Always very friendly. It's easy to see they are interested and concerned about the pets they see.

Always a happy experience with Heartland. I have been taking my cat Jiji here since he was a kitten. My cat has terrible vet anxiety and they have always made sure he can be as comfortable as he can. He does not like strangers but every Vet staff has been very kind and patient. Each vet tech I've encountered has been very knowledgeable answering any question I've had thoroughly. I have moved around Omaha but will continue to make the travel for Papillion Heartland. I would definitely recommend to friends/family

Katie V. is such a wonderful vet! We followed her to Heartland from her previous practice. The rest of the staff at Heartland's Papillon and Bellevue locations are all friendly and caring to we humans and loving and caring to our fur girls!

Heartland Pet Hospital has always been professional with all my dogs I take there. Not once have I ever felt rushed, they take their time with my pups, especially when we are not sure what is going on. They will keep trying until we get to the bottom of the issue. GREAT GREAT VETS and the staff is very courteous and respectful.

I have taken my feline furkids to Heartland Animal Hospital for many, MANY years. They took excellent care of my original two, beloved tabby brothers Caruso and Columbus, lost to age and illness after over 13 years with me. They were the vets for my trio: petite tabby Lovey first, tuxedo cat Nuzzles 5 months later, then scamp PurrBoy after a year. Each was adopted from the NE Humane Society. After many happy years, I went through the pain losing my furkids one by one. I lasted only a week before I was poring over kitties on the NHS web site, falling for a bonded pair of 7 month old tabby sisters, now named Rascal TopCat, and Aminda ShyGirl, with me since May 2018. The staff of HPH has provided excellent care for all of my priceless bundles of fur. I have total trust in them, and give them the highest rating possible.

Unfortunately we have had to bring my dog in several times in the last few months but every single time we have received exceptional service. They have gone out of their way to work with our schedule and they take excellent care of my dog. He actually gets excited to go because he loves the staff (and the pupperoni they give him!). I highly recommend this practice.

I brought my cat in to Heartland Pet Hospital after she had an emergency room visit and needed to be seen quickly. I was able to get an appointment that same morning. The staff were all very kind, helpful, and professional. The vet did a thorough exam and testing, and explained every step. I really appreciated when she showed me the X-ray and walked through what she was looking at! After this very positive experience, I will continue to bring my pets to Heartland and would highly recommend them to friends.

We had a very good experience with everyone that helped us with Dusty and Zoe. Everyone was very professional and compassionate about ensuring our visit was the best it could be.

I called on a Friday afternoon frantic about my senior cat. Being new to the area I did not have a vet yet. Heartland was able to get me in even though it was late and they stayed late to provide amazing care. Dr. Susan was very thorough, gentle, sweet and patient with my old girl. I do not have words for how grateful I am for the excellent care she and her team provided.

Yesterday was my first visit to Heartland vet clinic. It has separate entrances for dogs and cats. Very clean and reasonably priced. We saw Dr. Nick, he was kind, compassionate and very gentle with my dog. I would highly recommend this place.

I took my yorkie there to get his teeth checked and the doctor their was so wonderful and pleasant to work with. She provided such helpful information and made sure all of our needs were met! Then shortly after our appt we received a sweet welcome card specifically written for our dog which was really nice and made it more personable! We know we chose the right place for our dog!

This is the second time that this vet has saved one of our pets. Another vet had misdiagnosed two of our pets, and Heartland immediately diagnosed them correctly. They care about your pet, and it is not a factory like a few other veterinary clinics who are in it for the money. Take all of your pets here!

Edit 6/14 2021. This place misdiagnosed 2 of my adult/young Labrador retrievers 6 months apart that delayed their treatment and/or recovery, leading to premature death. There's a reason this place has availability where others in the Omaha/Papillion area are booked or no longer taking on new patients. Absolutely 0 out of all stars possible. Avoid if you can. RIP Cola RIP Jack

I absolutely love the owners and staff at both locations of Heartland Pet Hospital. They're always responsive, reliable, empathetic, professional and all around just good people. I've had both routine yearly visits for all my furbabies, as well as emergency/urgent visits. The Heartland team have collaboratively found time in their busy schedules to squeeze me in for last minute appointments without fail, and their professionalism and positive attitude never faulters. They have the biggest hearts for the wellness and happiness of all animals, and it truly shows. They treat and care for my furbabies as if they were their own, which I have personally found very hard to find at other vets. The clinics are owned and operated by a married couple, both experienced veterinarians, who share their passion for animals with each other and their team. If you want a permanent/long-term family vet, I absolutely, whole-heartedly recommend Heartland Pet Hospital. I wish I had taken some creative writing classes in my life to give a better glowing review than the above. I cannot express enough how amazing this team is. Thank you for all that you do. ❤️
