin! They removed all of his mattes! They even gave him a little bandana. My boy looks great and feels even better. He's happy to have the mattes removed and he's back to being his affectionate old self!! I'll go back to Grooming by Darcy whenever my pets need grooming! And the cost was considerably cheaper than the mobile groomer I had used before plus Grooming by Darcy did a better job, didn't leave him with hot spots from the shaver. They were absolutely fantastic!!!

My Mochi absolutely loves coming here. Pretty much drags me inside and is always super happy leaving. The Team is very kind, always smiling, and you can tell they care about their dogs. My doggy always leaves looking his best, smelling amazing, and soft as a bunny. Thanks Guys :)

Very professional and friendly. Small shop and GREAT pricing and fast appointments. I took my Shih Tzu in for some much needed grooming and they did excellent with everything: wash, clipped nails, groomed around pads on her feet, etc. I did ask for a teddy bear face, which they agreed to. Her face was shaved down, which didn’t give her a teddy bear look. Besides that, my dog was well taken care of, cute, and accessorized when I picked her up with bows on her ears and a cute scarf. I would definitely consider going back there.

They did an amazing job on our two huskies!! She was able to get them in the same day I called and they were done in a timely manner and the price was fantastic too!!! Absolutely amazing!! It was my first time, my dog look cute with his hair cut and he wanted to stay there so I guess he got a lot of love, and that what we want for our little doggy to be pampeed and loved.

I bring my maltipoo here now for over a year. He comes out beautiful. The people are always nice He hates to go but never seems upset or scared when he's there. He is in and out quick which I love. Yes very good

I took for the first time my three doggies their color is white. Took them for full grooming close to 11AM they told me they will be ready around 4PM. I received a call at 1:30 PM to pick them up . My babies looked worse than before when I took them it feels like a rushed bad job and they smell like dead fish worse than before. I will not recommend this place to anyone. When I called the place to talk about my concern the groomer had a offended attitude didnt even offer something or apologize. very bad place.

Had 2 pups, one senior and one younger. They got me in on a last minute appointment and had my dogs ready to go in no time. Friendly and affordable. Hope & Willy are much happier. Thanks!

I called and got the manager Karli(sp) if she is even the mgr. Explained my dog could not be bathed because we are treating a hot spot on his left foot. I only needed a hair cut. After being DRILLED as to why I hadn't brought him back in about a year.She proceeded to place me on hold 4x before maybe hearing mu request. I asked for an appointment I was given one for A Tuesday . I said great. I will take an appt. Asked time frame her response was 3 hours. I said just for a haircut?? Her response yes. We have to bathe and cut hair. Again I reiterated no bath my dog jas foot bandaged.Manager said no bath no haircut. Will never call that business AGAIN!!

The staff was very caring and understanding of my baby's anxiety, they made me feel good about leaving her. And they took excellent care of her. Would absolutely recommend this place.

I have all my dogs groomed here for many years. I highly recommend! Good place, good people!

Many years ago, my dog was groomed here. When I dropped off the dog, they gave me a price, which I agreed to. But when I picked up my dog, they raised the price by $10. I never went back. I am now looking for a new groomer so I decided to try them again since they do a nice job grooming. I told them the breed and accurate weight of my 2 dogs and specifically said I want a lion shave/cut. I was quoted not more than $60 per dog. When I dropped the dogs off, I confirmed the price. Instead of $120, she said $150---$75 per dog. I can understand a $5 leeway, but her prices are arbitrary. She said she quoted me for a bath and brush. Not true. I specifically said Lion's cut. Then she said she can't groom them for $40. I never said $40. It was supposed to no more than $60. I took my dogs , found another groomer and will never recommend this groomer.

They are fabulous here and truly care about each pet my dog gets treated like family!

Was great last year, but prices rising (& occasionally variable) & hearing is poor. Asked 2 shave only belly & necessary knots & got lion cut.

Very good service. Great job on the dogs as well.

My Tucker is adopted 4 year old Terrier who needs extra TLC that Carly is kindly providing, cu again soon, we will get Tucker there so you can make him look sharp!
