Great practice! I really appreciate everything that they have done for my kitten Pipsqueak, who has an eye problem. Great to work with and Pipsqueak is comfortable there! Thanks again for giving great advice and hope for Pipsqueak's future!!!

Staff was great, they allowed me to bring my dogs in the back door. Staff is always pleasant. All in all a great vist. The street sign could be bigger though. But maybe you could put a sign down by stop sign so people can find you easier.

Great vet care, difficult to get through by phone. From what I understand, only eye place for pets in Nebraska so I assume they're very busy.

Great experience! Staff came right out with paperwork and quickly got our kitty in for his eye appointment. Dr called with report and recommendations. Kitty was brought back out by the staff with our estimate for surgery. Dr was very kind and explained everything that was going on and what we could do to help his condition.

Dr. McIlnay treated my dog for a variety of eye issues at the end of last year. Even with curbside service due to covid, her team was communicative and sent me home with an overview of his visits with his meds for reference. Highly recommend VESN to those seeking help with their pets eyes.

Could not ask for better experiences each time I come in. Dr. McInlay, the staff, the care, its all superb. She keeps you fully aware of what is happening with your pet, what could occur in the future, and overall provides you with the best care. I have been taking my dog for over a year & we could not be happier!!

Amazing care! Dr. McIlnay is so gentle and kind with pets while being very clear, professional, and explanatory in their treatment. The staff members are fantastic too. My dog always emerged from every appointment calm and at ease. Our appointments were always efficient and effective. They also have a very compassionate touch. When my pup succumbed to some health issues, they donated to have a tree planted in her name, and it was tremendously meaningful. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough - worth every penny.

I locked my keys in the car and it was 50° out with very cold wind. I had a mask on, and I asked to wait right inside the door and was told NO!! Ridiculous, and then they tried to hand me a jacket. If concerned about me getting them sick - I wouldn’t have spread any germs if stood right inside the door with a mask on and not touching anything vs getting my germs all over a jacket and giving it back. Doesn’t make sense to me. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!????

Took great care of my dog

We took Tanker our Shih Tsu in for eye care and he got very good care. We were given help in administering his medicine since we had a lot of trouble in the past. His eye problems were greatly improved.

Their staff is excellent and very caring to ou cat. He has an eye problem that with the wonderful doctor's help we are maintaining his sight. Absolutely fantastic results. Love this doctor and staff.????????

They were very friendly toward my dog. The wait time was kind of long, but they're the only eye specialist around so that makes sense. Very friendly staff 100% recommend. Visit was to check my dogs eyes for glaucoma.

Friendly but under serviced. Dog still suffers after near 2k for surgery

We had to travel a distance for specialized eye care and they were super responsive to our dog's discomfort and cared for him in the midst of a busy day.

Our five year old Shih Tzu has been a patient for about three years and we could not be happier with the staff and the care he has received. Dr. Mcllnay is not only an excellent vet but is friendly and takes the time to explain everything.

Dr. McIlnay and her staff are amazing! Nearly two years ago, our Jack Russell terrier, Lily, developed glaucoma. She went from fine to lethargic and matter coming out of her eye overnight. After a couple of trips to a primary vet and finally the Emergency Vet, we were informed of Veternary Eye Specialists. Dr. McIlnay has helped Lily to return to her normal, active state with eyedrops. Lily did end up having laser surgery on her eye as we could not keep the pressure under control. She's had a few bumps along the way, but any time she has had an issue, Dr. McIlnay has always taken the time to explain the cause and our options to treat. Her staff are so friendly and always welcoming to Lily and quickly knew us by name!

Dr McIlnay is the best eye specialist to have in our area. I've taken a number of our Golden Retrievers to her over the years. We compete in different performance events and it's very important that our dogs have good eyesight. She a very thorough doctor. She does a full and good exam. She's also a very nice doctor. Her staff are very helpful and professional. Us pet owners in Omaha are very fortunate to have her practice in our area.

Dr Mcilnay was great. Very kind towards my pet. She was very knowledgeable (many degrees on the wall!) and explained what she was doing. She let me know what she thought the problem was in understandable terms. Even her notes were kind to my critter and said he did a good job. I would go back for any eye problems. Highly recommended.

It's heartbreaking to see your beloved pet in such pain and have her not even be able to open her eyes due to ulcers. I was so scared for her! Dr. McIlnay and staff are incredible! My girl went in for her evaluation and I was informed of everything going on with her and exactly what they were going to do. The healing process was explained to me so that I knew what to expect. Within two weeks, my dog had normal eyes again. It's been several weeks now and her eyes have honestly never looked better. They are clear and bright and I was told that now, after this procedure, we won't ever have this happen to her again. Ulcers are very common in Boxers, I've learned. Now my girl is back to her playful, happy self! Thank you so much from both of us!

She is wonderful doctor Pugs are notorious for eye injuries they have buggy eyes. Years ago she saved my male pugs eye and he was seeing fine later. I took .my young pug to her she had been attack by a big dog. Her eye was mutilAted. She really worked hard to save her eye it was too badly torn up. She is the best in town. My daughter works at the zoo the zoo uses her for. Their animal eye probleme.I Highly recommend her.

Highly recommend if you need an eye specialist for your pet. Finally able to receive a definitive answer after seeing approximately 9 veterinarians. Looking forward to having them surgically fix my babys eye problem.

Dr. Tonya has been very good with our pugs. First with Sophie and now with Miss Daisy. We've been very happy.
