THRIVE Affordable Vet Care - Omaha L Street Omaha, Nebraska

It's been years since I had to seek vet assistance for a new puppy. The vet there answered all my questions and addressed minor concerns I had about things I honestly knew nothing about. My puppy is a registered golden and a huge investment. And I felt secure with the staff's handling of my pup and all the time they took differentiating the new food and toys on the market! They definitely made me and the pup feel at ease. With that said, I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

I really appreciate how the took care of my moon I called the 72nd location and they where booked but was able to get me the I street location when everyone else was turning me away or suggesting emergency or humane society. The gave great customer service and was able to get Moon treated in a timely fashion the also provided me with what they where doing and educating me on meds and what was going with my Furbestie thank you guys sooooo much

I have a pug that needed neutering, He got his baby teeth removed at the same time, the quality of there service is very impressive, they answer questions, and explain everything, I will definitely be continuing to take Winston to Thrive! And his recent younger brother Wilfred. I just don’t know If I would be able to trust another vet as much as Thrive.

The staff and Dr Koester were great in handling the dogs. Unlike other area vets there was not any high pressure tactics to enroll in programs. Great people will continue to bring my dogs to them.

The staff are so compassionate, caring, and amazing with my pup. The doctors are transparent and allow you to ask any questions you have without making you feel rushed. The vet techs are also very amazing!! I will not take my baby anywhere but to Thrive. They all understand and agree, furbabies are to be treated no differently than humans. Added bonus, they are extremely affordable!

The team here is so amazing. They make sure your pet and you both are taken care of. They went above and beyond to help our sick pup. I will be recommending them to all the pet owners I know. They understand vet bills can be costly and not everyone has the funds 24/7 and don’t make you feel bad about it! They make sure your pet still receives the care they deserve. I can’t thank them enough for saving out pup!

My visit was today, and I’m going to be honest, some of the employees were great and seemed like they cared. However my dog had an eye problem and did not get the attention he needed. The doctor came in for about 3 minutes and called it a day. Thankfully I made an appointment at another clinic, and got really good and thorough care for my dog. The diagnosis was wrong and so was the medication according to the second clinic that we went to. The advertising that it’s affordable is correct. But I would not risk being affordable in return for bad care.

Love that they were open on the weekend (since that is when everything always happens right?) The vet was very knowledgeable, staff was kind and attentive to my dog. They were very sweet when I was extremely worried about her but they also understood that with an older pet, you might not be wanting to spend emergency prices… they told me ahead of time the cost of all care which was very much appreciated! Luckily my girl is rebounding today and seems back to herself!

They gave him medications got sent home our puppy passed away as soon as he got home.

The staff was super friendly and it was to make an appointment and they have great affordable care! I am definitely going to continue to use them for my pet needs!

It was a bit costly but unlike animal hospitals the vet really seemed to care about My dog.

I’ve had my pup Hades for about 2 months and he’s had some skin issues this past week and every time I bring him in the staff is so warm and welcoming, they answer all of my questions and ensure we are satisfied before we leave! This is the best vet I have ever been to hands down! 100% would recommend hands down! Thanks Thrive for loving us just as much as we love you!

THRIVE has provided outstanding care to me and my puppy ever since I got her and started bringing her in in February of 2021. All the staff remember Pumpkin when she walks in and they always treat her with so much love and patience. I recommend L Street THRIVE to everyone I know with a fur baby.

I grew up with pets, but Millie is my first pet. When we got millie she was just a pup. We took her to a referred vet and had her checked. She had a cough and the vet sent us home saying the cough was common with her breed. The next 24 hours the cough got bad and was concerning. She had issues breathing and our vet was closed. I remembered that a trainer at petcoentioned thrive being affordable, so we scheduled a visit. They fit her in right away on a weekend which was amazing and diagnosed millie with kennel cough. They treated her and were so good with millie that we came back and we now regularly rely on thrive for her care. They offered me many different options on her flea, tick, and heartworm medications and if there are ever any issues I can just send them a text. I can also book appointments online which is amazing because I'm a busy mom and student and sometimes its convenient for me to schedule appointments at 2 am when I remember. Thrive is more affordable than the vet we were referred to and I love that I can get a discount with my vital care or thrive plus membership.

Staff are very friendly. It is a little pricey though.

I was strapped for cash and they took time to explain what my options were. They did not talk down to me,being poor and all.My dog was treated caring and lovingly . I would recommend to all pet owners if you can spend a little more money to GO there.

We wanted to check on our pup's limp while we are out of town, and everyone was welcoming, professional, and put us at ease. They were also very considerate of our budget! I highly recommend! Thank you all so much!

I would give --5 starts if I could. I was 5 minutes late for an appointment and an employee called me to cancel the appointment when I was on their parking lot after driving in traffic across town. They will do that, no matter how hard it was for you to get there with your sick dog or how sick your dog is. When I tried to cancel my membership on the spot, they told me I could not do that in person, that I had to go "online". Not only that, but months later the dog hotel asked them for my pet records (vaccinations) to board my dog and they sent the pet records along with a very large opinionated note about how frustrated I got when they canceled my appointment and send it to the pet hotel, the pet hotel forwarded it to me, there was multiple people reading it, that was very upsetting and unprofessional. They sent it to the pet hotel without asking my authorization and included notes ABOUT ME? They also keep sending me once a month emails on how it was my visit but I haven't been there in months. If you care about your pet, but also about people take your "business" else where. I DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL

Very happy with our visit, everyone was professional and through. Care was explained well and all my questions answered. I not only would refer friends but already have in 2 hours since the visit. Thanks again for the great experience.
