They are the only vets we allow to treat our fur babies.Dr Dan and Dr Mike are amazing we have a lil guy who is a frequent patient and they have always been so good to him.We also love the techs they know us by just walking in and who our babies are.We live in Iowa and still make the drive to see our favorite vets

I scheduled my dog’s surgeries through their app several months ago. The app is easy to use and is very convenient. A few days ago I used the chat portion of the app because I had a few questions regarding the upcoming surgeries. They were quick to respond, friendly and answered my questions. Surgery day the check in process was quick and left me feeling that I left Onyx in good hands. After her surgeries Dr Mike called to let me know everything went smoothly and when she could be picked up. The check out process went well. Dr Mike answered questions that I had and gave instructions for her recovery at home. I was very happy with everything about the whole experience. The whole staff of Papillion Animal Hospital is friendly, professional and you can see how much they care about animals. I thought their prices were reasonable as well. I highly recommend Papillion Animal Hospital!

This is where I feel safe bringing my exotics small animals.

I brought in a dog that was soaking wet and miserable and they were very kind check the dog for tags and kept the dog and posted and the owner came and got the animal. They were very polite very kind and very patient which I appreciate it

From the moment you're greeted by the really friendly/knowledgeable staff when you walk in the door, you know you're in good hands. Dr. Dan is nothing short of amazing. His attention to detail is outstanding and his level of compassion and care are second to none. He takes the time to listen to your concerns with empathy and ensures that you leave with no questions. I can't say enough good things about this place! Honestly, I am so so SO thankful for Papillion Animal Hospital. Highly recommend them!

Brought my new puppy here a few days after I got her for a new puppy exam. We were scheduled to see Dr. Matt. Since she didn’t need any shots and the vet seemed annoyed I brought her. He did a sub par exam and didn’t even look into her ears (turns out she had ear mites which would have been caught if he bothered to look). Would not recommend at all the whole thing was rushed and there was a huge lack of care.

Beautiful facility, reasonable prices, kind doctors, many options for treatment. Chinch passed away a few months ago due to his age. Dr. Merkwan was very kind and patient with me and my pet in his final moments. You can tell he dearly cares for the animals he treats. I did the cremation service for Chinch also which was reasonably priced and worth every penny. I would recommend them not only for the care they provided to chinch during his life but also the care and compassion they showed him and I in his final moments.

This Animal Hospital is phenomenal. They truly care about your animals. The staff and Doctors are so nice and friendly. I always feel like my dog’s needs are met 100%

I am a first time dog owner, and brought my puppy to Papillon Animal Hospital. When I called, they got me scheduled at my convenience & I had almost no wait time when I arrived. Their staff is amazing and kind, & Dr. Mike was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I have a unique breed of dog, and was impressed he was familiar with their kind & had answers to my question.

Seriously after visiting/calling most emergency vets and even our own primary vet, this place came thru on the clutch !!!!! Probably the best thing about this animal hospital is how even though they are more busy- the entire staff still act like normal, caring competent humans, -- as opposed to overworked, grumpy, uncaring and non compassionate zombies!!!! Lol I don't know how I overlooked this place, dr. Dan and his staff are truly amazing people , who even on a Saturday are at work catering to our animals with a positive, friendly, cheerful demeanor. 10 stars if I could .
