Only giving two stars because they do the right job but they charge an excessive amount for simple vaccines. For 3 shots I was charged $200 rabies, bordetella, and da2p. I got my dog as a puppy and fully vaccinated him for around $150 honestly all vets in Omaha will take a stab at your wallet, I suggest looking for a small town vet clinic.

Came in 1.5 hrs before closing with my dog who had taken a very bad fall, she needed X-rays, stitches, and general mending! They took care of all her needs, and stayed open to finish the procedure! Hard to find caring people anymore but these folks are all about it!

Place is more concerned about pushing pushing their mask beliefs on you than treating your pet. Wouldn't spend a nickel here and would encourage anyone else to do the same. They also offer a coupon on their website, but then charge you an exorbitant amount of money for x-rays so you really save no money anyway

Had to put my 17 year old fur baby to sleep they were so kind and willing to work with me thank you staff for being so kind

Called three and a half hours before they closed on a Saturday cause our normal VCA closed at 1pm today to see if they can squeeze my dog in to be seen for a rash that has been making her uncomfortable The lady I talked too was SO RUDE and said they’re too busy and to take my dog to the emergency hospital. Very considerate and helpful to do absolutely nothing and when I voiced concern I didn’t feel it’s emergent (I work in a human emergency department so can understand the frustration of non emergency cases taking resources) She then said there’s nothing they can do for us. Didn’t even try and ask the vet techs or doctors. Will happily never inquire or recommend this clinic again

When I had to put my dog to sleep their staff was more concerned about getting me to sign that I would pay my bill. They literally bent down and addressed this when my dog was paralyzed, in pain, and dying, pushed a tablet in my face to sign. Appeared they would not treat my pets pain without guaranteed payment. Worst vet experience in my 30+ plus years as a pet owner. Everything was focused on making money. I would NEVER send anyone here, I share this experience so others don’t have to go through what we did.

Everyone is so polite! They always have The animals best interest at heart. Highly recommended!

Great Place To Get Pets Needs

Way more expensive then other vets in the city, but they are open late every night and will do whatever necassary to help your pet.

They were able to see our cat and able to get him fixed quickly and it cost less then another VCA had quoted us

Depends on who you get for a vet. Some are consummate professionals others feel like they're upselling you on every service they offer.

Helped scan a lost dog so I could return it to his owner

They were very sensitive to me and my dog that sadly i had to euthanize and very gentle with him and professional and answered all questions and concerns thank you very much

The staff and doctors here are very friendly and you can tell they love animals. Hours of available appointments is wonderful and can work for almost any schedule. Have been bringing my pets here for 20 years and will continue to do so.

They are amazing in this clinic.

They treat your pets well, but they are very overpriced. I was quoted an $800 bill for what turned out to be an abscess on my cat's paw. They also gave him a cloth cone that doesn't stop him from licking it, so a simple 10 day healing process took upwards of a month. It's convenient & great if you're down to pay WAY more than necessary for sub-par veterinary work.

The team at VCA met my families needs when it came time for our loved family dog to pass. They were very polite and detailed and courteous during a very hard time for my family. They took great care with every detail.

They got us in immediately as new patients when my dog was ill. We lost our baby that day and VCA was amazing throughout.

Socially distant and professional care

Took great care of my cat and were able to get me in on short notice. They are pricey, however they did explain and were up front about the costs and provided a lot of options.

They are always so nice! My dog does not like getting her nails cut, but they are so good with her and do a great job! They have been cutting her nails for 8 years now and I won't take her anywhere else!!
