Not the place to go if you show ANY type of emotion about your dog. They preach that customers need to treat them with kindness but they can have the worst attitude. For example, Brittany, Brandon, Ms. Jernigan. All people who are managers and CEO of Ralston. Woi Artiz got my appointment wrong and scheduled it for 40 minutes later than I set it for. I still got put in the room and Brittany immediately had an attitude and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I said no but after she stormed out I said actually yes please. After explaining the situation, the manager actually blamed the staff mistakes on me saying “you’re not showing a good attitude”. Then made me wait an additional 40 minutes in the room. All of this being my fault, nothing on them. The CEO, Jernigan, then comes in and as I’m calmly trying to explain my situation she yells over me and says no we’re not going to talk about it. And doesn’t let me speak. Very “professional”. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Dr. Wolter is so great with my 14 year old cat. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Her vet tech is very kind as well. They answer any questions I have. I know I will always receive great care there for my cat.

Taylor and I had such a wonderful visit. The staff is so caring and loving towards all the animals that visit.

The care is top notch but the way they do things in terms of trying to charge you additional fees is ridiculous. They will not refill meds without first seeing your pet, and this includes heartworm medication that is a monthly medication. I was told they would not refill my prescription without see my dog first so they could charge me $100 for a visit to look at her for 10 minutes and say she is fine, and then give me the prescription. They are always upselling at every visit and push unnecessary procedures, meds and unnecessary visits. They will take good care of your pet but it will cost you. Plus they are the most expensive vet clinic in Omaha. I have been going there for 20 years and it has gotten worse year after year. Time for a new vet.

Great place to take your animals for care Dr Jerrigan has taken care of my pugs for 18 years . They treat them like they're your children which they are of course. He explains why they are hurt or sick and what treatments there are. I wouldn't take my pugs anywhere else. I would recommend the Ralston vet hospital as a place you can trust your fur babies to.

When Ralston Vet says they will treat EVERY family member, every time… they truly mean it. The entire staff is so warm hearted, thorough, patient, professional, attentive, understanding, compassionate, realistic, educated and reliable. I’ve never had a bad experience in the several years we have been bringing our dog to Ralston Vet. The entire staff has truly gone above and beyond for our family. We moved and no longer live as close, have much closer vet options, but I will continue to make the drive to Ralston Vet because I trust the staff 100% with my dog and that is rare. Their offices/waiting are always very clean and the way the waiting room is set up is perfect for when there are multiple animals waiting. I would/will continue to recommend Ralston Vet to any and everyone I know, every time. Service 10/10 every time.

Each time I have to take one of my pups to Ralston vet I have a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and I'm always confident that the vet techs and vets are providing my pups with the best possible care and treatment plans. They listen to concerns and always provide our family with the best care.

Dr. Witzel is the best. She always gives the best care, answers all of my questions, and has very kind staff working with her as well. I have enjoyed bringing all of my animals to her throughout the years. I love Ralston Vet!

Everyone at the clinic is always friendly, great at communication...especially explaining tests and results and makes us feel like our pet is important and cared for. We have been using Ralston Vet for 8 years and are very thankful for them!

Dr. Demyan is fantastic! She takes time to explain all options available to us, even if it takes us to another "specialized" vet. We had a VERY sick kitty and while Dr. D. was in the airport, ready to go on vacation, she called the emergency vet to set up the needed treatment for my cat! She also took the time, during her vacation, to check up on my fuzzy baby! Thanks for going above and beyond to get my Cooper kitty the help he needed. Once Cooper was out of the woods, Dr. Demyan was the perfect vet to help with follow up care! She's always invested weather Ralston Vet is treating or a specialist! That's why Ralston Vet and Dr. Demyan are our first choice for all our pets!

First time going there. They were able to get an appointment for me quickly. They were reassuring to me and very nice to my dog. They were able to work with my budget and set up a plan. I will be back! I have found a new vet!

Everyone there was amazing. I wish I had found them sooner. They were there for us under the most difficult of circumstances. My heart is still very broken but I can not say enough about their compassion. Thank you. RIP Owen

We had a same day appointment with Dogtor Berry, she was awesome. Then my boys regular Dogtor, Wolter came in to say hi and love on him! Even though Ralston is a 30 minute drive from my house I’ll never switch because your team is phenomenal!

Everyone was very professional and extremely nice! I could tell it was a place where the animals were loved. Sometimes people work just for a job. I got the feeling these people work there for the love of animals. The vet was great! Took the time to explain everything and so down-to-earth. Would recommend Ralston Vet to everyone!

Gracie Lou had to come in and see the doctor as an add-on visit today and everyone was super great in greeting us taking care of Gracie Lou and upon discharge. They provide very good care and communication! Thank you for being there for all of us!

They are extremely nice at Ralston Vet. Not just to my dog but to myself & my children. I had to bring my 2 year old son & my friend's 2 year old daughter with me. While we were waiting the front desk staff talked to the kids & gave them coloring stuff. My dog was nervous but she calmed down & was very cuddly with the staff. They explained everything to me in good detail & made sure I understood how to care for my pup while she heals.

I was able to get in for our "Puppy Examination" the same day I called. Dr. Burbach did a wonderful job checking our new puppy and answered all our questions.

What care and concern this vet has for your furry friend. After a few weeks of hearing that my pet had issues, Ralston was the only vet clinic that told me the truth, that is was time to let my friend of 14 years go. Brianna was the sweetest soul and was so pleasant to work with for determining what to do with my dogs remains.
